It’s dirty and run down. They just slapped some paint on the walls expecting it to help. Every thing is broken and patched together. Bugs everywhere I’ll never stay there again

Breakfast was good. Only downfall was no fruit. Other groups of people were partying.

For the price this is a fantastic place, great bar, and comfy beds. The kids also enjoyed the playground and basket ball court. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. The staff were super helpful and lovely.

Great rooms great service

The property also has several nice extras, including a children's playground and a picnic area outside. For the price of a standard roadside motel, you get many additional amenities and a much more enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean but the bathroom and sick had a hair on them- but the beds were CLEAN! I would have rather had a pool view room because that is where the courtyard and ambiance are. We will be back but will a pool room for sure.

Our experience at GreenTree was fantastic. We had some hiccups with incoming/outgoing travel and management/staff were incredibly accommodating. Throughout our stay all staff ensured we were well taken care of. The breakfast was great and all amenities were as described. We used the pool and laundry and have no complaints. Overall, if you are looking for a great place to stay where you are well taken care of and you want to save some money, then this is the place.

The manager at front was great explained everything in detail ...the rooms were great for price and all they have to offer is great ...we didn't go to bar so I cannot comment on that or the breakfast buffet . I can tell you people were enjoying the pool and the outside playground with their kids overall the hotel is a 4 because it is older and well maintained . I also want to note the room was clean great for price .

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The manager, Mike, was especially kind and welcoming. The room was clean, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning was already on when we arrived, so the room was nice and cool. The location is perfect. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend it. Nothing

Excelent service. Manager was very polite and attentive. He offered ammenities and the free brakefast sounded really.good. the room was clean. Even when we were in the first room facing toward street trafic, inside the room was quiet; no sound came inside. I really like the service, and instalations. Bed was confortable too. Also, and not less important, tgey have security service. I really like it.

From desk person had an accent and was hard to understand, but listening carefully you could understand.

It was clean and the staff was helpful.

The rooms are definitely outdated. Expedia, truly needs to evaluate hotels before allowing guest to reserve rooms. The location was an hour away from where I needed to be, therefore, very disappointed with the trip as it was impossible to reach Expedia, in order to change/cancel reservation for a closer stay.

The hotel was overall pretty awesome. The room was a bit outdated and the bathroom had a smell but it wasnt too bad.I would definitely stay again. The people were great. The place was mostly clean. The night shades on the windows were great. The tv worked. The pool was perfect. The bar in the lobby is excellent.

Front desk was nice and polite. Upgraded me to a suite for free since I was staying for a week. Really kind of them. However, room was dirty with spiders and a two cockroaches. I figured since I’m on the first floor, they get in through the door/windows. Room was very humid, no ventilation for shower and AC had a mold smell. Half way through my stay, housekeeping came and I don’t know what happened, but woke up with painful and itchy bug bites on both legs, arms and one hand. Really considered staying at a different place, but toughed it out one more night and then decided to check out a night early. Glad other people had nice experiences, but I won’t be returning or recommending staying here.

The washing machine and dryer work well for $1.50 for each.

Great place to stay for a few days. The staff is incredible. The place is going through renovations but still being maintained well. Bed was comfortable, air was blowing cold, Shower gets hot and steamy, and very quiet. No complaints. Would stay again even if solo.

Wonderful place to stay go to place

Their lunch / dinner menu is to be taken serious. That food is really tasty with prices tgat isn't be beat. The addition of a small bar with billiards and darts was very nice and made our 2 evenings alot better.

friendly staff I encountered when checking in and it’s was fast & easy. Breakfast buffet was delicious you can make your own waffle. They have restaurant located by the front desk which is convenient. There’s a playground, outdoor pool, pinic area unfortunately we didn’t get used because of the weather. Mike the general manager made sure my family had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay again!

The breakfast was hot, the staff was extremely friendly, parking was at the hotel, and our room was very clean. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. We noticed the staff continued to clean the entire facility including mopping the driveway entrance. If you needed something and they were able to assist you, they did. We were very impressed.

We didn’t stay and lost the money for the two nights I paid for. I wasn’t comfortable even sitting down anywhere. It was nothing like the description and felt dangerous. I has to be the worst place I have ever reserved!!!! Do not stay here!!! Disgusting and Unsafe!!!

This was one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed at, with a very helpful staff and plenty of amenities. With a pool, breakfast and parking included, it was a great bang for your buck. There seemed to be some minor aesthetic flaws with the rooms, with a dent here and there and some places being a little worn, but everything functioned perfectly. Loved my stay!

The feel of the property was uneasy from the start. Very shady ppl walking around the property. One woman in particular walking all over, every corner I turned she was there. Then saw her in the parking lot approaching every man that came out of rooms or drove up in cars. I’m pretty sure I know what the situation was with that. There were men all over the parking lot walking around shirtless. There were two vehicles parked backed up facing the hotel itself. One had a male and female in it who appeared to be staring at everyone that was driving into the parking lot. The other had a female in it just sitting. We ended up cutting our loss and losing what we paid and not Even staying the night because we were so uncomfortable with the place. We did go into the room just to see what it was like and it had a musty, mildew smell. The front desk clerk was extremely nice though. But…. Never again.

Couldnt get a room.

Very friendly manager and staff. Safe area. Room was big enough and mostly clean. Bed was too firm and pillows were too small. Fridge, microwave and safe were all clean and functional. No carpet and floor was clean. Large tv. AC/heat works well but cuts off once desired temperature is reached. Lots of lighting. 1 outlet didn't work and shower head was so dirty that we didn't shower. Asked for top floor but didn't receive. We had the deluxe king. Guests were quiet and there was some traffic noise. They have a large bar and you get 1 free drink. Also large area for buffet breakfast which was good and the friendly attendant made our waffles for us. We didn't ask, so that was nice. Overall, friendly staff, mostly clean room and good breakfast was worth the $65.

Convenient location and comfortable bed with good breakfast choices. Unfortunately, the facility is in need of repairs and updating. The room appeared clean, but our socks were black from the floors. Walls are paper thin and they issue you the tv remote with your room key, which I found quite odd.

The room was amazing very clean smelled amazing. Everybody was very friendly. It was very quiet. I will be renting from this place again so I would recommend this hotel.

Staff (Mike Mgr) was excellent. Old but kept hotel. Good breakfast and actually has good coffee not like the crappy Indian owed hotels. They actually pushed my cart full of luggage to my room, they are asian managed and it shows!! Will stay here again for sure. Pool was nice and clean and nice gym facility...

The room was clean. They provided everything we needed. But what was outstanding was the reception staff. Very personable. Explained everything. And even the breakfast was excellent. It wasn't just a simple continental breakfast, they had hot food also. Texas waffles!
