The room was not filthy but it could have been cleaned better and maintained better. The microwave was missing when we got to the room, the towel holder was broken, toilet paper ran out, toilet seat was wobbly. Friendly staff no elevator. It was a relatively clean and dry place to stay for the night. Breakfast was ok. Decent Parking.

Can’t complain to much because it was a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for but would not recommend if your wanting something nice

The cleaning people. Although they didn't speak English they were nice to see in the morning. We were there for 7 days and they were always nice and helpful. I reserved a room with double beds and a kitchenette. At least I thought I did since the description called it a Superior double. I found out that was not the case. The WiFi did not work even though I needed my laptop for work. I ended going off site for WiFi. The breakfast was subpar at best. One day it was just the little round sausages, some bread and a few pastries. Cereal and milk oh and not to forget the waffle. The next day it was sausage patties and all that I mentioned. The 3rd day was a fried egg with all that I mentioned. If you would save a piece of breakfast from each day you eventually made a full meal. The marijuana filled halls were all day plus a drunk guy always sitting by the ice machine was interesting to say the least. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it. Found a live cockroach in the tub, mildew all on the front of the A/C. Other than the people working there who were kind this place receives 0 out of 5 in my book. This is just my experience. Good luck if you decide this is the place for you.

It was a big room and was a comfortable stay. Breakfast wasn’t a great variety but still good. The curtains in my room had some black stains at the bottom and room had an odd smell when we came in.

Overall decent, quiet in a nice safe area! The towels, and sheets seemed old, toilet seat had color wear, had some faded spots, definitely that needs to be changed!

It was run down and dirty , the room had a terrible smell to it , the bathroom outlets did not work so we had no way to get ready for going out and I called about it and the hotel manager did nothing and then when I asked about compensation I got no answer.

This property is in a central location, but very dirty and unkept. Which is surprising for this brand and location Dirty bathrooms, rooms smelled, facility looked out dated.

This place is so dirty, this is a motel cheap one not hotel, looks good in paper, I book for two nights I spend 35 minutes and leave, I prefer to loose my money before spend the night here, the smell was terrible even the tolls, toilet seat broken

The room was clean enough for a quick stay but stained (but washed) sheets and moldy shower curtain should be expected. Toilet seat was broken on one side. You get what you pay for. I realized that when I booked it.

There were numerous places that needed small repairs or where repairs were poorly done. Water pressure was almost non existent.

Oh, the breakfast was not the best. The items to me was the poorest. The food was cold. It seems as though the warmers was not working. The parking was good. pieces of the floor in the room was coming up. I don’t know if it was real wood or plywood.

My only complaint is that breakfast the 1st morning was ate up by 8am nothing but 2 danish and dry cereals. They had crews of tree trimmers rhat between 6-8 cleaned it out and it was not replenished even though breakfast was supposed to go to 9am. I mentioned it t the manager and he acted like he didn't know it was empty & did offer to get someone to make something. We didn’t bother to go out today to even try.

The beds were comfortable. The parking was ample. The breakfast was good, waffles, eggs and sausage. We stayed 2 nights. Room was cleaned daily. Allowed my dog so a big plus.

The room was clean. The Staff were helpful. Plenty of hot water for the shower. T.V remote was tricky to figure out but worked. Parking lot was busy with lots of crews & work trucks coming in after 5. It was quiet during the night & check-out was easy.

My wife and I had to wait ten plus minutes as two clerks assisted one customer. When we were given our room, we found it was a room with two queens, we had reserved a room with a king. Contacted the clerk and told him that we had reserved a room with a king bed. He advised that he could give us a room with a king. We were told that our room was upstairs and we would have to go outside and climb up a flight of stairs on the side of the building to the second floor to get to our room. I asked if there were any elevators and I was told no, that we would have to use the stairs. I'm 74 and my wife is 72 years old. We had to carry our luggage to a flight of stairs and again back down the next morning. Once in our room we found a badly patched hole in the wall behind a door. There was no coffee maker, and the shower curtain rod was bend in a "U" shape which made the curtain slide to the middle of the rod. Each end of the curtain rod had been pulled away from the wall and were not holding on by much. We told the clerk, same person we talked to last night about the problem. He seemed confused and I told him to just check out the bathroom; it was clear to see.

Dirty, stinky and old. There was a spider on the bed. Not what I hoped for.

The first room we got had a kitchenette. One of the knobs on the stove was missing, the light plate in the bathroom was broken (the actual switch worked, though), and there were roaches in the bathroom. We were offered a refund but it was late and I was willing to try another room without kitchenette. No problems with this room other than cosmetic. Both rooms we were a bit banged up and that is not premium bedding. However, the bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower was good. The staff were accommodating. I'd give this 2.5 stars if that were an option.

The person at the front desk was very nice. Unfortunately, I did not have a good stay. First, they do not have an elevator which was very inconvenient being on the second floor. 2nd I was not able to get a good nights sleep because of door slamming at various time throughout the early morning.

The man who checked me in didn’t say two words to me, barely recognized my existence. No elevator and the room extremely old and just dirty looking. The bedding was paper thin and found an old cigarette wrapper in my bed. Needless to say we left

Needed a dog friendly hotel for a night while in between houses. This fit the bill nicely. Its not luxurious by any means, but the room was clean, the shower water was hot, and the dogs and i had a place for the night.

