I arrived very late and the only parking spot I could find was as far from the entrance as possible. Not a big deal usually but I had to crawl out the passenger side because the spaces were so small. Thankfully this spot didn’t allow for a car to park on that side of me. The shower water temperature was just above cold so it was not a good experience. While the hotel itself was pretty much okay I’d pay more and stay somewhere else if I was coming back to this area.

I had requested a roo..on the 1st floor and I stead hot a room on the 4th floor.

I liked our suite room but don’t like tub showers

There was still a wash rag hanging from the showerhead in the bathroom when I checked in from the previous guest. I had to clean the jet tub myself. The breakfast was cold and partially burnt.

When I made the reservation, I asked for an accessible handicapped room. They put them on the third floor. I was told that there was nothing on the first floor available, mind you I made this reservation weeks in advance. They only have one very slow elevator. The room did not appear to be an accessible handicapped room. It was small and hard to maneuver with her walker. The bathroom had a tub not walk in shower so it was hard for them to get in and out without assistance. There was no non-slip protection in the tub to keep them from slipping and sliding. The coffee that they served was horrible. So we bought coffee pods for the coffee maker in the room. The first one didn’t work, the second one didn’t work, finally a third one did. The luggage carts are in horrible condition. The wheel came off of not one, but two of them after we loaded everything up and we had to move our stuff over to another cart each time. It seemed all the bolts were loose on them. The piece that really takes the cake, Saturday morning as they were getting on the elevator, they happen to look down, and there was a baby snake in the corner of the elevator. Luckily another guest in the hotel got on the elevator and was able to scare it back into the well of the elevator. Needless to say all weekend, it was stressful!

This facility has taken a turn for the worse. There are perimeter cameras in the parking lot. A QRS code must be scanned to not receive a citation. Some type of way to earn Privelege points by leaving a business card. I now received a letter saying ‘I was in violation of parking without a permit’. I do no want to have to perform all this to stay at a hotel…

Room was clean and comfortable. We decided to stay an extra night on short notice and the staff helped us get that taken care of without moving rooms. Was pleased with our stay.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Pool did not work as advertised but was given a 15% discount on my rate because of that.

A/c in room was struggling amd we slept nude out from under covers wishing we had brought a fan. The pool was very cold at least but the pool room was absolutely frigid. Talking penguin type cold. The breakfast was somewhat tolerable for 2 out of 3 days the last day was horrendous. Definitely will stay somewhere else next trip down south. The only real positive was the staff was super friendly and helpful so there's that at least. Im 100% certain that there's better places to stay so look around

Hotel needs updating. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There were issues with the water, and we ended up having to plunge our own toilet. The breakfast was so-so.

Stayed there many times

Nice clean, basic hotel - great value for the price. Very clean, service was good, air conditioning worked well, and free breakfast was as good as any other higher priced hotels. Pillows were okay, but bed was comfortable. Good place for a low cost place to sleep, with basic amenities and free breakfast. TV was basic cable package, and internet was a little on the slow side making it difficult to stream, but good enough to download TV or movies prior to streaming.

The room the facility everything was great. The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. We stayed for multiple days had the two room suite. The only drawback was the laundry facility was down. I understand they’re replacing the equipment so that’s a positive for our next visit there cause we have stayed here multiple times. I do wish that the pool was a little bit warmer. It was freezing inside the pool area cause the AC was running as well. We absolutely will stay here again. We are a family that enjoys the location and the food around there highly recommend.

Nice staff and there's been some upgrades, but it could use a really good one. Paint peeling from the bottom of the door to the bathroom. Cabinets could be upgraded, but it was comfortable. The bedding was great. It's just that I stayed in a really nice upgraded La Quinta in Fort Stockton. It would be great if they could all be like that one.

The room was fine however the safe didn't work.

The check in was ok but customer service was not great at all the room was not great there was fleas in the room the pool had rusty nails everywhere insulation coming out of the holes that were in the ceiling of the pool and mold it looked like they stopped in the middle of fixing it up and just left everything and when we asked them to clean it up they were not nice about and just said they were shutting it down so our boys were not able to swim for the rest of our time there definitely not staying there again and we will not be giving a good review and letting friends and family know not to stay there

This location is always very well kept. It is always clean and the staff are always helpful, friendly and on point. The rooms are in very good condition and very clean. The breakfast is very sufficient and has a rotating menu if you stay more than a few days.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The exhaust fan in bath didn't seem to work but that's minor. Will definitely stay here again. Well worth what we paid.

