Well maintained and friendly staff

The staff is always welcoming and helpful and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Great beds and pillows. We always choose Staybridge Cedar Park on Arrow Point when in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My third time to stay here this year. I’ll be back in September and November. Rooms are big, clean, comfortable. Hotel is close to many stores.

Very clean, pool was also clean. Beds comfortable. Only hiccup was the hotel software was down and we could not get a key initially. However staff walked us to our room to open and could not have been nicer.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice variety for breakfast are a few of the reasons this is a great place to stay.

Property is well maintained and staff is awesome. Breakfast is better than most any we’ve stayed at.

Beside the breakfast and breakfast area everything was pretty good. The breakfast was really not good at all and served in a pretty unsanitary way using the cheapest plastic utensils etc. Didn't match the price of the hotel. It would have been better if they didn't even offer breakfast.

The front desk people were very nice and the property looks pretty but the TV doesn’t have ability to access Netflix or Amazon prime. Room was big but arranged strange because you can’t see the TV from the large sofa only from the beds. Night stand only had 1 outlet so charger and CPAP couldn’t be used at the same time. Very little counter space by bathroom sink. No place to put your suitcase other than couch. Breakfast was basic but ok. Front desk doesn’t sell any beer or wine if you wanted an evening drink. It was ok but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Wasn’t planning on leaving a review but they aren’t honoring a discount I was told I would get so here’s the truth the rooms are nice & clean - the hallway smells & the pool is pretty gross. Hair balls, lots of bugs & bandaids in the pool. We went a few times and it was the same each time.

The room was immaculate. The staff were very kind as well. Breakfast was basic but it was good. The kitchen in our room was great.

We had to move twice during our stay. One night after a storm we had a water leak. 2 days later we had bugs that looked like termites in our room. The food was better than most extended stays and the staff was attentive.

The manager, Liliana, was very helpful and friendly. She made our stay great!

The breakfast was great and the evening cocktail hour is a nice gesture, but we were never in the hotel to rate how it was. The staff was super nice, the biggest issue was 4 of the first 5 nights we had cigarette smoke coming in our room through our bathroom vent. It was terrible. We brought it up to the staff each day and they always said they would look into it. They finally offered to move us to a different room and it fixed the issue. The hotel is suppose to be 100% smoke free.

The breakfast was wonderful and varied day to day. Housecleaning staff were all very nice and did a good job. Always a pleasure to stay here. 😊

The desk clerk who first greeted us was super nice. I know I will spell this wrong, but his name was Najah. Very nice each time we saw him. All in all, we were quite disappointed with this hotel. I don’t believe we would ever book this hotel again.

Our stay with Staybridge was wonderful. The breakfast options were nice, the dining area was clean and staff was very helpful.

The staff is friendly, they have Dr Pepper in their soda machine and breakfast had a great variety to choose from. This hotel is in a great area, less than 3 minutes to shopping and it offers several different roads to help avoid traffic, if needed. It’s a hidden gem.

This property is great! It was nicely furnished, very clean, had an awesome hot breakfast and the employees were friendly, helpful and courteous. It was great for just our one night stay but would be really great for a longer stay since it has a full kitchen with everything you need for a longer stay. We also loved that they had Dove products for the bathroom!

Management was friendly and attentive, room was updated, clean, and well-insulated from noise; and breakfast yielded a delectable assortment of delicious foods to start my day! We will definitely return for another great stay when in the area!

The room was great. Plenty of space. It was great being in a room with a full sized fridge that came with cutlery, dishes, and cups. I also enjoyed the fitness center. Was able to get a great workout there. Overall a great stay. Would definitely stay here again next time being in Cedar Park.

The manager, Jimmy, really went above and beyond. We had to shorten our stay and he did all he could to make sure we didn't have to pay. Hotels.com made the adjustment as hard as they possibly could. The hotel was fantastic, but hotels.com ihas horrible customer service.

This hotel has always been awesome. The staff is so friendly and honestly care about their guests. Rooms were clean and the whole hotel was awesome. Breakfast and social hours were always spot on. We have stayed here 3 times and will always be our go to.

We stayed in a suite with a bedroom and there was plenty of room. Everything looked clean and new. We heard about the 5:30 social hour and decided to check it out. We expected popcorn for a snack but instead there were delicious pulled pork tacos! The breakfast was also great. We came towards the end but everything was still hot and fresh.

Well the room was great when we got there, it seemed clean and nice. But on the second day, on my fiancee side of the bed, we kept hearing a phone buzz so we started to look for it. She looked under the bed and found a small toy and something kinda disturbing. It was a used tampon.

This was our second time to stay here. The bathroom is relatively small and the couch cushions need replacing but for 2 quick nights it was all we needed. The beds and bathroom were clean which is most important to me.

Everything was good just sucks that the pool wasn’t clean when we were staying there they cleaned it the morning of our check out.

Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Good sized room but tiny bathroom; one sink & had to step into the space next to the toilet to shut the door. Door banged on the shower door handles! Couldn't watch TV from sofa, only from the beds. We moved the sofa out and rotated the TV as much as possible. 2 nice beds in our room (sleeping for 4) but only one chair in the suite. No table for eating, only desk & desk chair. Clean towels every day was great. Nice breakfast and happy hour treats, but go early!

This property was in excellent condition. Service was professional and prompt in meeting our needs. Solid breakfast, no frills but nonetheless a solid experience at this Hotel. I will definitely return on my next visit.
