Pretty decent for what it is. Clean room, comfortable bed. Wish they had better options for tv but all in all wasn’t a bad stay. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Patchy work to ceiling where something had dripped thru from the level above. Gross and I am pretty tolerant. The place looked empty so why couldn’t they have picked another room?

Easygoing, quite and clean.

Staff was pleasant, ample parking, the breakfast wasn’t as appealing but edible. Location is excellent, very convenient restaurants and stores are within walking distance or very short drive.

do not go here!!! man was bloody murder screaming at 2am! called the staff downstairs multiple times and had gotten no response. also goodluck trying to even reach the staff majority of times they aren’t even in the headquarters, they start vacuuming at 8AM so if you ever want to sleep in goodluck because they use very old and LOUD vacuums. place itself is super ran down, toilet wasn’t fully bolted to the ground, shower head made noises as if the water pipes where bursting - no medium water temp just piping hot or freezing cold! the ac was insanely loud even when ur trying to fall asleep it would turn off and wake you up with a loud beep. austin itself was a nice city just this hotel is not worth it, take ur money elsewhere - cheaper hotels and even if not cheaper better hotels on south congress.

Easy to access, hotel staff was pretty friendly. Even though our room was “smoke less” it was obvious the rooms next to us or above us were smoke rooms. The smell of smoke was pretty strong. But other than that it was great

Overall a good stay, clean room, good price, good location. Staff at the desk during check-in was sadly a person who clearly is being forced to work there. I would dare to say that maybe he is being exploited having to work there against his will. Maybe customer service is not his call in life.

Parking problem, you won’t get parking and they tell go park somewhere in public parking, and they least bothered about customer.

Vending machines wouldn’t take dollar bills. Work out space had broken machines. Breakfast progressed from decent to no thanks. Back door was never locked. Laundry facilities were closed.

Horrible place. I reserved a room a month and a half in advance for a handicap room. When i arrived I was checked into a normal room with out being notified of the change. When i address the front desk after 30 minutes of the lady on the phone in a foreign language. I was told that my room was out of order. I'm disabled with one leg and in a wheelchair the room was tight and bathroom almost impossible for me to use. Front desk didn't offer anything.

Clean. No housekeeping unless asked. This was not clear at checkin. Also who dies that? This is not normal.

The pillows on the beds were the size of throw pillows. The sofa bed was literally broken, the feet wouldn't stay up and springs were poking through (room 200). Paint peeling and cracks in the ceiling. At 430 in the morning guests were allowed to let adults and a baby scream in the hallway for 15 minutes. When I called the front desk to report the issue I was told "they should settle down soon". I woke up with strange bites (not bedbug) on my back that have taken a week to heal. The coffee in the lobby in undrinkable and we didn't even attempt to eat the breakfast.

Took more than 5 min for a worker to come out. Wasnt greeted but simply said "reservation? Asked for ID and told me room number w card. Breakfast was meh

This was the first hotel which made me feel the need to check for bedbugs. The room smelt like mildew. The coffee pot was in the bathroom. The overall feel was so dirty. The front desk was “away for service” when we went to check out.

There was a shortage of breakfast items. The first day, there was no eggs, sausage or bread for toast (at 8:00 am). The rest of the stay there was eggs. One day, there was 1 breakfast bar. The rest of the stay, there was none.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast wasn’t very good but we were happy with the rest.

The room was great, my only "complaint" was the breakfast which was OK but missed a few things i would have liked. I usually have yogurt, a banana and wheat bread for breakfast. Today.. there was only plain white bread for toast, no Bagels or wheat bread; there were apples only, no bananas or other fruit available; and no yogurt.. As i said, OK but only needs a few additions to make it awesome!

Hotel was fine, but the key cards are constantly deactivated, so you are having to go to the front desk daily to get it fixed, which is a bit annoying. Also, stayed 8 nights and requested housekeeping one time and they did not come.

Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options (I need more protein than was available), I suggest a make-your-own-eggs option. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The parking lot was a little cramped at times but not bad, the red curbs and markings of “don’t park here” (which looked old) didn’t make it any easier.

I would have given it 5 stars but the guy at check in was super unfriendly. He didn't even say "hello." He seemed annoyed that we were there interrupting whatever it was he was doing. After check in we never saw anyone working the check in desk. Lobby is a ghost town.

My stay got cut. Short because of illness. So I was only charged one night. The management was great in helping me out.

The service at the front desk was excellent. The building was okay and the area where the hotel was located was good. The room and bathroom were okay, they were kind of old but looked clean. The sheets had a bleach smell, and the bed area was not completely clean, I spotted dirt by the bed. I was very concerned about a back door that stayed completely unsecured all night long. The lock did not work as it was supposed to be locked so guests with a room card could access to open it from outside.

