The room was clean and neat, and the location was super convenient with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The AC unit looked quite old and definitely needs to be replaced.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. The room was dirty. There was long black hairs in the shower. I called them to send them to me to clean. They did not there was black hairs in the sink on one of the beds. Didn’t look like the sheets were cleaned. when I went to complain or to be compensated, they did not compensate me. They did not stand up to me at the room. They said they was going to and never came.

The breakfast was delicious. And kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly. Location of the hotel was great as well. The cleaning staff was rude. The mini fridge made a loud sound. If your room is quiet enough you can hear water running through the drain. Not great when trying to get some sleep.
