Amazing check In and all the great experiences that the night shift reception gave us. Will definitely coming back.

I liked the location. The first clerk tried giving me and my 6'3 son a queen room with a sofa bed...I had booked several weeks prior and had booked two queens. The other clerk on duty looked and was able to accommodate my actual booking. The first clerk was being lazy about it. The machine was broken at Starbucks to be able to get a coffee in the morning.

Loved the fast check in and courteous staff.

Lobby and rooms needed repairs. Carpet was coming apart at the seams. Wallpaper was coming off the walls.

The water pressure was lacking and the AC didn't seem to get too cold. Neither of which are a big deal to me, so it didn't impact anything negative for me. I assumed there would be continental breakfast but there wasn't. That could have just been an oversight on my own so prepare for that. All was good though, would stay again

We liked the young lady who checked us in that evening & the young lady who worked with us during the day on the 8:00 shift they were very personable & efficient I feel the toilet bowl in our room could've been a bit more cleaner

The air conditioner did not work on the room was hot and I had to ask for a fan. Did not refund me due to I purchase it thru credit Klarna . Very Sad for being a Marriott hotel. They refund me parking fee $2.00 .

I stayed here for a week and it was so sad because I had to bake the hotel for them to make my bed and give me clean towels daily and they would not do it. The pool was green. The Starbucks wasn’t up and running. I stayed on the first floor and the ceiling was leaking over the toilet. So it’s probably the toilet above me leaking. It was disgusting. My trash was never taken out, my dirty towels were never taken out. I got such an attitude from the general manager, just for one and clean towels, and my bed to be made. I will never stand at this location again

Great hotel for business or family travels. I would stay here again.

The room smelled funny like Mac n cheese/ yeasty. There was something that appeared to be mold behind some loose wall paper in the hallway. The shower pressure wasn’t the best

Comfy & being able to adjust the ac was great, taking a personal fan helped cool the room down. Only complaint was I found a soda bottle from previous stay by the bed & Breakfast is very limited, kids were looking forward to having waffles & pancakes but was not an option.

Changed our room from booking;Ice machine on our floor was trashed:AC would not keep room cool:Roach in bathroom;pint or wall paper peeling;shampoo dispenser out of the wall: carpet in the hall thorn in two places

Was a good stay. The staff were very kind and the room was clean. The whole hotel was clean to be honest. The pool was open and was in perfect condition. Not dirty at all.

Customer service was okay.Decent came down here before I didn't like the fact it was supposed to come with complimentary breakfast and it didn't, the refrigerator was unplugged? And all the water was on the carpet and it made a loud noise. So it made the apartment stink as well. People, the AC wasn't working good. So it was a hot sleep. I only got 2 towels to take a shower? When I had 4 people.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious and parking was close.

This hotel in great and really clean and the staff was so helpful and down the earth, I will stay here again but please lock up your belongings I left my fishing poles in the truck bed the first night and they where stolen, but didnt ruin my stay, but the should get security or atleast cameras I saw none, but other than that great stay, good job courtyard Marriott!

I found two cockroaches in the room and I never thought that I have to ask for cleaning the room. Terrible service.

Elevators smelled like rotten fish. Restroom had broken tiles. People were banging, stomping and yelling at 4:30am

As you enter the hotel it felt hot inside the lobby. The front sliding doors were not working, coffee machine was not working coffee was handed cold. There was no microwave in the room, tv wasn’t working right because it didn’t support the internet because tv wasn’t old (kind of the first flat screen tvs that came out). Ac was not working properly, the room had a wierd smell like humidity, there was roaches and ants in the room. Beds were all bumpy,

Although the property was dated and room could definitely use some spucing up, it was conveniently located to the highway, shopping and restaurant. This location does not meet the Marriott standard. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was clean staff was nice but when we booked it said breakfast so we expected free breakfast ans was surprised to fine oatmeal that was $9,50 and bagels for $6.50. Other then that misunderstood item the stay was great.

Toilet did not set level moved when I got up. Schauer dispenser of shampoo, etc. did not pump correctly. Nice place, very friendly nice people, I would recommend it.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Stains on the carpet floor and an older hotel; however, the kitchen staff, cleaning staff, and the check in/check out staff made the stay special.

In my humble opinion, I truly enjoyed the stay. There’s not a lot of negative. Other than the breakfast was expensive n definitely not enjoyable. For $26.00 I could have a bad ass breakfast at Andy’s kitchen just saying. N the bar was not stocked properly, you should always prepare especially for a long weekend as it memirial weekend. But staff was great. Thank you. Will be back in September for training.

The staff were always pleasant and nice and helpful. From check in to check out and every minute in between, we were there for 4 days and they were kind every single day!

This is our go to place when we visit Corpus Christi. Always consistently good.

AC was out on the first floor so no, we did not, neither of the 2 nights.

A full breakfast was not available; however, the Starbucks service was wonderful.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the front desk clerk’s name, but she had great customer service and was most helpful during my stay.

Not only was t the propert 1st class but also the staff, from the staff at the front desk to the house keepers.