Is was horrible i would like a full refund i couldnt even get clean towels unless we turned in the old towels. Room service was only by request.. The breakfast was microwaved eugh eggs runny. One of the doors didnt lock the pictures are old from the site. ROACH on the wall beds where hard blankets where so thin air freshner in hall only the rooms smelled old !!!!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Didnt have conditioner in the shower, had to go to the front desk to get it replaced. The air filters in the ac unit were disgusting

It was reasonably priced with friendly staff. The shower ceiling had water stains & some mold. The room doors & trim need fresh paint. The daily breakfast was an added plus.

At breakfast…no eggs, no meat, toaster did not toast, no cranberry juice, decaf coffee was like sludge, … Tile in room was filthy (left my feet black from walking barefoot on it)…Bed (bottom sheet kept coming off)…

The shower faucet and shower head are both loose. It wasn't a problem, I just wanted to inform.

Only thing was that the pool was not available.

We were there for one night and it was great for the price. It was clean, quiet and close to restaurants and shopping.

The building had a stale, dank smell. The room did not feel clean, especially the bathroom. The towels were visibly worn and frayed, and most were a dingy yellow color - no longer white. The sheets were in similarly bad condition. The registration desk staff was not friendly, I can honestly say I did not get one smile from them during our five night stay. The cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to meet our needs.

I booked a room for 5 people. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our room had a funny odor when we walked in. The pullout couch was dirty and it had no sheet. The restroom didn’t lock at all. The breakfast was very basic. We only had two towels. When we asked for 3 more we were told we needed to bring the dirty ones back. There was also an incident with an employee that was on a personal call while people were waiting to check out. Other than that it was ok.

In the room there was poor lighting, stretched-out elastic on both mattress pad covers and bottom sheets, a one-legged broken-down ironing board, the sink faucet was so loose it was difficult to regulate the temperature, and the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the front of the counter. In the gym the treadmill didn't work even though we had called within 2 hours of our check-in and was told that it did, and the TV there didn't work either. No Hallmark channel. No fresh fruit at breakfast.

Breakfast was awful!! So called “coffee” was like crank case oil. Totally undrinkable. Eggs cold, only a couple of slices of bread and then hunt for the toaster, etc. Avoided it totally on our second morning, went to IHOP and had real coffee and food.

Upon check-in and during my 2-night stay, the staff (front desk, cleaning staff) were not friendly. I was never greeted, though I spoke to them when checking-in and in passing. When we first got into our room, there were 3 take-out plates of food (presumably left by the last guests) in the mini fridge. There were small bugs in bathroom and the continental breakfast was subpar. The last straw was the cricket I discovered in my sons' hotel bed! I was waking up my younger son when I saw the live cricket walking under his armpit! When I reported the insect to the front desk receptionist and showed her the picture from my phone, she asked me if I "left the window open." I responded, "In this Texas heat? No, I did not leave the window open!" No sense of customer service, bugs in the room, and trash was left in the room. If I could rate this hotel with zero stars, I would.

One room had roaches and spiders in it

I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but this place warrants a warning for future guests. The property looks NOTHING like the website puctures, it is run down. Our room was dirty and musty. The AC felt more like an evaporate cooler. There were broken tiles in the bathroom, the sink barely drained, and the toilet was wobbly. The pool was locked at 845 pm even though posted hrs are 10-10. The breakfast was a joke. Juice was watered down, barely any assortment of food, and when my husband was in there making his waffle the staff put away all of the utensils and plates, so we had no forks. Staff was rude, housekerpung tried to bardge in 2 hrs before checkout even though we were still in the room with the do not disturb sign on the door. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs. I just pray we didn't catch bedbugs from this place.

I always stay at the Quality Inn because I loved it everywhere. This time the front desk clerk was no where to be found and she was rude and UNFRIENDLY. I almost went somewhere else.

Breakfast was bad!!! Not ready early… very sparse… white bread only..waffles, sausage , watery eggs or “egg” pieces.. etc No fruit or yogurt. Will not stay here again!!!!

Stayed overnight to take train from Cedar Park to Burnet with our grandkids. Quality Inn was basically across the street from the depot so an excellent local. Many nearby restaurants for evening meal. Complimentary breakfast was not outstanding but filled us up.

Upon arrival the hotel is not very welcoming. The check in lady was not welcoming as well. The room was comfortable and clean, everything worked. They could have provided more big towels but overall inside of room was good. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were nasty and watery, the apple juice tasted like water and the waffle maker did not work right. Half of the waffle was hard, the other half disintegrated (idk how else to describe it).

Our first room that we were given was not even clean.. moved to new room that was not what we originally booked and should have cost less had a couple roaches and a cricket in it.. bathroom sounded like a hurricane was about to happen when you turned it on.. not to mention the man that sat outside the room in the common area talking on his phone loud and late into the night
