The room smelled like urine. The elevator did not work for a while. Only one person there cared about that was happing. The next day we finally got moved to another room on the 1st floor.

I got there on July 23 and was there till August 6. Staff worked with me on adding more days online and not having to be moving around. Complimentary Breakfast and everything walking distance

So this property is good if you wanna be close to the US consulate and the shopping centers Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this hotel was a major disappointment. The room was extremely dusty, to the point that I was dealing with nose congestion during my stay. The carpets were especially bad—they looked extremely old and like they had not been properly deep-cleaned in years. The housekeeping staff did change the bed sheets every day, which I appreciated, but beyond that, the room did not feel thoroughly cleaned. Dust and the condition of the carpets made the entire room feel dirty and poorly maintained. For a hotel, cleanliness should be one of the most basic expectations. Replacing the sheets is not enough when the carpets and the rest of the room clearly need a serious deep cleaning and better maintenance. I hope management addresses this because it had a major impact on the comfort of my stay.