We stayed there while we visit the Third Coast Church which was also an amazing experience and event. The hotel rooms were very clean, quiet, comfortable, and had great customer relations with Sandra who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful while we stayed there on the 27,28 of March. We will definitely return to see Sandra she made us feel at home especially when it came to the kids. The hotel is near restaurants, shopping centers, very convenient, near A&M university, and beach etc. thank you 😊 be blessed

Very old and warn down rooms

Staff was friendly; room smelled dingy. The bed was too firm and too much noise.

The guy that checked me in was great. He gave me a lot of recommendations since it was my first time in Corpus Christi. The hotel was located by lots of places to go. The room was clean and comfy.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast. I loved that the Courtyard had a bar. Room was spacious and very clean.

Receptionist was very friendly and check in process went very smoothly. Received water & snacks at our arrival and given all the information needed for our stay.

On the first day I checked in I told him there was no hot water in the room. They moved me to another room that evening. We still did not have hot water. The following warning still did not have hot water.

One think could have a biger tv 📺

The hotel wS clean and so were our rooms . It does need some updating. The furniture in the lounge was dirty and warn out . The stafff was excellent!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and met our needs. The only issue was the next morning seeing there were 3 cars broken into. Then realizing I almost parked on the far end where the vehicles were parked. Don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle.

I asked for extra towels the night before we left and no one ever came. The morning we were leaving we asked for towels again and they mentioned they would not have any ready for an hour and a half and at that time it was time to check out

The exterior & interior of the hotel was great. Well lit parking area & the lobby had a great atmosphere. U fortune tel the hallway from the third floor was hot & humid. The room was great except for the roof area where the soffit llights were the ceiling paper was peeling & the exhaust fan in the restroom wasn’t properly installed leaving a gap. It rained our last morning there & the tv signal kept buffering. Other than that the stay was great & customer service was awesome.

I spent all night with lights on. It was filthy and I felt unsafe as door lock was broken and they said I had to wait for someone to come look at it the next morning. I had to stay as I don’t drive at night and had to find arrangements for the rest of my trip. I wasn’t the only one who left due to the conditions

It was a nice place clean and staff very friendly, has bar and breakfast and pool so was nice after we got back from the be h to relax

Extremely friendly staff.! This hotel offered a bar which was very convenient. Bartender was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

AC in the room is a bit outdated. Staff did an amazing job getting onto my request and providing me all i asked for.

Check-in was good, but once coming into the room and setting our stuff down we saw there was cosmetic damage in our room. Sat down on the bed and 3 HUGE roaches came out from underneath the pillows. Needless to say I couldn’t sleep, and had to be up at 5:30 am. Will not be returning, never again.

Check-in was not fun…couldn’t understand the desk clerk. I expected better from a Marriott hotel, but no more. They charged a $3.87 per day parking recapture fee ( whatever that is.) Not like Corpus is a bustling metropolis…not even half the parking places had cars in them the whole time we were there. No continental breakfast. Will not stay there again.

I was unaware of a parking fee. It seems unnecessary given all the vast space here. The breakfast selection is worse than expected and the description on Expedia includes a complimentary breakfast, it's not!

The pool was broken

We booked connecting rooms and when we arrived none were available. We wanted to change one room from a king size bed to one with double beds, and none were available. Personnel were very friendly, but the condition of hotel was not up to par. Ice machines were broken on two floors, hot coffee was not available at the Starbucks bar, only iced.

Area is very commercial and dense with cheap shops. We thought we were going to a beach town, not this hotel - this is off a city freeway. Staff was nice untill we complained about the pool not being open. The pool is why we booked the place, it was all we wanted after working all day. They kept saying it needed to be swepted but it never opened, it was green. We ask for a refund on our second night but they said it was after 4p, so no. We had just gotten off work, this was our second night of no pool. We left to go somewhere else.

The shower head in the bathroom had no pressure

The TV kept turning its volume down on its own, the ice machine on the second floor was broken, and the pull-out bed had stains. They were also out of conditioner. We left a note asking for towels, conditioner, trash removal, and a working TV. They did replace the TV, but completely ignored everything else. We called down for towels—nothing. Ended up having to walk down wet just to grab some ourselves. I’m not usually one to complain, but I wouldn’t recommend the experience we had to anyone.

The exterior and lobby were nice. The main bed had stained sheets. Um hovering the bed we found lots of hair on the sheets and the other dude of the pillow. The pull out bed had a large brown stain with no extra blankets in the room for the pull out bed. The ottoman for the pull out sofa bed was stained as well.

Everything with just fine except there was no breakfast included even though the apps description states that breakfast is included. That is a very important factor for me since I enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning. I would suggest you would change your description of the property to meet the actual property offerings.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly & happy to assist if anything is needed.

The room was clean, the food was decent on the breakfast menu. We tried to report a belt that we thought we had forgotten, but just recently found so I notified the hotel of that. They had all sent us messages that they were sorry they couldn’t find it so they had been very kind about that. However, when we had called, we couldn’t get anyone to help us on the phone.

There was no check in staff available. We had to wait for 20 plus minutes before someone arrived.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly but likely understaffed. The pullout sofa in the room was disgusting and the hotel only had two top sheets to offer for bedding. We received vouchers for our breakfast but it was very busy and took a long time to get our food. The staff was doing the best they could to keep up.

Had a great stay, service was excellent, the room was spotless, and the hotel was impressively quiet. It’s a bit older, but that’s just nitpicking. Overall, very pleased.
