Property was great, nice and clean place. The bar and bar food was very good. I left at 6:30am and there was still no coffee available There was two other guests also looking for coffee. My room was lovely overall a great stay

On the bright side, the beds and the pillows were very comfortable.

Loved staying here especially the fact that check out is at noon!!!

The bathroom in the room is stayed in was not thoroughly cleaned. There was stillnahir from the previous occupant om the shower walls.

The staff was always so helpful and welcoming. The hotel had a wonderful, peaceful environment, and everything was very clean, especially the pool. My daughter and I had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed our time there. Everything was wonderful, and we would definitely stay again!

We stayed here the night before an early flight out of DFW. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Check-in was fine, but the lady at checkout was extremely friendly! The room was comfortable. Beds are on the firm side. Best part was the hotel shuttle service. It was prompt and the gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was so spacious and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big. The staff was super accommodating in getting us and all our luggage shuttled to the airport at 4.am.

It was a lovely stay and they accommodated after our first room was not ready despite it saying it was. They were very kind and welcoming! 10/10 recommend staying! Super convenient with a great shuttle service to the airport! Just absolutely loved my stay!

The room is clean, but it’s a little far from the airport. Had to take an Uber to the hotel. Staff are friendly.

Hotel was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. However, once we stepped inside the room, there was a musty smell. That was the only side down to the hotel.

We stayed here after a very late night and a canceled connecting flight. It was a last minute book and it did the job. Restaurant is open til 10, we grabbed something right before they closed. I was thankful they were open because without a car, there was very little option for my travel weary kiddos. Small selection and it took 40 minutes for mediocre food. Shuttle was nice, but they leave at the top of the hour instead of every 30 minutes, which would have been nicer. Front staff was fine, but not particularly warm or friendly. I would have liked a free continental breakfast, but last minute, it was nice to not have to sleep in the airport.

We had a flight cancelation at DFW. Our stay was brief but the staff and room was very nice and id absolutely stay there again

The reason I booked this is because they have an airport shuttle nowhere. Does it say that you have to call the hotel which by the way is impossible because it goes to a reservations desk number can’t talk to a human. Waited for an hour ended up paying $60 to get an Uber to go 5 miles…. When we got there, the person that checked us in said well you needed to call us and let us know you were there. We don’t have a shuttle that just does a rotation through the airport. I said you should state that clearly I would not have booked here. Had I known that I ended up spending 60 extra dollars for nothing. The room was nice but because of the bad experience, I will never come here again and what airport hotel doesn’t have a rotational shuttle????

Breakfast was good, but too pricy. Shower had only partial closure which I do not like at all. Room was spacious and the bed was good. Lobby was very good.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Stayed here last minute with my mom due to our flights to Chicago being cancelled due to a blizzard. Paid a reasonable amount I feel for the room we got. We did not pay for breakfast but there was free water available at night for guests from a dispenser and free coffee in the morning as well. Staff interacted with us and were so kind, the transport to the airport was a large reason for why we chose to stay at this location. If we ever needed to, would definitely stay here again!

Property itself is nice and close to the airport

I like the convenience of the hotel being close to restaurants and a bakery. There’s a Grain&Berry within walking distance that gave us the illusion that we are eating healthy while on the go. A Paris Baguette next door to help us undo all progress. A gas station was nearby to fill up the tank before returning the rental car.

Got delayed 24 hours so decided to check in to this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and got us in a smidge early which was so appreciated. The room was updated, super clean and quiet. Would stay here again for sure!

Tom, the bartender/waiter, was GREAT! Very attentive and put in the extra effort to make our stay excellent!

Everything was great! The room was cleaned well and smelled wonderful. The staff were pleasant, our shuttle came and left on time. The only 2 things which would have made a better experience is the absence of a microwave and dim/ low lighting Inside is the room.

Definitely would not recommend. The airconditioner was broken in our room which staff considerately remedied by putting us in another room but then a similar issue occurred with that airconditioner. Seems they need to update. The shuttle from the airport came one hour after I called. We were told 30 min and decided to wait and it took another 30 min. Staff were kind but this hotel seems like its really gone super downhill.

we reserved the rooms due to airflight cancellation and the fact this motel had an airport shuttle advertised. this night they did not and we had no way to get to them so i tried to cancel. they refused to cancel or refund so essentially they got paid for doing nothing. will never stay at a Sheraton again.

It truly felt like a place where you could spend several days, or even months comfortably. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Everything about this hotel was great—very quiet, comfortable, and clean. The room was perfect for getting some rest after a long day. However, when I went downstairs around midnight to get Tylenol for a headache, I was shocked to be charged $5 for a single pill. I needed two, which felt outrageous. We had just arrived from a 5-hour drive and were only staying to catch the earliest flight the next morning due to a family emergency. Overall, the stay was good

The king room on the 6th (top) floor was adequately cleaned and maintained. The wi dow shade was stained. The right side table light went out during my 1 night stay. The bathroom seemed to have been upgraded or remodeled with a shower thereby removing the tub and added a barn door entry. The lobby smelled good but everything felt outdated. From the small pool area and the putting green. The elevators stunk.

Hotel was ok. I really only booked here because it said it had an airport shuttle and we had an overnight layover. By the time I checked in, reception told me all the airport shuttle seats were booked, so I had to take an uber for another $45.

The room was surprisingly large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the shower had enough water pressure to melt away the stress of my prior flight. We Doordashed a delicious dinner and ate and decompressed in the living room of the suite before going to sleep in the bedroom on what felt like a cloud. I was shocked at the quality of the hotel for the low price we paid.

Spent one night transiting thru DFW and the hotel was great, they have airport shuttle every hour to the airport and from the airport you call them and they usually arrive within 15 minutes depending in traffic.
