The staff was nice. The property location was great. Or room was a nice size. We found a roach in our room. The shower, restroom, and kitchen sink had a hard time to drain. The water pressure was really bad especially in the shower.

It was clean, the pool was nice and it had a good breakfast. There was not enough seating for breakfast.

This place was a nightmare do not stay here it’s not worth a dollar. If I could get my money back I would. Run run run away the roaches are bigger then my shoes and the hotel staff is meaner then my mom.

The Rooms smell musty and mild mold smelling. The breakfast was bad. No favor of waffles no taste on eggs sausage was cold. We went right when they opened @7am.

As we were checking in the police arrived and asked for a room key for the 4th floor our receipt showed we were also on the 4th floor we asked if we could have another room. at first she said they were booked but then called someone and they 'found' us a room on the first floor which was great.

The Front desk was courteous and professional. The Bed was comfortable and the A/C was working nicely on keeping the Room cool. Breakfast was good. The shower had low water pressure. The Bathroom vent was not working. The iron was not usable due to black firm was stuck to the heat area. The top level on the TV screen was turning Dark.

Breakfast was excellent. Pool was clean, spa worked great. Room and bedding were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and honest in helping is track down a forgotten item. No complaints.

The property was decent, and the room was comfortable. But I was on the ground floor, room backed the office and lobby. The amount of sleep-ending noise in the wee hours of the morning (between 3-5 AM) was astounding. People gathering for breakfast could be heard from my bed.

Check in time is at 3pm and room wasnt ready until 4pm missed our concert

I love my experience from the beginning to the end. The staff welcomed us when we walked in. They took care of us. We signed our papers and continued to our room. The balcony was wonderful. In the room was a perfect size for us too. The next morning went to breakfast and there was cereal, waffles, chorizo, and egg tacos, sausage link, yogurt, juice, juices, etc. Breakfast ends at 10 and Checkout was at 11. I shall say our experience ended too soon. Will definitely stay again one day.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible, the handicap shower head wouldn't stay up I had to rig a hand towel & tie it in knot so it wouldn't slide down other than the shower it was a pleasant stay

When I got to my room and went to put the ac warmer, the carpet was saturated. They brouht towels to put on the floor and the next day, it was repaired.

The room was very clean and the staff were so great. Anything we needed they got for us and were so kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and friendly Nothing

I’d say you get what you paid for but we paid $300 for two nights which is steep for this hotel. Floors were weirdly sticky and dirty and overall looks like it hasn’t even been deep cleaned. Also breakfast was extremely mid at most. Food was cold and the options were limited.

You can tell it was an old room. Shower was old, took forever for the hot water to come on. Mirror had old stains. Room had a funky smell and furniture was old.

The hotel was a disappointment. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the entire property did not appear to be clean or well maintained. Staying there turned out to be a bad decision. The room I stayed in was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel fell well below my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Nice place

We had a room with 2 queen sized beds and a couch that had a pullout bed. There were 5 of us. My husband and I, my adult daughter, a 2 year old and a 6 year old. Everyone had plenty of room and slept very comfortably. The staff were awesome, friendly, helpful and made sure you were taken care of. We will 100% stay here again! I would give this hotel a 10 star rating if that was an option.

This last stay was completely different. There was a strong unpleasant smell of curry (no offense to anyone), the cable was wack!!! We couldn’t even watch tv because of the HORRIBLE internet or choice of TV options they now have in place. This hotel is usually SPOTLESS- this time it was filthy, lots of rock dirt on floor, unpleasant smell, the conditioner bottle in shower was completely empty. The bottle was squished in an attempt from previous person trying to squeeze it out, and the AC in the bedroom was not the best. Hopefully they are not under new management because we will not returning. And I really loved the nice lady and young girl @ front desk.

The first room we had smelled like mold and mildew. There was mold on the ceiling and the floor was completely wet. The next that we were given was on the first floor and was an “accessible” one. The door to the bathroom opened into the bathroom and left no room to close it bless you moved all the way by the toilet. The shower you had to push the lever so hard my husband almost couldn’t even turn it on.

