Awesome hotel to enjoy a good time with family

The property is nice and the staff are pleasant however, our first room had bed bugs, so they moved us. The second room had roaches. We could not stay there, so we ended up leaving to find another hotel.

Nice, clean, and close to our terminal. Had a complete needed rest.

This is probably the cleanest and most modern hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room was huge and super clean—just what we needed after a long day on the road. The only negative thing I can say is that the main doors were locked when I arrived because the desk clerk was not at the desk, and I was very tired and in no mood to wait. Food was nearby, but the property being on a frontage road made getting to it a little less convenient.

It was a great stay for the price.

The pool was totally clean and sparkling. Keeping up with a pool is hard work, so I know how hard it is to keep clean.

Very nice room and large tv with channels and free on demand movies that was great for me.

Clean, quiet , everything that is included. Pet owners that dont pick up after their dogs poop, the hallways there is poop trail.

I liked that it was gated. But I wish Breakfast run a little longer on the weekends. Elevators were dirty and hallways were hot, no air conditioning.

Great location and excellent staff

We just needed a quick overnight stay, and this hotel fit the bill. Everything was fine - it was clean, quiet despite being very busy and it felt quite safe. I had chosen it because of the secure parking, but we were pulling a trailer and by the time we checked in, all the possible spots to park a trailer inside the gated area were gone. We parked outside the gates, and it was fine. The woman attending to the breakfast set up was really nice and added to the experience. I would definitely stay here again for a quick stop. We did not use any services around the hotel, and I didn't pay attention to what was nearby.

There were roaches in the shower the room number was 209 the A/C doesn’t work , me and my kids were sweating … not only that the bitch up front is rude they charged $30 for a rag because they said there was a “stain “ on it wtf ? Claimed that they have to throw it away now … they don’t keep the rooms that clean to charge $30 for a little “stain” from baby food . This hotel is horrible . Andddd they have breakfast but they put it up before the time even if your trying to eat they will still go in front of you and grab it and put it up … so if you want breakfast you have to get up when it starts … good luck .

Staff was wonderful - Cynthia and Maria were awesome housekeepers. Breakfast was not fancy but was reliably decent. Appreciate the pet friendly policies. We have a long term stay and really appreciated the amenities. We tried a different hotel first and it was not good this was a breath of fresh air

Good place to stay for a quick overnight trip to Houston. The hotel staff was helpful, and the rooms are nice and clean.

They keep the lobby doors locked at night and in the afternoon. You have to have a room key to scan yourself in or an attentive front desk employee to let you in. There were no attentive employees. When checking in, I had to call and knock for 20 minutes before the employee on duty appeared. Breakfast is served from 6 to 9, but if you come later than 8:30, expect them to be out of essentials like waffle batter and coffee.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low but other than that everything else was excellent.

I never expected a roadside hotel to be as good as this. It was super modern, super clean and very reasonably priced and most importantly they allowed my dog for $25. I think I’ve become a fan of La Quinta if their other hotels are anywhere near as good.

We had no problems during our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped when we needed it. The breakfast was ok. Kinda bland. And would have been better if bacon was served with the sausage. Some people can’t eat sausage. And need orange Joice. But overall it was a nice stay.

Great customer service, easy check in, clean room.. only issue was the pool . It’s labeled as a heated pool. We only used it once because it was in fact not heated.. we asked the front desk if they could adjust the pool temperature. We were told no because “the pool room gets warm”. That was very unfortunate. next visit to Houston will be in the summer when we can get an outdoor pool in the sun.

We were over charged though for the pet fee. On the website it said it was $25 per accommodation per night. We had two dogs and they took $103 for one night. When asked they said it was $25 per pet per night. Still didn’t clarify why the took the extra $53. She said she didn’t see the charge on the account. If it is still there in a few days I will just despute it with my bank. These hotels need to make sure the information on here is correct. I don’t expect hotels.com to check with every hotel they have on here.

We picked it because of electric car charging level 2. You need a Tesla adapter for a non Tesla vehicle and a membership to pay. Room was really clean the hotel was super clean, the room did smell like dog probably the carpet. We were moving and had a filter with us and it took care of the entire room luckily. Loved the secured parking and needing a room key to access it. Felt very safe!

The overall appearance is nice when you come but please note some rooms are infested with roaches and I mean infested. I have pictures and videos of them just all over the place. I barely slept the first night because of this. Then when I told staff at the front desk they did move my room but was very nonchalant and didn’t offer an apology or anything. Most of the staff if you say Good Morning or Good evening didn’t acknowledge me or say anything back.

There were baby roaches all over the bathroom. Every time I turned on the lights in the bathroom, you can see them on the ground. Will never stay at a La Quinta again.

The clean staff was horrible I put in since day one to clean and remake the beds and for the past 3 days out of my 4days. I HAVE BEEN MAKING MY OWN BED AND TAKING OUT MY OWN TRASH. I went to the front desk to talk about it but didn’t seem it was an issue. Today the cleaning lady started knocking around 7:50AM TO come in clean I was woking up to early I got up opened the door and she was 3 doors away I did try calling her and she gave me a ugly look and gave me a hand gesture basically telling me to fu** off. It should feel like a vacation but honestly it really hasn’t feeling stressed going back up stairs back down stairs to let them know. And the people are the breakfast you ask for something and it’s whatever, another person from a different race goes and it’s important. Felt like racism. I do think I should get some refund back it’s been a headache
