Mold in the room, and mold in the bathroom. Bathroom small amount but room large. My wife told the receptionist when we left but it didn’t even bother her. Just said thank you and turned around. It’s a good thing that we just used the room to sleep in , we were out the whole day. And I have a picture of it.

Really good location, close to many places to go like the mall, whitecap beach, Selena museum. Breakfast was very consistent and had a variety of options. New towels were always provided. Many options for entertainment at hotel like mini golfing, pool, outdoor hammocks, volleyball net, and soccer field.

We had an amazing experience staying at the school this past weekend! The basketball facilities and stadium were great, and everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and had such a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel felt rushed to be updated, the hinges on the bathroom door, shower handles, etc. were very rusted as there is no fan in the bathroom, the bed is extremely firm & walls/door are thin so you can hear almost everything. The breakfast was nice & staff is kind & helpful.

Overall it was nice, lobby was nice breakfast was good. Room was ok but after a long day at softball tournament you wanna take a shower relax watch a little TV, but tv didn't work, shower leaked after you turned it off sink in bathroom was slow draining, was told I had to talk to manager on Monday to see if I could get a discount will see what happens i doubt I'll get one.

loved would book again

The front lobby was welcoming and the staff were exceptionally friendly. However, as we walked to our room, we noticed a very unpleasant odor near the second entrance and in the lift. Hallway carpets and room flooring were dirty too, it needs some deep cleaning. On a positive note the breakfast was great. Wish they extend it from 6-10 am on weekday instead of 7-9 AM

This is one of the better Best Western hotels we have stayed at. For our part we were close to the places we had to go to no more than 15mins. The pillows were too flat for us. We rented 4 rooms total and all my family felt the same. Also,we paid to get hot chocolate at the Starbucks coffee machine and it only poured us water. We told the front desk but had to wait for a manager name Yvette in the morning. When we went she was on a phone call. We could not wait because we were attending a funeral.

Overall we had a great stay. On check in day we got into town 40 minutes early (2:20pm) and decided to see if a room was available already. There was. However we did have to pay an early check in fee ($15). We were tired of driving and paid. The hotel staff was kind and there are sooo many great amenities especially if traveling with a group or kids. They have a nice pool, great seating area, hammocks, outdoor games and volleyball net. They have a virtual game room but we did not use this. Breakfast was great. The offer waffles, yogurt and some toppings, breads and muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage, and potatoes. The lovely breakfast lady was so sweet and working so hard to keep everything stocked. The only issue we had was we were given 1 big towel for a family of 4. We didn't know that until we finally got back from the beach and were all showering. We went to ask the night desk for more towels and they refused us because it was after 11pm. I was so confused that they couldn't access towels for guest. The also set off the alarms (sooo scary in the middle of the night with 2 kids) when I called the front desk to ask of it was a real emergency the guy that answered laughed and said I'm not sure. I said how are you not sure. He chuckled again and said if it goes off again its real. I'm sure you can imagine how well we slept.

Or stay there was very comfortable nice inside and out just a little outskirts from where we usually stay but will definitely stay there again reasonable price

Everything was great as expected. A special mention to Pam, the lady who is in charge of the breakfast. Excellent work attitude, makes everyone feel welcome.

It was a great stay!

The hotel was able to accommodate my 3 bedrooms for my family next to each other. The rooms were clean however one of the rooms lacked soap, conditioner and hand soap. We needed to go the desk and pick up supplies for our room. The breakfast hotel staff was very attentive and cleaned up each table after finished eating. In addition, she was helpful with visitors their breakfast in terms of dietary restrictions and help with the waffle machine.

My family of 4 stayed one night. My 14 year old just wanted to swim so that's what he did. They did have cornhole that you could play and a small miniature golf course. It was very nice outside. Super cute. The lounge chair I tried using was a bit broken but I still managed to use it.

