Everything was great. We stayed for over a week and the staff is amazing attentive. There was only one clerk that worked overnight, she was very rude. No customer service skills whatsoever and she just was walking around complaining to people about something that was wrong or they were doing wrong. She was the only one that was very.

Small parking lot. Odor of the room. Towels were clean but stained. They don't serve breakfast, which is fine, but should at least have coffee in the lobby for guests. Not enough coffee in room. No outside sitting area.

My stay at the Sapphire hotel was dull, the service was less than inviting, the management didn’t tell us about their policy of “no visitors”, the hotel employees didn’t show much interest in helping when we needed extra toiletries because the room was empty. Upon booking the room, none of the policies stated prior were on the site or in any description. Our visitors were not staying but we were implored to have them leave or else we’d pay the consequence. Apart from that the room was barely clean, the floors were sticky as if they weren’t mopped or swept, the bathroom had mold all over the base of the tub, the shower head was filthy, there were broken tiles in the shower, even the faucet was grimy and had hair. Nothing in the room was dusted, I.e. coffee pot, shelves, drawers, bed frame, desk, vents in ac unit. The bedding and mattress were dirty, which poses an issue since my wife has allergies. Overall a poor experience with the hotel staff but at least the room was in a mildly sleepable condition.

It was a decent stay! I didn't really stay long just long enough to check in and get a lil sleep. However, I have never heard of Sapphire Innand Suites before so when I saw it was one of my choices on hotels.com I had to pick them and try them out, After all my favorite color is blue lol! Seriously, The guy that checked me in was very friendly and got me into my reservation fairly quick which was Awesome cuz I was exhausted! The room was clean and everything worked fine. The only thing that sucked was their Lil grab and go breakfast was shut down due to some kinda problem, I don't remember i just know they're was no coffee or breakfast the next morning and I do try to stay at hotels that have coffee and breakfast. It makes it very convenient! So Besides that everything was ok! I have no complaints!!

Front desk clerk was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I didn't have any sense. Kept repeating things in a rude tone as if I didn't agree to comply with any rules and regulations. Tried to argue with me about giving me a receipt. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. Front desk should be trained on customer service. Had I not been tired from looking for rooms all night already, I would not have stayed due to her poor attitude and service.

I believe it advertised breakfast, but only had coffee. The gentleman at the desk did apologize for that. In all the stay was clean and comfortable.

We got to the hotel to check in around noon and were told that we couldn't check in until 3 so we left and came back again at 3, which at that time the office door was locked and no one would answer the door or outside bell. We then left and came back again 2 more times and still nobody was even in the office to answer the door then finally by the third time someone did answer but we were told that due to something called expedia.com ( which is something I have never even heard of or have any idea what that even is and do not understand why they would tell Sapphire to not rent a room to me that was already paid for and then on top of all that hassle she claims that she didn't have to refund me. Me nor my husband ever even stepped foot in a room at all..!!?
- 1/5
They refused to check us in even though we had receipts and bank statements. Stole $160 from us and we are going to contact the lawyer if it is not refunded
- 1/5
I booked my trip through Expedia and upon arrival to check in i was informed there were no more rooms available with double beds that i ordered. When i asked how i can be refunded i was told to figure it out. Not to mention there waa absolutely no parking. Cars were blocking others.

The stay was good, the 50 dollar deposit was outlandish, and the parking was terrible!! But the stay was fine.

Horrible service completely rude. Told me I couldn’t have guest in my room even though I have 1 persons in the room other than the set number of guest which was 2. Go to take a shower but unfortunately I couldn’t because I had no soup and when I called the front for some they told me to come some. When I got to the front they had 3 cups 1/4 full of each shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No lids. Breakfast was very disappointing also! They did not have anything to eat other than dry rasain brand flacks! Literally! No milk at all! Who serves cereal for breakfast with no milk? Couldn’t even get anything to drink because there was nothing to even try to drink. At the end of my stay of course they would come banging on my door at like 12:55 telling me checkout is 11am. Well when I checked in they told me I could check out at 12 because I requested a late checkout when I booked the room. Alittle after 11 they come banging again saying it’s passed 11 and I once again reminded them that they have gave me a later checkout and that it was 12 not 11. I don’t understand what kind of customer service they are used to but this is not the way to treat your customers. I will not be requesting anyone to stay here!!! I will not be staying here either!

