They were working by the front door, so it took up some parking. We didn't like the bathroom light being over by the room door, and when you turned it on the light over the beds turned on, that was not good when someone has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Other that that it was a very good stay. Thk you

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Customer service was practically nonexistent. During our stay, the toilet kept flushing on its own, several lights in the room did not work properly, and we even had a roach crawl out of the air conditioning unit. What made the experience even worse was that when we reported these issues, the staff did not offer to move us to another room or provide any type of discount or compensation. I expected much better service and would not stay here again.

Very nice and spacious entry area with plenty of seating throughout. Pool table w board games available to play. The pool was needing a clean or chemicals or something bc it was very foggy but it was being used the entire time we were there

Downside, paper thin walls. Occupants next door were loud. Felt like they were in the room with us (-_-)

We did have trouble during check in with the double bed rooms. They weren’t ready and we waited approximately an hour before they were. But other than that inconvenience everything was perfect!

My room had been wrong I booked a queen double bed they gave me a king single but they corrected it apologized and we’re on top of it so professionally!

Refrigerator didn’t work. I had to change rooms in order to get a working refrigerator. Very inconvenient since we were already dressed for bed when I noticed it was not functioning. It would have been more convenient to exchange than to relocate.

Easy parking, ease of access for entry and exit, and front desk always had someone available. I was charged twice for my stay for the second time though i already paid via Booking.com. Already disputed with Elizabeth and will expect refund in 3-5 business days. Credit card was charged for indispensable fee costing more than the actual stay before i checked in.. which should’ve been authorized at the time of check in when i was present.

The room was clean and comfortable. But I had a last-minute change on my side that I needed 2 beds instead of 1 king size and the staff did not have a courtesy of helping, I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but they could not help at all, the hotel was not even full at its capacity. Poor customer service because I booked the hotel through Expedia.

The shower leaked so bad I could not stand in the bathroom or use the toilet without getting whatever I was wearing wet. The lady at the desk said yes we know, a lot of the rooms do that because of a bad design. So why don’t they fix it? The toilet rattled so bad. I’m surprised it didn’t leak. Worst of all I got bit at night on my stomach as I slept. Don’t get the breakfast. I had a time. It’s not a buffet. Every item is priced. They just deduct it from what you paid upfront. So you have to spend the exact amount or spend more. The breakfast sandwiches are all prepackaged and they cost seven and eight dollars. McDonald’s is way better for 1/3 the price.

Room was hot and A/C was not working right. They said they would reset the setting but it still worked the same. I had to ask for a table fan.

Only things I noticed-tile in room 212 bathroom was loose or damaged. Parking was somewhat questionable for security. Very open to the street.

Outside need to be cleaned. Bathroom shower got water all outside the shower.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it's so nice every time. It's always super nice and clean, the rooms are super spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, the pool was nice and cold. Would definitely recommend!

The pool area was nice and well-maintained, and towels were provided, which was convenient. However, one downside was that there was no complimentary breakfast offered. The location is about 20–25 minutes from the island, so not too far. Overall, it was a decent stay. For future trips, we would probably look for a place that offers more complimentary amenities and is closer to the island.

The place was cool-looking and clean. Tons of long black hairs in the shower which implies that it hadn’t been properly cleaned, but overall the place was great.

It appeared there was a leak under the refrigerator, as we found a puddle of water in the bathroom. We were moved to another room, but there was also a puddle of water there. Additionally, the air conditioner in that room was making a disturbing noise, so we had to change rooms yet again.

It was a nice hotel but the room could use some maintenance. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way and there was knicks and scratches on the walls. We didn’t pay for breakfast.

The first room the AC was really loud. I was switched to another room and the AC was not working properly. Maintenance supposedly fixed it twice but it was still warm in the room.

Our room was modern, spotless and conveniently located minutes from the freeway. Parking was a breeze, and we were greeted by a friendly staff. The free Aquafina water was a gracious touch. The Aloft is our family go-to when visiting from out of town.

Staff was lovely and a great place to stay with pets.

We had people jumping up and down above us. Called the front desk twice and no one answered the phone. Our room wasn't cleaned for the first days we were there, so we had to call to get fresh towels. The lobby bar was supposed to open at 4p and we were told that the "bartender was on the way and wouldn't be there until past 5p". Just seems like this hotel is poorly managed. Surprising from a Mariott property.

We did not eat breakfast there. A/C was fine after being adjusted. The staff is outstanding. We like it because they do not charge extra for our dog.

on top of that at night there was barely any parking and the side doors didn’t work with key fob so you had to walk all the way around to the front. One of the elevators was broken and the bartenders they have were unprofessional and vulgar.

I was able to check in earlier than 3pm. The staff members were really nice. The room and the gym were clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was nice! We were on the bar/ club side so it was noisy! The room had a few issues. No USB port! Only plugs. Shower floor leaked. Bath mats were always soaking wet way after shower was off! Door was very hard to close. You had to slam it shut!

The folks here at the Aloft have become family as I have stayed here quite often. The hotel also has been great with my puppy Duke.

The parking was not safe. My car got hit and run while parking overnight.

Room was okay ( great AC ), shower was dirty, one of the shades didn't close all the way down. When we contacted the lobby for help, they said they didn't have any staff available to assist.

First room not cleaned properly. Dog hair all over the floor and AC unit went out in the middle of the night. We did change rooms. Second room hair on shower floor. Staff were nice and breakfast was decent

Water pressure was so low! Could not flush toilet at night. Washing hands would take a long time bc the water pressure was low. Lights had issues. And the carpet was filthy and the room had a terrible smell.

Our stay was great ! The staff were extremely kind and helpful when we needed additional items for our room. It was super clean and comfortable. The lounge was super cute and was packed with people enjoying themselves. My family and I will be returning for our next trip.

Staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Lobby is very trendy. Coffee is available and water bottles too. Rooms are small, but clean. AC was nice and cold. We got a king bed, very comfortable and linen was nice. Dog friendly too! Poo was also relaxing. Shout out to Anita and staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by how stylish and comfortable this hotel was. The design felt modern and clean, and everything in the room looked recently updated. The bed was incredibly cozy and I slept very well each night. The front desk team was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Only slight drawback was that parking was limited and I had to park a bit farther than I wanted. But overall, I’d definitely return and recommend it to friends.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was clean and my stay was quiet. Only complaint was the elevator. I got stuck trying to get to the first floor once because the service elevator kept opening. Overall a great stay

Aloft is not friendly and hotel amenities are not working. Room is very congested.

We arrived on Friday June 20 , we enjoyed the first night, it was a little warm but ok after we lowered the ac. Saturday the a/c leaked throughout the day all over the carpet , the staff decided to move us to another room . We left to a family function and came back to a hot room. It was very uncomfortable but it was after midnight and we didn’t want to have to move again.

Had a great time barely there except for night time but it was clean comfortable the air conditioner kept room nice and cold I lived that it had a area to buy breakfast and snacks the only tiny thing was the TV it kept glitching a little bit but still watchable but regardless great experience great staff

I received nothing advertised on the site. I feel like I was click baited from the pictures. Room, filthy. Service, unprofessional. I arrived in town after midnight the overnight desk clerk seemed to know nothing and acted as though it was a bother for extra linen. Thank goodness, I was only sleeping there and spent most of the day at the beach.