We stayed in the Premium w w Jcuzzi tub in room it is on the first floor and very quiet because it’s at the end of the hall breakfast was excellent and different each day we were there is is a great place very clean close to a lot of ammenities will be staying again in the future!

I like the day I checked out, wish I would have just gone straight to Hyatt instead. Very disappointed with this outdated hotel. I made a big mistake and I won’t make that mistake again. I don’t get it, the area all around this hotel is very modern and yet I felt like I was staying in a +30 year old hotel. I would never stay there again, sorry to the staff who are working hard but the property is seriously outdated and needs a lot of investment to bring it to the level that other hotels maintain in the area.

Only problem is parking late at night the entire hotel area was filled and then parts of parking were tow away zones, was just a little confusing where to park and not get towed over night. My reservation was messed up, but the manager took care of us. I was supposed to have a suite with two bedrooms because my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mother, but we had a regular room with a king bed when we arrived for check-in. There were no more suites available, so we were given a room with 2 queen beds. It wasn't the best of conditions considering my mother likes it warm and my husband likes to sleep with the t.v. on. So both of them had to deal with discomfort on the first night. We realize it was out of the manager's control, so we were okay. The next morning, as soon as the suite was available, we were able to move to the correct room. The manager was apologetic, courteous, and accomondating. His name is Matthew Swartzbaugh. He handled the situation very well.

Clean the windows! Jesus horrible and unacceptable. Also drywall ceiling falling apart. Needs general maintenace and management over-site of cleanliness. Those windows havent been cleaned in months of not years! Master the easy things!

The floor in foom was not vaccumed before check in. The toilet had a weak flush. The bed was comfortable enough, the pillows were good but tiny, the room was quiet . . The lightting was dim in the room, their was a lamp that was not plugged in and I attempted to plug it in and it would not go in so if remained unplugged. The bathroom had paint splatters, there were stainx on a chair, and few marks on the wall next to the bed . The continental breakfast only had one tiny muffin , ( i do not use waffle makers, i saw nothing elses and tiny little yoplait yougurt cups, i went to Starbucks to grab breakfast . The desk check in person was super nice and helpful.

Our room had a bad toilet that they never took care of and I guess no one works on Sunday's Our room was not made up that day We had to make our bed and go down saris to get fresh towels. I have been there befroe and this has not happened. We will see next time how it is

I originally booked the room with the hot tub but was not able to stay in it. We had three issues: 1) the desk lamp did not work 2) the lamp had a wad of gum stuck to it, and 3) the hot tub was leaking and the room smelled moldy. When I asked about the lamp (it was needed) I was told they’d look for a bulb and contact maintenance. They wound up just removing the lamp, which did not help because I needed the desk lamp. The hot tub issue was especially frustrating. The tile around it was ultra slick and could be a potential lawsuit if not properly addressed. My husband stepped on it and nearly fell. Overall, the likeliness that I would return is slim.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, most importantly it was a quiet stay. We didn't hear anyone else while in the room.

Property is not maintained or cared for past the lobby. Rooms are gross, we had 2 rooms in our party equally dirty, dinged and disgusting. Sheets are old, discolored and tattered. Its clear supplies are low. When asking for a hairdryer(missing from our room), toilet paper or towel they were all taken from other rooms, not the supply closet. Floors in the bathroom on the first day made my MILs fresh socks turn black when walking around from the dirt. Also had an unpleasant checkin with Cecilia who before even asking our name or checking room status made the comment that “checkin is at 3pm. We arrived at 2:03pm. Over the course of 5 days witnessed aggressive interactions with other guests. Staff should naturally have hospitality and serving others at heart. Advice, book somewhere else.

The staff was nice as could be and quite helpful. The breakfast was what you’d expect. The room was fine, but it’s not a luxury hotel, so adjust your expectations accordingly. The neighborhood seems safe!
