Clean rooms

The beds were super comfortable (and it was super quiet getting on and off of for the middle of the night trip to the bathroom) and the pillows were amazing! I usually have terrible neck problems when sleeping in hotels but not this time! The pillows were smaller and not as thick so for once I did not wake up in a hotel with a terrible headache! The kitchenette was great, clean, and well-stocked with many wonderful kitchen items including an empty pitcher for water that was already cold and in the fridge. :) The bathroom was roomy and even the third person in our party had enough hot water to take a lovely shower. The breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, diced potatoes and sausage patties. It's the little details at this hotel that I really appreciate. Including the closet door which had a light that automatically turns on when you open the door. Such a lovely detail! It is only 10 minutes from the beach which was so handy after a day of fun in the sun. This is definitely be my go-to hotel in this area!!

Very Clean and spacious rooms, we had two rooms betweenmy large family, friendly staff, breakfast could be better. But we loved and enjoyed our stay. I recommend.

Found a roach in the bathroom and sheets were not cleaned. Breakfast was also late and there were not enough chairs

The bathroom door style didn't give that much privacy, and the AC carpet area always wet due to the AC drainage. We really enjoyed our week vacation there.

Great location.

It was a good experience for the money. It's not a luxury hotel. It's a couple of minutes from Corpus Christi and a few minutes from the beach. It's a solid, clean, well-maintained value experience. I would stay there again.

It was good

Hotel, like all in the area is mostly for construction workers. It was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel had a smell of dampness. The room though was clean and inviting. King with kitchenette. Got cold and had a nice tv and coffee. Full breakfast tasted great with eggs, sausage, grilled potatoes, waffles, cereal and muffins. Yogurt machine was broken. Coffee machine had lattes, cappuccino, mocha also. Great price also.

Staff was great and room had everything we needed and more.

Had difficulty understanding the attendant during check-in due to extreme accent. The bed was not very comfortable.

Breakfast was small and choices very limited. White towels were dingy. The beds were full and not queens like advertised. Only one washer and dryer worked while we were here. Lights are super dim in the room.

Front desk said that they were dog friendly, only after checking in and a call to the room were we told there was a charge - cool charge it to my room. We asked them to clean our room because there were left over clothes and lots of trash - not done.

New hotel and near many places.Breakfast was fresh/good. But we did find a fish hook on the floor near the kitchen area and some stains around the room/pillowcases. Recommend but make sure room is clean!!

The carpet has a bad smell as in old wet carpet. Water flow is very slow. Reception refused to give me a receipt.

A safety bar beside the toilet would have been nice. It would have helped people who have balance issues to stand. Also a pull down seat in the shower would help those who have balance issues.

The property was in a good location and all the staff were very nice ,although some of them working seem like they dont understand english i tried to ask about the fireworks show and the 2 men working didnt even understand what i was asking,the next day the manager was there she was so nice and answered all my questions ! now the woman that was there on sat jul 4,2026 shes a boss! i really thought wow this is how a buisness is supposed to be run! So thank you to the manager lady that was there on sat ,you actually gave me the impression that this is why this buisness succeeds because of good strong leadership from people like you! Ok so i am in favor of having pets ,i have a service animal and it behaves very well ! Well lets just say this hotel needs to have rules that state you cant run off and lock your pet in the room all day and you shpuld be made to sign an agreement that you cant-lock your pet in the room while your gone and if you do leave them for a short time your phone must be on and able to be get ahold of you if your pet has any problems ! We had to listen to someones dog right across the hall in 217 for over 2 and 1/2 hours barking non stop,i called the desk and they said they kept calling the owners but they have there phone turned off ! I saw others in the hallway and they said. They reported it way before i did ,i waited for almost 2 hrs before i even called thinkin oh the people will surely be here soon ,but nope ! So after 2 and 1/2 hours we finally just left the room and went to the mall to get away from all the rucus at the room! We didnt come back until 10 that night and it was finally not barking anymore

This is a 3 star hotel, as listed on Expedia. It was okay for a one night stay, but it’s not somewhere I would choose again. I booked it because it was only about 14 minutes from the beach, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the room had an odd smell, the lighting throughout the hotel felt dim and off, and the water pressure was very poor. The restroom stalls in the breakfast area also had something splattered on the walls in both stalls, which was unpleasant. Breakfast was mediocre, I’ve definitely had much better. The staff was friendly, but overall, this wasn’t a hotel I would return to.

