The rooms are spacious and nice. The furniture is outdated and one of our ACs leaked and the carpet was soaked. There was some leftover trash on the floor. The pool was nice and they had towels we could use. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Breakfast was the best we had on the trip.

The first day the air conditioner was not working properly so they replaced on the second day. The pool was closed half the time. The ice machine was broken for most our stay. The front staff was not very hospitable sometimes rude.

Liked how spacious room was and how much was in there. Furniture was old but worked fine for us.

The only thing is the pool isnt very clear . And there needs to be updates to the pool it self

I visited on 7/23/26 I arrived at my room, immediately I always check my room and bed out, good thing I did, the top spread had a big brown stain on it, pull the covers back, sheets was nasty, look like nasty butt smeared on the sheets, checked my grandkids bed, black hair on sheets, brown spots on comforter and sheets. I immediately went to the desk, young lady at desk was very sweet, but no more rooms to change me too and no one there to change my bed, stated she could give me sheets to change my own bed (Terrible ) but had no choice, checked other hotels, prices had gone up. then I go back to the room, look in drawers and find a pair of dirty socks, so this means they didn't check the rooms and did not clean it. No manager on duty, noise is loud at night from being so close to the hwy (not hotel fault) there was no one at the desk when I checked out Saturday morning, sign was up stated they was away from desk, didn't have time to wait to request to see if a manager was on duty, I will not stay again.

The Breakfast was more than I had expected. The staff was exceptional.

Breakfast was fabulous. The bed and pillows were great. The hair dryer was excellent and quiet. The room had a lot of carpet stains. I chose not to go barefoot. I had to wipe down the bathroom counter and bedside table as they were sticky. The room smelled like fragrance of which I am allergic. There was so much fragrance it was like they had to cover up the smelly room. There was no light on the desk making it hard to see to work there.

I was impressed with the condition of the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. However, the facilities were older than I expected.

However, the food for breakfast was very good and the cook was a very personable person.

I didnt like that I was first put in a room that smell like urine. Then the next room, what seem to be blood in the tub, after speaking to the manager, she said it was rust. Said she told the young girl that was working that night to explain it to me when she switched my room. But she didnt. And the pool, very nasty. It definitely isn't being maintained properly. U could see a film in it, bugs, trash and the water wasnt clear at all. It was foggy looking. Couldn't see the bottom. My grandbaby dropped her toys in there and there's no way anyone could have went down to get them because you couldn't see. The tv wasnt the best either. Had like a blue tint to it. I couldn't enjoy watching anything.

The hotel was nice and clean. The most amazing thing was the bed. The mattress on the bed was wonderful. I haven't slept that well in years. Our housekeeping service was wonderful and very helpful.

Free parking I didn't like the damp floor by the AC, chipped wood in bathroom, stains on the carpet in the room. Room had a smell, the screen in the window was damaged so the window was not able to open. Let me not forget the used razor in the shower...nasty...Paid way too much for this room and also had to pay $100 damage security deposit which was told its refundable. The whole room was already not in the best shape so not sure why they have that added to customer. The room was very out dated. It was so much that was disappointing. This hotel needs an upgrade.

The room seemed like it was one that is in desperate need for a remodel. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. Once that issue was resolved, it was passable for me. If I was traveling with others, I probably would've gone elsewhere to stay. The staff was very friendly and helped address the issues I had as best as they could. The breakfast was good every morning. Overall, I'd stay here again if I'm traveling solo but not if I'm with someone else.

The hotel staff were professional and friendly. The elevators are slow and old. The carpet is dirty and needs to be either deep cleaned or replaced. I checked in pretty late after a 10 hour drive. I didn’t check the lamp shade but noticed I was coughing pretty bad. Well once I was ready to check out I noticed the lampshade was covered in mold. That explains the room smell. I had to leave to get some air freshener from the local Walmart! I informed the staff member when I checked out and she agreed that the mold was definitely “nasty” and would inform the general manager.

I was disappointed. The mattress was stained as well as the bottom of the tub. Didn’t even shower there. The girl at the front desk did show me other rooms, but they were all the same. We could not get our money back so we spent the night and booked another hotel for the following night.