AC was great, showers were nice ,breakfast and staff there ready to help and refill their part. Pool was nice for the price and they let ppl enjoy themselves. No complaints

The hotel provided an average spread of breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very friendly and attended to us very well. Our rooms were clean, but we found a couple of critters around the room and in the mini fridge. The AC in the room was leaking water and the carpet puddle kept spreading. Maintenance never made it in to correct the problem. Again, the staff was friendly but promises never followed through.

The location was an easy off and on the highway. Breakfast was excellent-waffles, bacon, boiled and scrambled eggs and more. Pool was nice. Overall great place to stay, highly recommend.

We regularly stay at this Hotel and love it! The Front Desk girls/ladies are extremely friendly and provide the best customer service always with a smile on their face. Same for the cleaning staff and all employees. The rooms are very clean with great AC. Breakfast is amazing!

Everything was cleaned pretty much daily it seemed I have 0 complaints

Room was overall okay, but we didn't not have hair conditioner and struggled with the key to enter room. The hot tub by the pool does not work and looks old but they do keep the pool open until late which my boys enjoyed.

Needed a room for 6. Only had 4 towels and no bedding or pillows for the pull out bed. Dirty, dingy and a lot of damage. Probably water damage. The bathroom shower curtain rod was ripped out off of the tiles and hung back up in a U shape so the curtain only hung in the middle. The entire place just had a bunch of bandaid fixes to it to try to look nice but it's worth a 60$ night not 140$. Gross!

It was a nice stay but it the hotel smells when you walk in , maybe the carpet needs to be clean.

Would not recommend. Place had an awful smell. Nothing like pictures. It was the filthiest hotel my family and I’ve stayed at. Rug was discusting, beds had hair in them, sofa was like it was found in the dumpster. Asked for another room. They did accommodate but still not good. Overall we made the best of it since it’s was paid and not refundable. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Great hotel to stay at! Staff was amazing and welcomed us when we checked in, breakfast as delicious. The only problem was our split AC was making too much noise at night and our pull out sofa the mattress was dirty but other than that it was a great stay.

Air was set to 60 when I arrived! Extremely low water pressure in the shower.

Mattress for sofa bed was filthy. Bed sheet was stained with spots of blood and dark wet spot. Poolside was disgusting with peanut shells and cigarette butts. Hot tub wasn't clean it had feathers and dead bugs. Place has potential but needs help.

We planned to stay at this hotel three nights in May 2026 but we cut our stay short and left early after two nights. When we checked in there was water pouring down from the front entrance doors (it was not raining) into the lobby entrance. The whole hotel has a strong mildew / damp smell. The first room we were given (209) was very dirty so we requested a different room. The next room (206) had what appeared to be black mold and water stains on the ceiling in addition to termites on the ceiling right over one of our beds. Our kids also got bug bites in the room. On the plus side the hotel has a convenient location, staff were helpful and the breakfast was decent but we would not stay here again and I would recommend others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Property is rundown and filthy. Room was not well cleaned. Coackroaches in room. Trash under sofa bed and in sofa bed. AC made a loud humming noise. Staff assisting with breakfast was rude. Do not recommend staying here.

It was a pretty good stay, there were a few things like flickering restroom light and missing blankets that we probably could have complained about but it really wasn't a big deal for 2night stay. So YES I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN 👍

The staff, buffet breakfast, and room were very nice. I left a 2 star due to the air quality, clear signs of water damage and possible mold/mildew. Every person is different, however some people are sensitive/allergic to mold/mildew. I know the 2nd floor, from the elevator and hallway it was musty and warm, no air flow at all. The smell and air quality continued into our room, thanks to the AC running ice cold it was able to help with breathing. One corner of our room had water damaged on the ceiling and the corner floor carpet was completely soaked. The closet had one of those moisture trapping bags, it was completely full of water. The staff was very helpful, sincere and easy to work with. They did their best with the limitations they have to accommodate us. However, I firmly believe that mine and my family's health rise above all. We ended up checking out a day early unable to get a refund for the 2nd night, which is understandable but wish they would be more lenient and provide some type of relief for the health hazard not only I, but I'm sure a bunch of other families, have put themselves through.

