Second stay here. Both times were great. Kind staff makes a difference. There was a long crack in the bathroom mirror of the room, so I reported it to front desk and provided a photo so I wouldn't get blamed for it. Will stay here again when in the area.

The room was mostly comfortable although the air conditioner unit was pretty loud and the bed was pretty soft, which I don’t enjoy. The free breakfast was decent. The hotel was located, right where we needed to be so that was a big plus

Fine hotel for sleeping before your morning flight. The shuttle doesn’t start until five and breakfast isn’t until seven on the weekends so if you’re hoping for a quick bite before you hit the airport it’s not open yet. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

This was a great hotel to stay at, had a gas station close in a Whataburger close. The only thing that was an issue with this place was the vent fan in the bathroom you could not turn off. I don’t know why you couldn’t turn it off, but it should’ve been able to be able to turn off. Also this is just a personal preference but they don’t have Mountain Dew at the front. Overall, great hotel.

Love the location. Pretty much centered so you can get to everything within 20 minutes of the hotel. 20 minutes from Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Stadium area. That's with good traffic. Lots of shopping and food places. Friendly staff. And modern style hotel. Our go to place to stay!

What I like most about this hotel is that it is close to the airport. Add the free shuttle service, which makes it more appealing. The vicinity is clean and provides plenty of amenities. This is the first time I have seen a hotel with a billiard pool table. Don't forget the breakfast! Typical continental, but a lot to choose from.

The property was very clean overall, including the parking lot, lobby space, breakfast area, hallways, elevators, and emergency exit stairs. The room I had was spotless; however, it does feel a little empty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All the amenities were like new and very clean; the pool and gym. The breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast: cereal, breakfast breads, machine-made pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage. My only complaints are that the walls do not have great soundproofing, and the AC is a little loud when it turns on. Free Parking!!!

Arrived at 3pm for check-in. Told all check-in process was down across Hilton. We waited 6 hours to check-in. We sat in restaurants and parking lots for 6 hours. I continued to check in with no resolution offered. The front desk had no information regarding of any compensation regarding this issue. What will Expedia offer?

Have to hand it to the staff!!!! They all did EXCELLENT!!!! Although the system was down for several hours on Friday at check in, not the staff's fault at all, the staff kept us updated and tried everything they could to make our wait in the lobby area comfortable. They even served us popsicles!!! The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was actually very, very good too. We would definitely stay there again. Plenty of parking available. Overall, a 10+

The first day of check in we arrived at 2:45pm, in which check in is 3pm. The was checking me in and then all system went down to Hilton so they made us wait. We waited about 2 hours in the lobby and then left to go eat. came back 2 hours later and the lobby was still full of people waiting. We left again to the movies and didnt check in until 11pm!!! Lost a whole day and still had to pay. The second night there.. there must have been a soccer team in the room above us. We didnt get any sleep until 4am. The breakfast was not so great and the pancake maker often said out of order.

Excellent clean room; the soaps in the bathroom smelled amazing. The room was very clean, smelled very clean, and the entire hotel was immaculate. The host always welcomed us and told us to have a great day when we left. The breakfast offered a great variety of breakfast foods the two days we were there. There is no airplane noise for being next to an airport. The only noise we heard was someone above us on the fourth floor at 4AM making a lot of loud noise that woke us up on the second night. Else, everything was perfect. This was an ideal hotel when I think of an ideal place to stay.

This brightly colored hotel and lobby make you feel so welcome and curious and playful. The staff immediately greets and is super pleasant and super competent. After check-in, they quickly follow up with a text so there's an open way to communicate. I appreciated everything about this hotel with the exception of the shuttle service from the airport which left myself and another traveler waiting for about an hour and a half. To Tru by Hilton's credit, they followed up with me by email after I arrived home with an apology and ideas for making it right. Really outstanding customer service every step of the way.

The breakfast was good. The front counter staff were awesome and friendly. Parking was convenient and the amenities that came with the stay were a plus! The housekeeping could use some work. They were in the process of cleaning the rooms when we checked in. Ours was done but the floors seemed streaky after being mopped and smelled like dirty mop water. We did not have any trash bags in our trashcans either but luckily they were right next door so I was able to get a couple. My husband had to return the luggage cart. And was given a sigh of attitude like he was in the housekeepers way by doing so. The same one gave me attitude the next day and also sighed at me when I asked her for a couple of extra towels. She gave off an attitude that was very unwelcoming and bothersome as if we were in her way.. other than that our stay was comfortable and I think the breakfast options were great!

The hotel itself was great! The only small issue was if the thermostat was not set low enough, the floor would sweat and get slippery. The staff was great!

Have to wait more than 2 hours for shuttle after I call for many times, they make you feel like it was your fault when we were in the correct place. My favorite part is the lemon, scented hand wash and lotion. The room was clean. The air was cold. I really appreciated the amenities. The pool was nice. Breakfast was fantastic.

This hotel was lovely for a single night stay. Rooms were large and the electronic blinds were really nice for a dark room. If you don't like carpet, these rooms are for you. My room did not have carpet. The shower was clean and large.

Staff were friendly and professional. Room was stocked and clean. They have an airport shuttle which is super convenient. Would stay again.

This is the best Tru hotel I stayed. The front desk girl, not sure her name but she is very patient and kind.Make me feel more comfortable and relaxed after a long trip. Pool is well setup👍give space for parents to seat and chat while kids swimming, breakfast is decent. Coffee is fresh and hot.

Upon arrival, the gentleman that checked us in was delightful and full of energy. Courtney was personable and made sure our stay was comfortable, and that we were taken care of. Would highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

The room was fairly cleaned, the floor was nasty it needed to be swept and mopped. Appreciate the free breakfast but the bananas were old and soft. I felt safe parking at the property.

We have been to nicer Tru hotels. This location is in need of a renovation.

Front desk staff wasn’t always at the desk. Airport shuttle made us wait for some time. However, we were thankful for that service and the hotel had comfy beds. We also liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
