The staff, the room size and the amenities. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable.

We have stayed at this property several times, and every time is a good experience. Nice pool, close to many restaurants and shops, easy to get in and out. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We will stay there again.

Staff needs to be allot more friendlier and helpful. The room had an empty child’s milk container in the floor in the corner near the window when we arrived. I asked for a room with a view top floor. Got a room bottom floor no view very busy foot traffic

I know this was out of your control but the electricity went off for about 6 hours and the next day we had no tv or internet most of the day

Everything was good until the hotel maids stole my clothes and threw them in the garbage and the Manager Tyler Morgan would not help me replace the clothes that was stolen out of my room. He even said he could see the maid in the security cameras throw my clothes away don’t know how a manager will not take care of customers, but not stay here ever again just because of Tyler was no help and would do nothing about it

Location and the lobby was good. The room overall was good. The beds were like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner.

They sold one of our rooms and were very rude.

I liked everything about the hotel except the bedding. It was not comfortable and there was no option for hypoallergenic bedding. As a result, I got a bad allergic reaction because of the sheets.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The issue I had was that there was no water bottles in my room, or refilled. Additionally the shower head in the shower was not good and had weird water pressure. The water pressure in the sink was also quite bad.

I was there for two full days and the cleaning only consisted of making the beds and taking out the trash from the bathroom, not vacuuming, not cleaning the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a nice selection of food and the coffee was great! We enjoyed the beautiful walking trail by the hotel each morning. It was also convenient to shops and dinning. I highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Nice property but it is going through renovations so it is noisy during the day. The staff was great and very friendly. The only complaint that i have was the bed was horrible. Very hard. I as so sore after spending two nights on that bed.

I also did not like that our room was right by the ice machine so in the middle of the night it would wake me up hearing the machine being used or ice moving. We stayed for the Kill Tony show at the HEB Center which was very close so the location was great and while our Tesla charged we at at Bus which was walking distance and convenient to the area. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Average at best for the room, but the location in the area is great and about 25. mins from downtown Austin.

The suites are spacious. As continental breakfast goes, we thought this was pretty good although we would have liked for it to be open past 9:00 AM during the week. The staff was excellent including the bartender! Parking was convenient and it was very quiet!

Service was great but it was hard to get passed the strong smell of disinfectant. The room didn’t smell very pleasant.

We were in town for a wedding. Tyler and staff went above and beyond with a few requests we had that made the wedding weekend less stressful!

We like to come to this location for mostly the jacuzzi and location every year for special occasions- we live near by but the jacuzzi didn’t work- the water was hardly warm and the jets didn’t work. We let the nice staff lady in the front know but we were really disappointed. Last time we were here we re-sch because the jacuzzi was broken which was ok. Wish we could get a free night or just be able to come back another evening to make up for it;)

Spare Birdie noise Friday eve kept me awake until 1130 but not awful.

There was kids bedtime so we made it work but the next day our room was not cleaned even though we asked for it to be all of our towels were not replaced, of course so I had to go back down to get more towels. They said they didn’t have very many because housekeeping didn’t show up and said they had to pick what to do either clean rooms or do laundry, but of course neither was done. I went downstairs again later in the evening to look for water and the desk clerk gave me three waters that he had on the counter and said here just take these and then charge me for them. I don’t complain much about hotels. I’m on the road a lot and stay at a lot of places , but this was an extremely tough situation on multiple fronts with all the kids

I have a regular hotel I always stay at when traveling to the Austin area but booked this one as I needed to be in Cedar Park. I was a little concerned because I didn’t know much about the property, only that my friend recommended it. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this hotel. It’s located close to several restaurants and backs up to a pond with a paved walking trail. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations and the staff was warm and welcoming. My room and bed were clean and comfortable, and nice and cool even in this Texas heat. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I think I found a new favorite place to stay.

Had stained towels in my room

First, All of the rooms had air-conditioned right next to the beds. The cool air blew your back whole night. My older daughter got fever After the first night stay. I requested to change the room, But the front desk told me the room options were all the same. In the next couple of days stay, My second kid got fever too because of air-conditioned. By the end of one week stay, both of my husband and I were sick too. The room design were really suck. Not only the air-conditioned blow the air directly to the beds, the noise of air-conditioned were loud. We can't sleep well the whole week. I really hope the property can take serious thought about it and improve. Second, the bath towels are not clean. All of the towels are old and yellowish. They didn't offer the room service every day instead every other day. Every time we came back, the sofa bed was messing. They never clean the sofa bed. Didn't That include in the room service? The location of property was very convenient. That was probably the only good thing for this hotel.

I never do reviews, but this property was SPECTACULAR. So many restaurants and stores were walking distance. Beautifully kept hotel. Amazing service. Incredible surroundings! We stay in hotels often, but this one was definitely the best. Absolutely recommend!

Arrived back to room after a day at waterpark. We were also rained out at park so we were wet and wore out. Arrived at 5pm to find all of our dirty towels still on restroom floor, and zero clean towels to get out of our current state. I called front desk and was informed rooms are only cleaned every other night. One, this makes no sense. And two, tell people this on check in so they can choose to stay at a place where they do not have to walk to front desk themselves to have clean towels or fresh sheets. Terrible.

I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites, and my experience left much to be desired. The hotel's cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable issues in the room and common areas. Additionally, getting to the hotel was inconvenient due to the nearby large Shopping Center, causing unnecessary hassle.Moreover, the pricing was higher compared to a nearby hotel, and the extra cost did not justify the experience. I found the alternative option more reasonable and regretted opting for SpringHill Suites.

Great property with very friendly staff, made us feel right at home. The after hours staff was very accommodating and made check in very easy after i notified them we would be arriving late from our flight.