There was no hand wash, body wash, shampoo or conditioner. Shower didn't work either. Called the reception, went downstairs and all they said was to wait for a few minutes. It took them 45min to give a shampoo bottle. Horrible experience.

The breakfast was a stinker. Everything else was good for one night. The light in the bathroom blinked then went out for a few minutes. The person at the front desk was very pleasant.

The hotel was exceptionally average considering what it cost. The room I happened to book was an accessible room (it was one of the only rooms available) that had a big bathroom that had no ventilation fan, and if you used the shower the floor got wet no matter how careful you were. The lack of ventilation and wet bathroom meant there was mold in the caulking along the shower and the whole room was excessively humid. Other than that, the hotel was nice enough, the staff were pleasant and helpful, I just would recommend not booking an accessible room unless you absolutely need it, they really should at the very least have a floor drain and a vent fan in that bathroom.

I took off one star because the bed was as hard as a rock. Upgrade the beds and this place is fantastic!!

She was even in a bad mood. The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day. Pool was very clean

When we checked the room, the bed sheets had some small stains, a bit of hair, it wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t the worst either. Overall it’s a good place to stay for a quick get away or vacation. Those were just some of my issues

The breakfast wasn’t great this time—they’ve definitely reduced the variety of food. There wasn’t enough for the number of guests, and you had to stand in line just to get hot items. One waffle maker was broken for three days, and the other kept shutting off from overheating. The hotel is still clean and freshly renovated, but it now feels more like a place for a quick one-night stop rather than somewhere you’d want to return to again and again.

Room was ok for what I needed. I was just there for just about a day so it served its purpose.

Breakfast was great although waiting for food was not ideal. One of the guest kept waiting for them to fill the potatoes, eggs, and sausages and then he would go empty it all on his plate and do it again. Parking also wasn't fun

Clean room, nice air conditioning

Breakfast was good. But they do not like to refill anything 15mins until the breakfast hour is over. Like you snooze you loose. They also ONLY leave 3 towels in the room. Well we booked 1 room with 2 beds because there is 4 of us. I told my 9 year old to get more towels from the front. The lady told her she had to bring the dirty towels down first. The lady at the front told my daughter there were cameras EVERYWHERE. So my daughter came back to the room and got the dirty towels. She carried them back down and they only gave her 3 more! They don’t need to be worried about towels. They need to be worried about 10 teenagers running from the sitting area and jumping the fence when they saw me and my little girls get out of the car. Not in the nicest area.

Breakfast was good & host was very friendly. Room was okay, got very humid and floor was slippery. Bathroom smelled musty which could be the shower curtain to short and water floods the floor and no exhaust vent in bathroom.

There was noise during the night, people talking close by and carts moving across the floor(figured it was employees since it was 1a-3a ish all 3 nites).

Parking lot was very well lit. The staff professional and courteous. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Clean and comfortable

Great overnight stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, courteous staff, nice amenities and a decent breakfast spread. Biscuits tasted a bit rancid and eggs were mid, but otherwise food was fine.

Excellent. Exept water from shower leaks onto floor and you step in it during night.

The staff was nice and everything can’t say 100% on the room. The tub was not cleaned and there were hairs on the corners of the restroom floor.

Staff was very friendly and room was nice! Hotel has been completely remodeled and is modern.

Impressed with the hotel

Room was very sterile feeling/looking. No curtains or rugs. Bathtub anti slip worn down. Very slippery and I fell.

The room was great except our sink kept having a water backup problem so it was difficult to use.

World's Smallest Hotel Bathroom. You literally couldn't stand at the sink. You had to straddle the toilet to brush your teeth. Also, the bathroom door couldn't close all the way. And the mattress was HARD. I didn't sleep well.

The property was nice, the only issue…we were checking out and the staff member was not at the desk. We waited 15 minutes for their return at 8:30 am.

Uncomfortable bedding, tiny pillows and they did not have any extra pillows when asked. Not happy with amenities like bedding and towels
