Location Wasn't very clean. We had the latest check-out at 1130. We got a bang on the door at 10:55 and I told the gentleman, we check out at 1130. He yelled back ok sorry. Then not even 2 minutes later the phone rang, and the lady was very rude! Asking if I was going to pay for another night or check out. Check your system people! It says my room check-out is 1130. The cleaning wasn't great. Floors were dirty and shower wasn't cleaned properly. The shampoo container on the wall was dirty! Won't be back!

Nothing Everything this place should be shut down by the health department literally . The worst hotel I have ever stayed in it was filthy ! First room smelled like urine it was disgustingly bad!

No maid service after first night so dirty towels were not replaced. Had to call the desk to ask for fresh towels, and then were asked to come down to the desk to get them.

The staff is friendly, courteous, they go out of their way to accomodate, and are just downright nice! The rooms are spacious, clean, and nice! We love the indoor pool (the last 2 times we have been there it rained and rained so the indoor pool was great!) The breakfast was really nice. Fresh fruit, eggs, meat, potatoes, cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, waffles, and yogurt. Was great! Parking was free...easy to get in and out of and close to many different eating establishments. Again, highly recommend this property!

The smell horrible, dirty sheets, nasty carpet floor, dirty bathroom, there’s not room service . Never again. And we left before our reservation day was. We couldn’t stay any day more.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Johnny at the front desk was extremely helpful. There were no stand alone showers with 2 queen beds.

I liked that it was close to several different stores and restaurants. And for being off a busy street the noise level was not an issue. Also the staff is amazing!! Johnny, the manager/front desk clerk was extremely attentive and friendly. I think the price is a little bit too high.

Bed was most comfortable for any hotel I have stayed in.

Breakfast could be better and more seating. 1 very old elevator for everyone so you waited awhile. Rooms kinda stuffy and sink was clogged and the shower has no stopper. For the price it could be way nicer but it is what it is.

Everything was nice

The rooms are clean, but they have those extra tall beds that makes it hard for short people to get in bed. A little stool would really help. Also, there is no place to hang your clothes in the bathroom. There are NO hooks and the toilet doesn't have a lid. The breakfast is not bad but kind of limited too. I was impressed though they did room service without being asked.

Breakfast was amazing. Beds are comfortable, forgot my own shampoo and conditioner and the room had shampoo available but no conditioner. Overall the room was clean, but being in the hospitality business I notice small things a little dirt in the corners of the bathroom and some dust on the window sills and lamps but nothing that wouldnt be in anyone's home.

Our rooms were clean and continued to be spotless due to room service. There was always a staff member up front ready to help. The employee with the kippah was amazing. He'd start off each day with a smile and a rap for us as we walked outside!! Small but effect gym and very business friend with business space around

Shower head didn’t work well in my room. There was also hair from the previous guests on the shower floor and wall.

. There was a yellow stain on the shower floor that was unsightly. I even tried to remove it but it was there to stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable with nice linens and the bath towels were on the thicker side and very white. On a scale of one to ten, I’d probably rate this hotel a 6.5. I’ve stayed at Comfort Suites before and this one is very basic and not as well maintained as other Comfort Suites I’ve stayed in. It is well located for restaurants and shopping.

We arrived for check in an hour after check in time. The room we were given was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. We had to wait and additional 30 minutes for a room.

The staff who checked me in was friendly and polite. Check in was quick and the room was clean!

The hotel smelled awful!!! There was a musty odor throughout the hotel and on the elevator. The pool did not look well maintained so we did not get inside and the indoor pool was the reason I picked this hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again and I suggest they do something about the smell

Our stay was just what we needed. The location had us close to good shopping and an easy drive to our destination at CPHS for a XC meet.

Newer build, clean overall, good breakfast area, and coffee access WITH flavored creamers, all day. Indoor pool and gym were nice. There is an outdoor BBQ area as well. The hallways are a little drab in that they could use some color or lighting differences as you walk to the rooms. The ac was quirky in the room and I believe in the hotel itself as it was warm in the enevator. Great location outside the city and close to shopping and parks.

This was an inexpensive last minute find and it was worth it! I’m so grateful that the room was clean and perfect for a short stay.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. However, they did not inform us that daily housekeeping was only available on request. We called front desk in the morning and asked for housekeeping to clean our room that day. They said they would. When returned at night, housekeeping had not gone to our room.

we liked the room size the bad very countable with good internet and breakfast was excellent. what I did not like was the coffee maker in the room was not working a part was missing and the sofa had some white stains on it and I dont like when pets are allow in the rooms there was a dog next to our room that was constantly barking.