Room was amazing very clean loved the stove top, everything was well put together.

Beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was not good it made my stomach upset. Eggs where not eggs idk what they were potatoes were cold. And I was there early to eat. Breakfast could of been alot better. Not even dryers and washers on the 2nd floor so I had to wait for others to finish up.

Planned last minute and it was great, clean and nice to stay staff was very helpful.

Those whole hotel and room was clean and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and willing to get whatever you needed. The breakfast was rhe standard eggs, potatoes, sausage and waffles. They have an awesome coffee/latte machine that runs 24/7. Great place to stay for the price.

Our first room smelled horrible. The receptionist made possible arrangements and moved us! She was super helpful. Although we didn't make it to breakfast, it looked delicious!

Amenities on the room

It was very clean and organized, would recommend this hotel, rooms were clean and efficient, we stayed at a suite and it was really nice and quiet. Definitely worth the visit and money spent! The only problem was the rooms were smaller than the pictures and descriptions.

I didn't like the TV, as it isn't set up to connect to YouTube, Netflix, and Prime.

Delicious breakfast accommodating vegetarian eaters as well. Clean hallways, present staff cleaning and refreshing the food area at breakfast. Awesome welcome at check in. Comfortable room.

The room and shower were very clean. Wonderful breakfast. Easy drive in and out when not wanting to stay directly on the island. Kind of a nice middle ground location for both the island and CC downtown. Highly recommend AND will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed twice within a few weeks, location works great.

We enjoyed staying here during Father’s Day, another family member was staying at a different hotel and they were attacked by so many mosquitoes, not just outside the hotel, they were in the lobby, elevators and in their room. We did not have a mosquito issue. This is a big plus. The breakfast was good, from eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal and waffles. Just enough till lunch time.

Room smelled like mildew. Floor was wet from ac leaking. Let management know and wasn’t able to get a replacement room till a day later. Horrible having to stay the night with that smell.

This is my second time staying here, the place is clean for the most part, simple breakfast but they do have an excellent barista coffee machine at the lobby, the place could definitely use an upgrade with the carpet and bed frames because they seemed old and since they’re fabric material can catch a lot of dust, I felt it this last time I was there making it hard to sleep due to my allergies. Staff was helpful, they provided a new microwave in the room after I pointed out that the one in the wall was rusty from inside which honestly could have been a fire hazard. But they handled it very well and were really helpful. It’s hard to find other decent places in the area for this price so I’ll probably stay here again. Pet friendly and has good amenities, everything you need in a room also cooking utensils. Electric charger for EV vehicles and a pool!

I booked this hotel by accident! It’s not in South Padre! That’s just the name of the street! South Padre is 2:55 hrs away. For the location it’s clean and convenient to the highway. I didn’t know they accept pets so it was very noisy with the barking and children while I was there. I do not like waking up to barking and loud kids! I seen other reviews about how good the breakfast was and I didn’t experience that. It’s the same old continental breakfast everyone serves! I guess it’s something if you’re hungry!

Stayed for 12 nights. I only had one issue file I was there and the staff very quickly fixed the problem. Two ladies at the front desk went above and beyond every time I spoke to them, very pleasant. Would stay again.

This location is always great, but I wish their pet fees were lower. $40 a day per pet adds up quick.