The front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping staff were attentive, helpful, and informative. We appreciated receiving housekeeping services every day of our stay and valued the variety and quality of the breakfasts. We would stay at this hotel if we are ever back in the area.

Only the older lady in the front that works 7/3 was a sweetheart. I completely forgot her name the owner and then the lady that works 3 to 11. We’re rude. I asked for housecleaning they gave me an issue with complaining that they were shortstaffed every time I ask for anything I was always getting an attitude.

There was a damp, musky smell in the room. If we lowered the ac, odor was more tolerable. Maybe the carpet needed cleaning or ac filter needed replacing.

During breakfast one of the ladies turned off the lights and shut everything down early while my family was in the middle of fixing their breakfast. She started arguing with my family member and then threw away her food that was in the toaster. Mind you other guests were destroying the dining hall but that wasn’t us. We waited our turn to fix our plates got down there with 20 mins to spare and we were still disrespected. We asked to speak to a manager 3 separate times and no one ever reached out as we were told. Very disappointed in this staff members behavior and that management never responded.

This hotel is very old and the smell that lingers is there to prove it. The staff were nice and the bfast seemed to be a hit but I wouldn't stay here, again. Nothing the hotel can do about it when the building itself is old and it doesn't have any upgrades.

The room was a bit dirty, could have used some elbow grease to clean the shower floor, and carpet needed a vacuum.

Great location felt safe. Breakfast was great just wish it was a larger room but they open the conference room with more seating so that was nice. Staff were friendly. Any shopping and activities were near by maybe 5-15mins away depending on where you wanted to go. Would stay again.

Property was clean and room was clean I'd day the only downfall was the pool was closed.

Elevator floor cracked tiles and very dirty. Hallway carpet, very dirty with lots of stains. Carpet within my room, lots of stains. Ceiling had stains and it looked like water damage and bubbling paint. Shower had almost zero water pressure and was not clean. Adjourning room was up to 2am talking on the phone, and I could hear every word. I would never stay here again and would suggest the same to anyone I know. I travel for work and have stayed in lots all around the US and abroad. While this isn't the worst, it certain did not impress. Not a well-kept property.

Mostly good. Small issues that lied mainly with the drywall, paint and caulking within the restroom. Chipping, rust and cracks within the walls and corners.

The staff/ maintenance was making noise after 9pm and didn't stop till after 12pm

Room was dirty. We tried setting up the sofa bed as soon as we got there and the sheets were dirty. The sheets had blood stains and the back of the mattress as it unfolded was yellow and smelled !!! Went down stairs to ask for another room and was told they were sold out. Was given the option of changing the sheets or getting a refund 😵‍💫 Horrible experience. However receptionist was very helpful and helped us get a refund through Expedia which we appreciated.

Elevator didn't worked

When you walk in there was moldy smell and they didn’t activate the room key. The elevator stopped working and the shower head part connecting to the wall was hanging off and toilet wasn’t working. The conditioner in the shower was empty.

Room was clean for the most part (hair was on wall in shower and stuck to one of the sheets on a bed) staff was helpful during breakfast and when we had a wifi question/ checking in and out. Pool was nice. Hot tub wasn't hot at all which was a little disappointing after coming back from a softball tournament. Did not venture out since we were there for a softball tournament and didn't have a lot of free time. Had Domino's delivered one night and that was easy. Elevator was iffy on working at times. Great stay for what we were there for. Shower was hot.

It looked really clean but the room smelled wet. The carpet felt wet. The breakfast was good. The staff were really nice. The parking lot gets full if you come in too late.

Room was clean, Linda along with the rest of the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Breakfast was basic. Location is great access.

I requested to have our room serviced and it was never done. When I asked for clean towels, 1 was repeatedly told they were being washed, but none were ever provided, so I ended up having to go out and buy my own towels. The hotel itself is very old and has a strong mildew smell. There were kids running up and down the hallways late at night, which made it hard to rest. The elevators were also broken, so we had to use the stairs. On top of that, there was only one washer available and it barely worked or released water. Overall, the stay was very inconvenient and disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