Not a safe place! Police are called there multiple times a week. Snoke smell is so strong you smell it in your room. Manager does nothing to help employees or guests when problems arise.

TV and internet do not work half the time. Strong smell of smoke so bad you are forced to smell it in your room! Shower door came off and no one would come to help fix it!

I wanted to change my reservation on the location but I couldn't so instead of loosing out money we decided to stay. The room was a great size even had a sofa area with a sofa bed. The beds were comfy and clean. It was a nice stay. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfst was the usual waffles, ceral, coffee, juice, eggs, potatoes and bacon. Not bad for a quick bite in the morning. One of the best hotel experiences i've had in a while. One kind of bad note although we didn't use the pool I did manage to stop by to check it out. That pool did not look clean. If we were to stay again I hope it would be cleaned so it could be used by guest. But for what we paid and the service not bad.

I stay every week! This week I reported that the toilet was broken three times. After checking out they tried to tell Expedia it was never reported! My entire stay I had to use the ice bucket to fill the toilet tank so it would flush!

The next morning, we woke up and went to go to breakfast and the elevator was broken. There was a sign where someone had hand written: if you aren't a guest at the hotel you can't eat breakfast. Along with a few other handwritten notes around the breakfast area indicating there have been issues with people intruding and taking advantage. I'm not sure what's up, but as a mom who travels solo with her young ones, it was unnerving. I'm not sure what's up, but its obvious something has shifted, or perhaps our first stay was just a weird occurrence and this was normal. Either way, management should definitely look into what's happening here and get it fixed ASAP. It's unnerving and staying somewhere affordable where we also feel safe is typically a priority for the adults of this world.

Room couches are atrocious and scary to look at. Interior of hotel in need of renovation. Many scuffed walls. Bathroom cleanliness lacking. Breakfast lobby needs work on presentation and cleanliness. Wonderful front desk though.

This was a nice 1 night stay for an 8 o'clock am basketball tournament.

The travel confirmation from Expedia shows check-in time starts at 7 am and I had to pay an additional fee to check-in around 2pm. I also was refused any transaction receipts stating I needed to print them from Expedia even though I paid there on check-in.

Ive stayed here before, and l love no surprices. It's fast and easy to check in. Rooms are clean. Everything the way I expect it, with no surprices.

Breakfast was horrible. They had no warm food as they warmers have been broken for awhile as per note. They had no juice, syrup or individual milk. Milk was only for cereal. Coffee tasted like they hadn't cleaned the coffee maker in years and butter was frozen that it wouldn't melt on a pancake. When walking into the room it had a weird smell. No AC in the elevator. Front desk would walk away and take forever to come back.

However, lobby and especially the elevator was extremely dirty. Didn’t go to the pool since it didn’t look attractive at all. The room entry doors have huge gaps underneath and I could hear everything what have happened in the lobby since my room was on the first floor and/or corridor. Could hear my neighbors snoring and doing “business” next door. Breakfast was cold due to not working warming up machines. Which is unbelievable bc I don’t think it is that big of an expense to fix or get a new one. According to some of my colleagues who stayed there multiple days they haven’t fixed it for entire stay from Thursday through Sunday. Juice machine also didn’t work and we were provided some cheap Apple juice from a bottle. According to my colleague who stayed till Sunday the coffee machine also got broken at the end of their stay. If you just need a bed and shower for a day it is probably an ok hotel to just fall asleep overnight otherwise I definitely would not recommend to stay there and doubt I’ll be back any time soon also

The hotel room itself was clean and tidy. No issue there however the breakfast was terrible. Coffee machine was broken, no warmers to warm the food, and no milk or waffle mix at 7:30 Am. Very unfortunate when traveling with kids and you count on a free breakfast to be included in your stay.

I liked everything yall had to offer, I work construction so I notice simple things like how 1 light switch controlls the other 2 next to it, thats just 1 thing... but we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning to this hotel again...

The hotel was clean and in a great location. The only issues we ran into was the toilet in our room was constantly running (so there was always a noise in the bathroom) and I feel they are under staffed for the breakfast they offer. The poor breakfast attendant was trying to cook, restock items and also clean tables all by himself. It appeared challenging for him to keep up with it all by himself, they may need an additional person for that piece. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Only issue was shower head in room 220. Satisfied with everyone and everything else.

The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all! The hallways were so dirty, could use an occasional vacuum. Also, got in shower but the shampoo and conditioner bottles were both empty and not body wash present so had to just get out of shower.
