Very poorly ran very cheap no coffee cups no stirs and no creamers. They lock up everything exactly at the time for breakfast when it’s close to close did not clean our room for one night because we left the hotel room a little bit later than expected never again. The establishment seemed very, very cheap refusing to give an extra pillow for a room not cleaning our room one night, no coffee cups no cream creamers for the coffee in the morning. The breakfast was atrocious. Didn’t have anything very limited very rude never again.

Wen we came back to the room from a long day of being outside the ac was turned up to 80 so it was very hot and uncomfortable

Our reservation was for six people, and we were left three towels. I asked his first night if we could have three more towels we had six people we were advised that the closet was locked. They would have to wait till the morning. The next day we again asked for towels, and we brought three again. We still had six people. The floor was so dirty that the kids walked across the floor barefooted and their feet were black. They made up our room. I should say they made up one of the beds of the three beds in our room. The other two were left unmade. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone stay and it’s a shame that you label it as a Wyndham property. It sure didn’t seem like one I’ve stayed at their properties.

I was there in March and I’m not sure what happened but my stay in July was not as good. TV remote didn’t work someone else’s clothes in the drawers.

Staff is rude and not helpful. Keys would fail constantly causing us to go and get them redone. Room smelled horrible and furniture was all in bad shape. Couldn’t adjust TV because it feels like it’s about fall off the wall. Bed was uncomfortable and they would not let us have more pillows (the ones we had were very flat). It was some of the worst sleep I’ve ever had.

Very clean room. I'm a stickler for cleanliness.. this property is literally next to two other hotels i have used often on my travels. On this trip, their pricing forced me to check out this place.. nearly 1/2 the cost and just as nice of a place. From now on when traveling through this area, I'm staying here.

My Stay here started alright my room pretty clean and has the essentials. With the exception of the doors to the outside not being secure. I booked two nights great price.. I requested a non-smoking room because cigarette smoke to me is repulsive. NonSmoking is smoke free I thought but unfortunately not the case here with no other rooms available I had to leave. The front desk could offer me no relief not a credit not refund nothing so basically I stayed in the room for 1 night for the paid of 2. I had to still make arrangements for another night at another hotel entirely. Sad I didn’t even know people still smoked inside establishments.

Room was dirty, the floor was sticky, the countertop had something disgusting on it. The bedding was burnt and stained. When we approached the staff they were rude and refused to help. I asked for extra pillows and was denied. I literally had to go buy cleaning supplies and bedding for myself. They refused to refund me so I could go elsewhere. I’ll never stay there again…

Wasn’t terrible but the people staying next to me played movie super loud at 2:30 am and people think it’s a good idea to put all their trash outside their door. I guess that’s the type of people that get a cheap hotel.

This place is disgusting, even for a super eight there was blood on the sheets along with other mysterious stains, all kinds of stains and stickiness splashed on the walls as well as dead bugs smashed on the walls. The floors were filthy. There was holes in the bathroom, the entire room was filthy. I understand a super eight, not being ritzy but this was just downright dirty. Cleanliness is not negotiable. The customer service was rude and I was charged for my entire state even though I refused to sleep there.

Shower didn’t work. Room smelled like chemicals. Stains on the bed sheets. There were ants both alive and dead. Walls were thin. Neighbors in adjacent room sounded like they were murdering one another.

Owner was horrible to deal with and hotel was dirty wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here

The hotel was promising at first. Check in was great. There was a strong, but pleasant smell in the lobby. It was hot when we were there and the A/C was perfect! Our room maintained very cold temperatures. The smell in the lobby carried throughout the hallways and became overpowering and caused a headache. The bathroom in our room was dirty. The walls were dirty, the toilet seat was dirty, the floor was dirty. It looked like every time the wall got dirty, they just slapped a new coat of paint on them. The shower rod was installed incorrectly, so you couldn't close it all the way to take a shower. There were pincher bugs in the shower and someone else's long dark hair. There were dead bugs in the hallways. The exterior doors did not lock so anyone could get in. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel is in need of major updates. There is no elevator. There is no pool as indicated on the website.

I had asked for a pet friendly room on the ground floor due to a disabled child with a service dog. I ended up sleeping in my car with the service animal and child as they put us on the 2nd floor by a stairwell. There was no elevator. My sister slept in the room with my other children and she woke up covered in bedbug bites. The front desk claimed there was no bedbugs, but her whole lower half was covered in bites.