Loved the jacuzzi in the room. Very clean, good location.

There’s nothing to complain about at this hotel but then agin there’s also nothing to brag about either

Rooms are not even close to as pictured. Walls are painted in browns. Broken toothbrush left in the room nightstand, which had obviously been there a long time by the look of grime and just nastiness. Shower had a few long black hairs in the tub (I’m an ash blonde). The ‘sitting area’ couch was faded, ripped in places and just generally gross, not to mention blue and white swirl pattern. The entire room was horribly mismatched. The bright blue and red carpet (think ‘bowling alley’) was halfheartedly vacuumed, mostly just the two travelled areas, but still had small white papers etc. around the wall areas. Questionable people walking around and goings on through the night. Not much sleep due to this, even though they do have cameras set up in the lobby registration area. This hotel was previously a Days Inn and they still use a lot of the same items left when they changed the name, items in the rooms/lobby. The only positive I can give is that the sheets *appeared* to be clean, bright white and small smell of detergent. Overall not a good place to stay, pay the extra $30 and go stay and the Holiday Inn, I would have, had they a room and not booked up at midnight. This stay at the Sapphire was definitely not planned. I normally do not leave reviews, but this one needed to be left. Save yourself the grief and waste of money, which they will not refund, even if you walk in and abruptly walk back out to the lobby to get out of there. Overall zero stars. Can’t upload my photos :/

It was under construction, but the room was really good

Front desk clerk took 15 minutes to check me in, didn't seem very knowledgeable and in 20 degree weather you would think they would move faster. He even said they were full, but I had a reservation

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The place was clean and the bed was very firm.

Hard job to find this place from GPS and google maps wrong side of the freeway, took an hour to locate ! Overall pleasant stay breakfast was very simple interesting colour s heme in rooms !

Very "old"-fashioned and not very modern. There was a "hidden" charge for having a guest. Just overall an unpleasant experience.

The lady is extremely rude. Did not make you feel welcomed at all.

When complaining the next day, the desk clerk acknowledged that there were people living in the room as a permanent residence....Come on management, you know what was going an and deserve this review!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was handicapped accessible so the doors were wide and room was very spacious. Didn't feel cramped in at all. The front office staff was not very welcoming nor friendly. I was very disappointed in the so called "continental breakfast" that was supposed to be included. Food offered was extremely limited even though there weren't very many guests staying there at the time. Only 2 pancakes and a couple of pastries and some molded raisin bread was laid out and we went only 20 minutes into the breakfast serving time. There were 4 of us in our party and there wasn't enough food for all of us. Although the room was very clean, I would not consider staying here again. Not worth the price they charge.

I booked a room here thinking that this was a pet friendly hotel b/c it says there is a $10 a day pet fee. When I arrived there were signs in the lobby that said CLEARLY NO PETS ALLOWED. So being baffled I didn't say anything at first. Then manager tells me there are no pets allowed in rooms. I told him I only booked here because I thought it was pet friendly. He said no it isn't & hasn't been in over a year. So I asked him if I could cancel this for free & he did. I appreciate that he did but he was not very nice nor did he apologized about the problem. I'm glad I had to find another hotel because he was not pleasant. I can't say how the rooms were because I never went in any of them.

We loved our rooms. They were clean, quiet and well appointed. The ceilings are painted like the sky....very nice. This hotel has the most comfortable beds I've been in for a long time. This is our third time to stay there and we would do it again.

I sent employees there to stay 3 weeks. Since it was pre paid would not let me change the dates.
