The room I stayed has bugs and roaches. The room was clean upon request. The staff claimed that cleaning is done once a week. I had to ask to have the garbage taken out and for clean towels. There were dry blood stains on the bathroom cabinet. The rug in the room was very filthy. Very disappointed with this hotel.

The room was decently clean. The carpet could use a good shampoo. The staff was not very polite, I’m not sure what happened to their polite staff. Sal & Sabrina, used to work at this hotel and they are phenomenal. I would say if they are working you’re going to be in terrific hands if not, it’s like playing Russian Roulette. The kitchen in the rooms are well stocked and the air conditioning works, but the heat doesn’t. It’s in a great location but honestly if you can afford to, I’d recommend staying at some of the hotels not far from this one. Better treatment and better amenities.

The property is a long term hotel where they don't do daily housekeeping. You have to tell the front lobby what are your needs. So they'll send someone to do it. Air conditioner was great. Laundry is self service and free, a big plus. But, only two washing machines. Five or six dryers, half of them out of service. Don't know for how long. There's was no bathroom available in the lobby. I was told it was under renovation. Our room was spacious along with the bathroom. The bathroom was handicapped accessible along with the bath tub. The hotel located in Cedar Park. It's heavily commercially with shops, restsurants, gas stations. Always was able to park the rental after arriving late in the evenings. The staff was courteous and always available to answer any questions. I still will rate it Fair because of the no daily housekeeping.

It’s always a GREAT and satisfied trip at CANDLEWOOD SUITES here in Cedar Park, TX. The property is well maintained and clean. Staff is genuinely sweet to the guests, they go above and beyond. The staff makes ya want to stay with them. This hotel charges for a security deposit, but what sets them apart is the deposit is released immediately after you check out. There’s no waiting 7-14 business days for your deposit to be released. There’s a kitchen in the room with appliances, those are also well maintained. The air conditioner in the rooms actually blow out COLD CRISPY air, great airflow. You get a GOOD bang for your buck at this hotel, and the location is walkable and convenient.

It’s a little dated, but for its location and room amenities it’s well worth it. The bed is comfortable and air conditioning works very well. The staff at the front desk were amazing. The cleaning staff are very polite and helpful and the products they use smell quite nice. I’m sensitive to strong noxious products and thankfully they don’t use them. I’m always a little suspect when strong air fresheners are used.

This was the absolute BEST extended stay property I’ve ever EVER stayed at in my life. I really enjoyed how CLEAN and helpful the staff was. The front desk staff, Mr. Sal, was extremely diligent, and polite. If im ever in need again, I’ll definitely think about coming back here!

Booked this hotel b/c the rating was 8 w/good faith that I could trust Hotels.com. That was a mistake! it was unpleasant. Just icky. 1st they gave me a queen instead of king I reserved. Dirty carpet, sticky floors, bed sheets stained, comforter stained. Cabinets in the suite were scratched and missing handles. King room was the same but also reeked of fruity scent that was overwhelming. Front desk said they had no other king rooms available. rude manager was denied refund

Got charged after already paying through Expedia. And also room itself wasn’t the best.

Extremely convenient and affordable

Room smelled like mold my shower leaked all over the place and the whole hotel stunk. They also only clean your room 1x per week which expedia doesn’t tell you.

We needed to change rooms as there was a weird smell in the first room given to us, the carpet had stains.

The room was ready at check in time ,which was 3:00pm. It was clean and furnished with all that we needed. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The air conditioning was off the hook. The kitchenette was clean and sufficient for our needs. The bathroom also had all you needed, with wonderful Dove products. We would recommend this candlewood suites to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again

The kitchenette and the refrigerator and freezer were very useful, and the property was pretty well maintained, I was locked out of my room once because the keycard randomly stopped working but the staff at the front desk were very helpful with getting a new one.

Air quality in the room was bad, door was stuck all the time, sink was stuck.

Room was very musty, moldy smell. Also had the old cigarette smoke smell. Just not a very well kept, clean place. No breakfast.

The room was dirty it was an awful smell that made my stomach nauseous and even worse the door of the hotel wouldn’t lock you could just turn the handle from outside the room and walk right in even when your in the room with the lock on I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Good location, close proximity to all restaurants and easy access to the highway

The floor in our room was slimy, and house keeping we found only came once a week and we were booked for a for an entire week. We had to take out our trash and get our towels which was very very weird. The room smelled like wet dog food and so did hallway.

The front desk was very helpful and trying to find me another room and they said that the room would not be charged to my card, but it still has been and I have not received a refund yet.

