Hot water and ac worked excellent , parking right in front of your room excellent bed was clean and comfortable the property was quiet and no trouble with anything or anyone. because of that I’d say good stay because I’ve stayed at much more expensive places just to deal with elevator and ac out of service but you must know the place was under renovation, wifi & phone didn’t work ..and my room floor was dirty fyi Gota mop can’t forget that.

Nothing about this Hotel was to like. Everything about this Hotel was just horrible. We had roaches crawling around the 2 rooms I had purchased and there was wiring coming out of the hole on the ceiling where a light should have been in my room. In my room there was a burn on one of the sheets covering the bed that was full of stains and dirt. The bathroom had hair all on the bottom and flies flying around. After experiencing that me and my family went up to the front desk and the woman working there tried denying what we saw saying, "We just got the place cleaned" despite seeing many health risks. Got a full refund fortunately. Will never go back or to any other American Best Value Inn & Suites every again. Horrid experience.

Bathroom towels alone already had staining, even new set for my toddler. Microwave missing parts, false advertisement for free wifi and wifi included then not receiving any at all. Bathroom tub missing parts that were tempting for my toddler to play with but mom made that impossible for him of course don't expect my $50 deposit fee back for my toddler making a small chocolate stain from a poptart but I would really appreciate that since it was not the greatest of stays 👍

i liked that it was a reasonable price. the bed was comfortable. the room we stayed in was in the back of the location, looking at a abandoned building looked very isolated. very scary.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Huge Flying Cockroaches in three rooms, stained and dirty bed sheets, cigarette burned blankets, hair still left on beds, not washed, NOT clean at all. It was very late by the time we went to the hotel and didn’t have time to find another hotel or coudn’t get a refund since we booked through a third party. When assigned cards, you have to write your own room number to keep track, if you have several rooms as we did. We definitely will not be returning, waste of our money.

Staff was awesome I booked at last minute and my reservation was honored another property canceled my stay because I was going to arrive a minute before midnight so I recommend this place 100%

Management was very rude because I told her I don’t feel safe in this area look like there was someone doing Durgs outside the room and just don’t look safe to stay room was not good at all I would not recommend this place to no one at all

The comforters were dirty. They had cigarette burns and white colored stains. The A/C was not turning on and then it turned on for a few minutes. The receptionist sent a tech to fix it and he seemed drunk. Then we got another room and the new room was also not clean and the AC had exposed wires. We left within 3 mins.