Staying at hotel was a pleasant experience. Clean rooms, kitchenette with all necessities pots, pans, cooking utensils, freezer and refrigerator, stove top, sink, dish soap, scrub pad, bathroom has shampoo conditioner body wash lotion hand wash towels blow dryer, iron ironing board, safe, cold ac, good water pressure, comfortable beds blankets sheets pillows. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, so many options and you eat as much as you want: sausage, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, coffee, yogurt machine with all fixings, waffle makers, tea, cereal, muffins, everything so good!

A short drive to the beach. That was the only good thing. A/C was out on most of the floors. The room A/C worked, just not the hallways. I got a room with a kitchenette but was told they don’t like us being food up to our room. The bed was super uncomfortable and the window looked like it was falling apart. The curtains didn’t want to stay closed. Water pressure sucked. The worst part multiple guest were sinking weed all over the place leaving roaches everywhere. Staff was not the best either. Not very informative at all.

The stay was great clean room. Staff was great.

Great location, right off the main road. I loved the kitchenette. It had everything you could need, including pots, pans, silverware, cutting board, etc. Everything was very clean from the lobby to the room. The staff was friendly. The bed was like a rock, so it wasn't the most comfortable, but the sheets were clean & pillows were comfy. The breakfast was decent. If we had gotten there closer to the beginning or end of breakfast, I'm sure it would've been fresher, so overall it wasn't terrible.

Always enjoy staying here when I visit my college student. It is the one hotel that doesn't feel muggy in the room! It's always clean and everyone is friendly.

Everything was clean!

So the only issue was there wasnt really a chair like a recliner in the room, just a che' lounge, but with a bad back wasnt doable so i just sat on the bed for tv or reading. Other than that, great place and staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Executive Residency by Best Western Corpus Christi. The room was clean and and the bed was comfortable. The property was clean and well maintained.

We have had two stays in the last month. Each time employees are great as are the rooms. Very clean, pretty quiet too

considering the environment the hotel is located in, it is a good place to stay. It's not easy to keep things nice in harsh environments. I believe the Excellent rating I saw when Travelocity was recommending hotels in the area was over-rated. I would give it a Great rating, but definitely not an Excellent rating. There was plenty of focus on maintaining the condition of the front of the building, but the back of the building, where we entered/exited could of been mistaken for a truck stop...2 star at most in this area. This is a good hotel, with a good staff, and nothing wrong with the breakfast. The gym is nice, and my room was clean and nice, it just wasn't Excellent quality.....tho I'm sure it was when it was new. Good stay, Thank You

The room need more cleaning. The room floor was not clean every day. Things did not refill. There was hand wash need . Nice place but needs work on the cleaning area

Owners seem to keep property in reasonably good shape considering the age of the building and staff is friendly. Kitchenette is very handy, breakfast is very reasonable, free coffee in lobby is nice as well as frozen microwave type snacks for purchase. Some parts of equipment and building show signs of aging, gym needs wipes for hygienic purposes, room ventilation is the biggest one for me - it felt like there was not enough outside air circulation in the room. Or it may be air conditioning unit needs cleaning. Would stay again.

Libby very clean, front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. You can tell this is a newer property that is being well maintained. Breakfast was not to be taken out of lobby because of “critters” even though the room we rented had a kitchenette. I understand that food taken to rooms means lots of food wasted. Wish there was a little more variety at breakfast.

The room had everything we need and was spacious. The surrounding area was ok but i hated having to do the UTurn so often to get back to property from beach areas.

Upon check in room was subpar clean, vents for the AC were super dirty, no clean towels had to ask front desk. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty having to make another trip to front desk to request more which all should definitely have been done before check in. Shower drain was also clogged the water took a very long time to drain after showers. The staff was friendly and helpful, we make trips to Corpus very regularly and have stayed at many of the hotels and been returning customers to many but this one in particular we will definitely pass on next time and not make it back here to this one.

We have stayed here several times and like everything about the hotel. The breakfast is great every time. This time our room did have empty shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower and the bathroom sink was weak, it barely ran water when we turned it on. Rooms are always clean.