Great location close to restaurants and stores. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the A/C works great. The only thing that I did not care for is the smell of animals in the hallways and room...however, it is very pet friendly, which is a plus.

Staff was very friendly. What we didn’t like is our floor was dirty and it took four days for them to get in there to clean it. Ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work. In We advised them of that was never fixed during our five day stay.

Fortunately, that night, Allyssa, again, came to our rescue, in disbelief of our story, and found one. Heh- what is with the two peepholes in our door??? Ancient stuff! Just ask that female sports reporter, Erin, about what happened with her- big law suit! And, NO breakfast, if any kind... I wanted to leave, the first morning we woke up. Kudos to Allyssa, the night clerk, for saving the reputation of IHG! She deserves a huge bonus, and raise in pay!

Located in a nice part of town where staff and even the people that were staying there overnight were very friendly. They welcomed my service dog with open arms and the accommodations were good as I like the full-size fridge in the room. The shower even has a nightlight on the wall very nice and comfortable mattress just the right size room

Since I was staying less than 12 hours I did not bother to complain. The curtains did not close completely with the bright lights of the parking lot made it difficult to sleep among the many other problems

Clean room, clean tub kitchen had dishes. Even had paper towels under the sink bathroom had conditioner, shampoo, and lotion. AC works great.

The hotel had a musty smell, and there was the scent of marijuana in the hallways. The room itself was decent, but there was some dog hair, and an unpleasant odor. The bathtub was dirty, as were the floors. Overall, more attention to cleaning is needed.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Room was a bit humid and the floor kept sweating making it slippery. We cranked the A.C. a bit and that helped. We did stay near an exit and unfortunately could hear the door slam after about 6 a.m. Other than that nice room, comfortable, pet friendly and nice staff

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Unfortunately the ice maker in our freezer was not functioning, there were no ice cube trays and they didn’t have an ice machine. The hair dryer was broken. The hot and cold indicator for the shower was reversed so I took an unnecessary cold shower the first night.

Good Hotel to stay with family. Clean and comfortable. The setup of the room is adequate to conduct business from the room. Good Location. Smoke and " Funky smell Free". They have great Coffee for free. I will repeat my stay on this property.

The frontbdesk staff was really friendly and nice. The hallways were dirt and smelled of bleach. One towell in bathroom im pretty sure was left feom last occupant. Was dirty and just halfway rolled up on shelf. I stay in hotels alot and i wa sreally dissapointed in this one.

Property smelled fresh. However, when we entered our room, we found some problems. The silverware in our kitchenette was dirty so we took it to the front desk staff and were provided with plastic cutlery instead. There were scuffs on the paint in the room as well as some dirty walls/doors that had not been properly cared for. The shower handle was not installed properly. There was mold in one corner by the shower. The door into the room was not hung properly so the door stuck upon opening/closing.

Notch) however we did not get the room we booked a month ago due to a ‘system upgrade’. While room was clean it was missing its smoke detector (wires hanging out of the ceiling) and also the window was broken. I know nornally these places are maintained however this felt bland, the elevator also needs to be greased it made lots of noise and I feel sorry for those whose room was next to the elevator. We will continue to use candlewood suites, however we will not stay at this particular property again. I do want to emphasize that the staff was great, no issues there!!

Bathroom floor was definitely not clean. The property in general is in very good condition. Location is excellent.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Though our room was not clean. The toilet paper and paper towels were both empty so I had to replace them. One of our trash cans was still completely full and our ice maker didn’t work.

Hotel overbooked, did not have room for me. They booked me in another hotel near by.

When I asked the front desk staff to please have our room cleaned the only response I received was that they were down a housekeeper. Trash cans in all the hallways were full and stinky and the stairwells needed to be vacuumed badly.

Housekeeping was awful. There were no towels or toiletries in the bathroom. The shower had hair and a dirty washcloth in it. There was hair in the bed. The shower didn’t work properly. The only reason I’m rating 2 stars and not 1 is because the girl who worked the front desk overnight was so kind and apologetic. My children were already asleep otherwise I would have asked for a different room. They desperately need new housekeepers and a better maintenance staff.

The shower didn't work. Couldn't do my morning meeting in person because I couldn't shower. The carpet at the entry to the elevator on the second floor was dirty both days we were there. They did eventually move us, but by then my schedule that day was ruined

There were no pots or pans to cook with. There was 1 fork 1 plate and 1 coffee cup. The floor was sticky. I asked for towels 3 times. I asked to have the room cleaned it did not happen. The grills advertised for use were so gross no one would ever use them. Then came the roach. It was a $29 room that cost over $100. Do not book this hotel. You will regret it. I wish there was a lesser star to give this place. I learned a lesson. Read ALL the reviews. The five star ones have to have been paid for. The staff is overwhelmed. I will not stay at an IHG property or use Hotels.com again.