Hotel smelled of moth balls/fabulosa/chemically. Room felt dingy/unclean. Pillows seemed flat/well-worn. (There was even an empty water bottle on floor when we first entered, which added to the unclean feeling). Other clientele made it seem unsafe— one drinking at the entrance, another loudly yelling something as he walked down hall with a stick, etc. We did not stay. Even though I knew we’d be charged the night, we found another hotel to stay at.

BEDBUGS! We were booked to stay 4 nights, but we only were in the hotel for a total of 20 MINUTES. I get it that it was nonrefundable, however BEDBUGS (and not to mention a filthy atmosphere) should be the exception to the rule. We didn't even get an apology!!!

We had a really good stay. Fire the money you can’t beat it. Clean rooms hot shower and we really didn’t have to drive far for anything. Great hotel!

Food options for breakfast were slim and they never had butter. Floor was damaged and room smelled musty. Blow dryer broke and melted. Sink had no hot water

A nice and quiet stay

The staff was super nice but…..This room was a great price…. but the smell of dog urine was horrendous. We did go buy 2 candles at bath and body to burn so we could sleep without breathing in the pee smell. We booked through Travelocity so since it was late and we paid through a 3rd party we dealt with it. We won’t be back to this pet friendly motel.

I will start with the good… beds were comfortable, room appeared clean. Then… it sounded like there were critters in the walls all night, people in rooms on both sides were so loud it was like they were in the room with us. Then we went down for breakfast. Many reviews saying breakfast was good, they are deceiving, breakfast was awful. We got down at 8am, the only thing down there was eggs, they were awful. Machine for juice had water in it. Coffee was just brown water. Front desk did not seem led phased we were very disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for. My suggestion is pay the extra $50 and get a room at one of the neighboring motels.

My husband and I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn since April and we haven't had many complaints.

I asked if I could get a refund if I left the property a day early and was told I would need to check with the manager the next day because I booked through Orbitz. I did check the next day and was told I could. (Unfortunately, I didn’t get the Manager’s name.) Orbitz was told I was not eligible for a refund. Now I have to call them when I return home to try and get a refund.

Nice staff, but work needs to be done. Stained bedding, moldy shower curtain, questionable stains on the floor and furniture, shotty repairs all over the room…..a little more effort could make this a decent place. It’s in a decent area that’s easily accessible and also seems to be safe.

Door was broken, you have the pull up on it to get it closed, walls were dirty, breakfast was a cold biscuit and a flat piece of sausage, hair dryer on the room was completely melted. Not impressed. With all of the competition around them you would think they would try a little harder.

They have a great team and everyone is just amazing as people.

We booked this hotel based off of the past experience with Hotels.com. The toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet, it was sitting on the sink area. When I called front desk, they told me that room was the only one available even though I had booked weeks in advance. Room stunk like incense. Spoke to front desk the following morning, nice fellow, he said he would speak to Manager to give me discount credited to my card which I have yet to see.

Not good… they violated my Do Not Disturb sign on my door and entered my room anyways.

Breakfast options were few. At 9:00 on Sunday morning there were no more eggs or sausage. I will not go back because of the breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00.

Holes in one hand towel, hole in one top sheet, one of two lights working poorly in the bathroom. However, as soon as we asked about heat - we got quick help. Also breakfast was great! The heat was not working in the room on an extremely cold night. I informed the front desk clerk who displayed no empathy, but just gave me a key to another room. My 6 year old son and I walked into the room only to find multiple roaches!!!! I WILL NEVER stay here again.

Hotel looks old without any upgrades. Hardwood floors were in bad shape and not clean. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in, like sleeping on the floor and pillows were two inches thick and hard as a rock

Not st all impressed with this hotel. AC had a leak. Bathroom had some mildew and/or mold. Bed were to hard for my liking.

The room was semi clean, whoever painted the room, missed areas, got paint on places that shouldnt have paint on them. The stove knov was broken, the chair in the room was scratched up and coming apart. Painters tape was left all over the room and the sockets didnt have plates on them. The floor wasnt really clean. The only thing was the bed was comfy.

Very outdated, it doesn’t even have an elevator. They do have rooms on the bottom floor for people with disabilities, but the only way to the second or third floor are up the stairs. They did serve breakfast in the morning, but there was no way we were going to eat there. The place is just very junkie.

It was a good experience. Some areas are a little rundown like the carpet and flooring. It's not a luxury hotel but a hotel with the amenities that you need.

I reserved 3 rooms for my family for 2 nights at this property. The interior hotel needs some remodeling, expecially needs some proffesional painting and drywall repair, there is some spots in rooms that you can see the ugly white round spots of just plaster without paint. Hallway Smells Bad! The AC filter needs some cleaning, Bad smell!! , we woked up with a sore throat and runny nose also the bathtub and sink was clogged, The room service needs to put more attention in what they are touching when cleaning room, my mom towel was gone she reported to front desk and they couldnt find it, front desk just desided to replace with a used ugly towel.

There is no elevator in this building that has got to be a safety code some kind of way..idk but the walls were dirty and peeling. The ice maching was nasty i had to ask fot the sheets and bedspread to be changed but we still ended going to buy some.