The main hallway could use some attention. There was some obvious dusting and wipe down needed. There was a wet smell in the main hallway and room. Some room furniture was obviously ready for recycle. Desk chair was totally ripped and half of the arm rest was missing. The room carpet had large spot worn through to the floor.

I was disappointed with my stay, i book with this hotel every time i need a getaway. But unfortunately this stay… i was left without washcloths. Then when i requested towels, i was told to come downstairs to retrieve them. I felt as that was an inconvenience due to the fact that i should have already had them in my room before i even checked in. I was very disappointed with that.

Nothing oh dusty nasty had to change rooms because the bathroom was so dirty then the new room they put me in was for handicap smaller room Feyre and Paula didn’t even ever cover so that when you use the bathroom close to delete it so the germs don’t spray it. No one was ever at the front desk in the evenings. I would not recommend it to anybody especially for the price. I just told you what I didn’t like. I don’t like anything about it all dusty. I’m not clean but never stay there would’ve checked out into hotel but just decided to stay there since I was gonna be there for 3 1/2 day.

The property is dirty, old and raggedy. The first room we had was sticky and dirty. The 2nd room they moved us to was dirty as well. The whole property was extremely humid, very uncomfortable, noisy, and just dirty and gross. The staff however was very nice and helpful. 10 out of 10 for the staff. 0 out of 10 for the rest of the location.

Daily room service was friendly and efficient. M - F breakfast hostess was thorough. Other guests were friendly. I had requested a wheelchair assesable room. It turned out to be on the second floor. When we arrived at 10 pm, we were told the elevator was out. They would give us a full refund.I said we didn't want to look for another hotel at that point. I asked why they didn't call me to give me options earlier in the day. That would have been excellent customer service and endeared me to the hotel.

The hotel is pretty beat up. The room was old, the bathroom was stained, toilet and tub & it had an overall unclean feel. Staff was great! The room definitely seemed to be clean it was just old & had many amenities/areas that just showed so much use it made it all almost impossible to feel clean.

We had a wonderful trip and hope to come back soon! Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and loved the trip! Too bad the heater was busted on the hot tub! But still worth it!!!

The room on 1st look was very clean but it smelled like sweat and mold. I opened up the air conditioner filter and they were very disgusting and there was a box of food left in the fridge from previous stay.

I stayed 2 nights with my family here but I wouldn't be willing to go back to this place because for the price I paid I would expect a quality place like good looking beds and good clean smelling rooms but instead the whole place smells like old and humidity the breakfast it was so poor that I just grab a coffee because they didn't have anything good the staff was ok. I was trying to get a soda from the only vending machine they have and it only accept card so I used 3 different credit card on 2 of my card it changed me 40 dollars and the other one 20 dollars so I spent 100 dollars for a coke and at the end I couldn't get it because the machine never opened so I had to go and talk with the person at Front desk and explain what happened in order to get my money back. Definitely is a bad place to stay.

Location Phone did not work, I told the front desk and requested a working phone but never got one. Poor WiFi, weird smell coming from sink. Unfriendly front desk clerks.

If available, the breakfast was fine. Not enough bacon and eggs to serve guests there in the early hours. Pumped in fragrance was strong in every area, i.e., the entry, elevator and the room, the sheets) . Many people, including me, are allergic to fragrance (artificial scents from cleaners, air fresheners). This hotel was saturated. My clothes were saturated. I have checked to see who owns this particular hotel, which appears to be a franchise within the Choice. A significant percentage of people have an allergic response to the scent molecules. It ranges from a headache to a migraine to inability to breath. It is a fact that added fragrance to any space is dangerous.

I had to be transferred to 4 different rooms. The 1st(308) door could be opened with a key, the 2nd room (315) a/c would t shut off( it was 60 degrees that night), the 3rd room(310) a/c wouldn’t cut on and finally after settling for the 4th room(302) cause it was 11 pm, I was so tired, I took whatever. Every disappointing experience. Would never go again

read several posts after booking became apprehensive- thankfully I can say our experience was AWESOME all around early check in, our suite HUGE spacious and clean!! will honestly be our go to place my sister lives near so visit more frequently!