The hotel was outdated. More than half the channels on the tv were audio only and I felt like the room could have been cleaner.

The guest above our room made stomping, dropping, and scraping noises thru the night. I called mgr at 3am to complain. Mgr spoke w/guest of that room but nothing changed. We checked out at 3:45am. FYI: landline didn’t work; large hair ball in bathroom.

The blow dryer in the room is connected to the wall. When I turned it on it started sparking and felt like I was holding a weed eater it was shaking so bad. The drain in the shower did not work. We had to rig it to stay open and shower. Also, there is no breakfast offered at this hotel.

Run.,, do not stay here. Smoking throughout the hotel, not just weed and not just cigarettes. Disgusting, roaches, mold and smell in general. Management is terrible, broken elevator. Staff is very unprofessional. Smoking and on FaceTime calls. Overall terrible stay. Get better IHG. Get to your properties and observe.

The location, the parking lot has many empty spaces, easy to park. We would like to raise several concerns regarding our stay: 1. First, we booked a room advertised as larger than 600 sq ft, however, the room we received appears to be closer to 300 sq ft, which is significantly smaller than what we reserved. 2. Second, the laundry room has been unavailable throughout our stay. There has been a sign stating “Laundry area out of order” at all times, and the facility was never operational. 3. Third, the television provided is very small and is not a smart TV. 5. Additionally, there was no room cleaning service during our stay. When I called to request a towel change, I was asked to go downstairs to collect the towels myself. When I asked about room cleaning, I was informed by the receptionist that housekeeping is provided only once per week. Unfortunately, I do not have written proof of this statement, but I would like to note it as part of our experience. 6. On the morning of December 13, there was no water available in the building due to a building-wide issue, as explained by the staff. Later, shortly before our departure, the water supply was restored; however, the tap water appeared visibly dirty, with dark residue noticeable against the white sink. Photos are attached for reference. We understand that unexpected issues can happen anywhere, and we personally felt okay about this situation. We point out this information simply for transparency and to help future guests better prepare for their stay. We are sharing these concerns to request your attention and a reasonable resolution, as the services and conditions provided did not match what was advertised or expected. Edit: Okay, and one more things, they charged me twice and told me I will get refund after 3-5 business days (was told on Dec 15 and today is Dec 22 -> Nothing was refunded Edit2(Jan4): So Jessica, thanks for getting back to me on this review, and please let me know when you are going to refund my money that you charged twice, I have tried to call many times.....

Yes everything was clean

There was a cockroach crawling on the kitchen counter. The bathtub faucet was barely functioning, and the tub bottom had ground-in grime. The elevator was decrepit and needed serious maintenance The room carpet appeared dirty. I stayed two nights and couldn't wait to get out of my room after seeing the cockroach on my second morning. No doubt the entire building has cockroaches!

People were nice and helpful but room had roaches and the carpet was not vacuumed.

It’s always about the little things. And the coffee was GOOD! Room was clean, bed was a little soft for my tastes, but ok. But, did I mention the coffee was Good?

Manager was excellent. Location was great. Small roaches in bathroom. Corners in bathroom were nasty. Silverware dirty. Our dog found a piece of chocolate on carpet. Too dirty for me.

remote didn’t work, lights went off in the bedroom and tv went off in bedroom. BathRoom flooded and no lights or fan overhead.

On the night of aour arrival, the two people at the front desk, Elija and Leiana (?) were welcoming, helpful, and very easy to work with. They made us feel that they cared about us and our stay at Candlewood. Thanks to both of them!

Floors were filthy. Appeared to be clean but had dirty black feet by the end of the evening. Chairs were filthy and broken. Bed were clean and comfortable. ADA shower worked well.

The relationship with Expedia. I booked queen beds, Candlewood only has doubles bed. The sleeping arrangement was inadequate for the # of sleeper identified at reservation. Unhappy with Candlewood response to my complaint and Expedia's incorrect advertisement of rooms

The TV did not work at first. There was not a holder for the toilet paper. There was no telephone in the room. They hid a blow dryer in a drawer and the one in the wall did not work at all. The main response from the staff was “Oh, really?”

Great King bed, easy access, priced right. Management needs to QC room options more closely. Our full kitchen had no forks or coffee pot. Had coffee, 4 knives and one spoon. Management said items were stolen, and had not been replaced. No remedy offered.

Disgusting room. Never seen a room so dirty. Sink looked like it was rotting. Big stains on chairs we were covering them with plastic bags. Room smelled bad. Really disappointed.
