Best Western Corpus Christi

There are ice machines on the even numbered floors. The one on the 10th floor did not operate very well. The one on the 2nd floor had NO ice. They were aware that the ice machine on the 2nd floor would usually not have ice, due to heavy demand on that floor. I would suggest that if this usual, put a second unit on this floor. We had a problem accessing the safe in our room. A repair person was dispatched immediately. It was fixed within minutes. That was fantastic response!!

Room temperature was amazing I love cold rooms AC was blasting perfectly. Place was nice and clean perfect location for our night outing…

In the morning the ladies in the cafeteria were always so nice and kept making sure that the trays were filled with food. They also kept making sure the food area stayed clean. Good stay!!

This time our lights went out for a while but no discount

It was a very short trip and everything was wonderful. I just wonder why you have to pay for parking if there isn’t assigned parking for guests. We did have to park on the street at the end of the night but thankfully it was at window view from our room.

Also we had a balcony that was sealed off? That we could not use or open. What was the point of having one. Just make it a giant window if you don’t want anyone on it. Wasn’t horrible or the worst place. Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel itself just needs an update.

Very affordable room directly across from the seawall as well as walking distance to several dining options on the blocks behind the hotel. Possibly given 5 stars if the room balconies were accessible.

The location of the hotel was very helpful for the areas that we were going to visit .

The airl conditioner was so loud it gives a hum through the room. You are not in control of the air. And the balcony is sealed.

Skipped my room daily for housekeeping and we had some items go missing. Breakfast was not amazing.

Location to Beach, Marina and Restaurant is very good. Furthermore, the process of check-in is very smooth. Any noise, sound and voice of Neighbor rooms are not comfort. Especially it was not good at mid night. So, my pet dog was very nervous. But they complained us of my dog's woof. I feel bad about my dog ​​barking, but their noisiness was also a source of stress.

Room 220 was a corner room- nice view but loud road noise. During our stay, very loud guests slamming doors and yelling in hallway at midnight and 2:30am.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very great but they was very busy! Lots of guest and elevators are small.

That the did not have club soda for drinks and the additional charge for parking.

The staff was great! Lettie and Lu did a wonderful job for breakfast serving; Bri, Vanessa and Zeke who worked front desk/check in were polite and helpful on where to go to eat, beach area's etc. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

There is a $20 charge per night for parking on the property, which was not mentioned in the reservation information.

The breakfast was great, as well as the location. However, the carpet in the was dirty and stained. Not to mention the small elevator that took forever was ridiculous.

Staff were very friendly and polite. Hotel was always very clean. Loved to be in walking distance of the boardwalk and that a delicious pizza place was adjoined to the hotel. The view for breakfast is amazing and the food was always fresh and hot.

Be prepared to pay $20/night to park! This is the first time I have ever paid to park at a hotel where I have booked a room (you would think it would be included).

Had to change rooms multiple times, and we are not typically that type of traveler. First room my daughter got locked inside bathroom due to a broken door handle. Second room had cockroaches. Both of the first two rooms were not fully cleaned either. Awful experience.

This hotel is great! I love the rooftop bar and that there is a place to grab pizza and beer on site without having to go out. My room was very clean and comfortable. The only draw back for me each time I stay here is that there is no shade at all in the pool area. The sun gets very hot it would nice to have umbrellas or some sort of awning.

One of the elevators was broken down .. so all those check in and outs for 1 elevator.

The room was very clean the staff was amazing and helpful, breakfast was wonderful and there were many options to choose from. The bar was beautifully decorated and the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable.

We spent 4th of July at the hotel. It was the perfect location. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Room was clean, breakfast was great with a little of everything you could want. Front desk staff were great! Great location for all Corpus harbor activities for the July 4th weekend. Hotel seemed a little understaffed for cleaning and stocking requests for the holiday but nothing concerning, that was not handled eventually.

Room was clean with a great view.

When we arrived, there was a big stain on each of the queen sized beds in the room: it’s so big any staff should have noticed if they are remotely responsible. I alerted the staff of these stains and they changed the sheets. Next day there is another stain on the inner sheet less large in size. The walls are paper thin, lots of noises while sleeping. Breakfast was included and was good and hot. Views of the harbor were good.

This hotel has a perfect location , you can walk to the small beach nearby, has a beautiful view, o recommend this , the only think was I didn’t know that the parking was not included, we had to pay for it

Overall great stay. However, I did not notice when booking that they charge an additional $20 per day for parking!

The room was great! The hotel was clean and very well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only drawback is that the elevator was abysmally slow and one elevator was not working at all. Other than that everything was good and I would stay there again.

Everything was fine, but i guess i didn't read the part where parking at their fenced in parking lot on the hotel grounds was an additional $20+tax a day. Almost every hotel I have stayed at accommodates their guest with parking. I never thought to even look at that when booking. So...just be aware.

Great location close to the marina restaurants and main roads, and most rooms have a nice view. The fridge, coffee maker, and microwave were VERY helpful and the staff was great. We have found our new place in the Corpus Christi / Aransas area!

Great pool

Not from street noise or people in the pool but the cooling system. It did a great job of keeping the room cold but rattled and roared all night. It didnt get better after I tried to turn it off. On the other hand the staff was helpful with the luggage carts and the breakfast was very nice. I was happy to find that there was covered, lighted parking available for $20 a night because there was a large amount of foot traffic by the hotel.

Great Service and rooms with comfortable beds

I want to thank everyone of the staff members in the reception area. They were all extremely helpful and made our first stay in a Best Western, extremely pleasant. I especially want to thank Zeke (apologies if I misspelled it), because he made me feel as if I was talking to a friend. He really helped with our initial early check-in and always greeted us with a smile throughout the week. The rooms were clean, the conplete breakfast was surprisingly unexpected and having Marty Mcpies downstairs was great. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nonetheless I would book again purely on the staff and views. Cool pool area as well that our kiddos enjoyed!

Loved the location. Our problem was the rooms are not very well insulated - noise from the next room and carts going down the hall early morning woke us up. Also, the AC fan was so loud we had to turn it off at night to sleep.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs. Maintenance could be improved with mold/air quality in rooms. Overall, a good property.

Location is great! View from our room was wonderful. Beds are super comfortable, shower pressure is great and wonderful staff. The only negatives are windows are dirty. Would be nice to see the view better. We had two of our hand towels with brown on them. Maybe makeup from another guest. That was kind of gross. And the hotel itself could use some repairs and had mold from the ocean air I’m sure. A few of those changes would be great. We will stay again. So worth the location and rest of the positives I mentioned.

The room and the hotel was clean and smelled good. The staff was really nice and serviceable. Breakfast was the bad thing. The food wasn't good and they have a lot of improvement to make; but they are located in a very good location with great restaurants walking distance. The bar could also do some upgrading, but the service there was great and the view was very nice. Great prices on their drinks. The closing time of the bar could also be extended to a later time, at least to midnight.

First time staying here and it was amazing! I love everything about it from the location, the service, the breakfast, the rooms, and the friendly staff! This hotel will be by go to everytime I come into town.

It’s a great location but rooms are very outdated. Popcorn ceilings, mold in the corners of the doors, box tvs, hardly any lighting. Parking is $20 a night (not advertised when booking). Breakfast buffet was good on the 11th floor with a beautiful view. Lounge was also nice.