The room was filthy. Several large, dark red stains on the carpet and the entire room smelled like weed. The mattresses were falling apart at the seams and looked like they were several decades old. The sheets smelled badly and there was hair all over them as if they hadn’t been washed. The bathroom was so dirty I didn’t want to use it. The tub was stained and had major surface damage with cracks and chips. I was afraid I’d cut my feet when standing in it. The towels were stiff and seemed like they hadn’t been washed recently. I should have left, but I was by myself, arrived after midnight and had to leave by 6am the next morning so it wasn’t worth driving around looking for another hotel. I was supposed to stay another night, but I didn’t return. I ended up driving 5 hours home Saturday night/ Sunday morning. I’ve never written a bad review like this and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. It’s obvious the hotel has updated their lobby and possibly some rooms, because the website photos looked nothing like the room I stayed in. It was the second floor, but I can’t recall the room number since I’m writing this a week later. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. The positive reviews have to be fake.

Bad hotel. Smoke smell, nasty rooms, things felt dirty and sketchy. And we had a disappointing response from management when we expressed that we wanted to cancel because the hotel didn’t meet expectations. We ended up just checking out, not feeling comfortable with staying there but paying full price for the room. Such a waste. Such greed.

3rd floor and 1st floor smell like weed my entire stay they broke the buttons to the elevator…. Then I’m walkout on Sunday I look over and they are having church service with a person laying on the floor entirely too much going on at one time

The hotel for the most part is quiet and located off of a main road. There were lots of places to eat at. The breakfast was decent enough, just typical hotel breakfast. If you are looking for a clean, no frills room, for a nice price, stay here!

The customer service was amazing. They welcomed us with friendliness. The room location was convenient. It was close to many restaurants and off the highway. The room was clean and they provided a pool with curfew. The staff was friendly about advising of the curfew.

I think the room was clean, but the entire floor were we stayed smelled including our room. Probably the carpet. The hotel is not physically maintained. Lots of touch ups needed. The lobby was cute. The staff were helpful. It was a good price.

Went back to the front desk and was asked if I wanted her to clean it up. Yes ofcourse I did. The young lady came up with paper towels and a plastic bag and cleaned it up. Really we expected more from housekeeping. I personally did not want to touch it to clean it up. But found it too gross to touch a giant roach.

The room was very clean and well stocked. The towels and linens have all been fresh and crisp. It’s a very quiet property and the front desk staff and housekeeping have been very attentive and friendly. I’ve had to adjust my stay dates twice and they’ve been very accommodating. The continental breakfast has been fantastic; plenty of delicious options, even coming later during the service window. There is no ice machine on my floor but I haven’t needed any, and there are machines on the other floors that I’ve seen (which are easy to access with the elevators). I did have to do a load of laundry, and there are two washer/dryer machines, but only one was working. Again, it wasn’t an issue for me as I had a small load and could do it anytime of the day. Overall, this is a remarkable hotel and has made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I’d definitely stay here again.

My 2 girls and I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights while visiting friends. The room was comfy, clean, quiet and the breakfast was good, everything fresh. Everything in the room worked as it should and the only repair that is needed is the shower head. It looked like it had been replaced but wasn’t securely mounted. Nevertheless, it wasn’t a problem just an obvious observation. The towels were nice and fluffy, the beds and pillows were clean and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were functional and the pool area clean. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

We booked this as it had great reviews. No way! The lady head of me booked 3 rooms with handicap requirements. They had none for her. I booked a room and it reeked of cigarettes. Moved to another room that had dead bugs in sink, visibly dirty carpet and carpet fraying in multiple places. Second room ac didn’t work. We requested a refund that took an act of Congress to get and then took 5 days to post back to my card. Beware! I spent an additional 30.00 at a competitor and it was fantastic. Spend the little extra.

I always stay here when in town. The property is overall clean, quiet, and I've never had any issues.

Check in was slow, with only one desk person who had to handle a complex check in ahead of me. My check in, when it could happen (about 10~15 minutes after entering lobby), was relatively quick.