When we got to our room it was dirty. We thought someone was staying in there. When we went back to the front the man up there acted like he didn’t believe us as we were still carrying our bags. Then breakfast wasn’t much

There was no elevator. The shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. They said they were full and our reservation should not have been approved. So they charged us to upgrade to a king. But the parking lot only had 15 cars at midnight and at 5:00am. The bed was comfortable. Room was basically clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was minimal but there are lots of restaurants. The neighborhood is a safe area.

When we arrived, we noticed that the table below the TV had not been cleaned. You could see where a beverage had been spilt and left to drip into the drawer. That spill along with other drips and beverage rings were all over the top. We later noticed that the nightstands were just as dirty. The phone had clearly never been wiped down and was badly soiled. There were crumbs on the bed when we pulled back the sheets to go to bed. The hallways were just as unkept and there were no elevators which was inconvenient for me as I have both my knees in braces at the moment.

The room stunk like smoke. I stayed an hr and asked for a other room because i was beciming nauseated. He didnt have another one but gave some spray stuff. Still didnt help but we had no other choice to stay. The room was in disrepair. Sheets were dirty on one bed. The bathtub was dirty. The chair was in such disrepair. It was the worst room I ever stayed in. It was the most uncomfortable and restless night I've ever had. I have pictures of the disrepair but unfortunately I can not take pics of odor. Something needs to be done. I had high hopes with the Wyndham name but was sorely let down. Thank you.

The room was clean and taken care of not too bad for as old as the place is. The staff tho, was off putting. There was no indication when I booked the room that they would require a cash deposit and also no indication there was no elevator. The front desk didn’t bother to mention either. And when I went to do laundry the man almost refused to give me any quarters, limiting me to $2 worth although I’m sure he knew it cost way more, making me have to make more trips up there and deal with the guy. The other man was nice tho. At the rate things are there are going it will be hourly before we know it. Could go on about other complaints but it’s not gonna change anything. Just be forewarned if you are looking to be comfortable and have friendly staff don’t go there.

Jay Patel the general manager was absolutely terrible and had no knowledge of service animal etiquette. He does not possess any customer service skills. He offended me with his choice of words and did not allow me to stay at the facility due to my service animal. My service animal has a physician letter and documentation for these reasons. After stating to him my rights he proceeded to ask for a deposit for my service animal. He then charged my card which he had already taken from my before the conversation. When I arrived he called me sweety which made me feel uncomfortable. I definitely would not recommend this place and needs to be inspected further. He violated my ADA rights.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. However, the advertised breakfast was not for country folks. Plan to eat at the many local restaurants for a good breakfast.

It was quick and easy check in and guy at desk nice and friendly. Room was quiet and comfortable and cool AC and hot shower. Nice room for the price. Easy access to room, didn’t have far to walk from vehicle.

First, there are pool hours posted on doors and a directional sign for pool in Lobby. Per manager, no pool for several years. There was an odor of mold in my room. There were chips of paint missing off walls. There was puckering of paint near shower in bathroom. A large piece of ceiling had peeled off. There were brown stains on the walls (in my room and in hallway). I asked for a cot for my bonus grandson. I was told that they didn’t have one (it was offered to me for him 3 weeks earlier). The next morning, I saw one in the early morning hours in the laundry room (where they wash towels). I slept in a chair that night. I moved the chair so I could use my CPAP and found food on the floor. The shower had grab bars all over the place but nothing to keep from slipping on the floor of the tub. I have some bruises from the grab bars from slipping in the tub. My last night, the person who had the other half of my suite (a person I didn’t know) kept me up most of the night coughing. They took a bad trip (I was in town for my granddaughter’s funeral) and made it worse.

There was black hair in the shower and it didn’t look clean. I asked for a specific room type and it wasn’t what was detailed online. The front desk staff was nice but it was very odd having a lady and man that works there just standing outside in the parking lot staring at you like you did something wrong. Who does that?? The railing on the stairs in the back was unsteady I almost fell so if you stay there be careful going down those stairs

It was ok, please don't get excited. My wife and I just needs a place to get a few hours of sleep. We had a family reunion.

Well, the coffee was almost clear. Could not drink it so I poured it out and got a juice. Same thing, lightly colored water no flavor. There was a gallon jug of milk with about a half cup of milk in it. So, just went down the road to eat!
