During check in, the female receptionist directed me to take the left hallway to find my room. The directions were incorrect, which was not a big deal at the time. However, while walking down the hallway, a man did a double take when he saw me and then went into a room. When I began walking toward the opposite side of the hallway, I passed the room he had entered, and he immediately came back out, almost as if he had been watching for me. He appeared to be a hotel employee and began questioning me about where I was staying. Because I already felt uneasy, I did not feel comfortable disclosing my room number. He continued questioning me, so I simply kept walking. After this encounter, I felt significantly more uncomfortable and unsafe. The room itself also left a lot to be desired. The shower appeared to have brown staining and generally looked dirty, which made me uncomfortable using it. The bedside table also had a large number of push pins inside it, similar to the kind used on a bulletin board. There was no bulletin board in the room, and I did not notice one anywhere in the lobby either, so I am unsure why there were so many loose push pins in the bedside table. The beds did at least appear

Bed comfortable and room was nice and cool. Location was great for what we were there for. Housekeeping should really keep eye on smoke detectors. Batteries were removed from ours and never replaced. Also, if staying more than one day there is no housekeeping to clean room/replace towels so you need to ask for fresh ones!
- 4/5
Breakfast was sub par. The two waffle makers were constantly being used. The bathroom toilet in room 200 sounded like a jet taking off when flushed. Internet was slow
- 4/5
Overall, the hotel was exactly what we expected. A no-frills option, with good amenities and great staff. This is definitely an older hotel, and it could use some updating. The rooms smell slightly like mildew. When we inquired on bedding for the pullout couch, the front desk, staff made us aware that they did not have any. It was like pulling teeth, trying to get some sort of sheets and comforter for the bed. This was a cheap option in the area, so we got what we paid for. My kids loved the waffles and the pool!

Location Rooms were dirty. A/C didn’t work.

Very good

Front desk lady very nice

The mattress literally had rips in it. The bed and the pillows were lumpy. They didn't have shampoo or conditioner or soap. The carpet was loos all over and felt dirty when walking on it. The water never got hot, so we didn't shower. The TV didn't work. Over all, it was a dive and we wont be going back.

Convenient location because it is right off the highway. The staff was helpful when they found out about a tech issue with booking.com There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.

Staff

The staff were very pleasant but after voicing my concerns and being told they would be fixed when in fact nothing was ever done. The bathroom door would not shut, the toilet made a loud noise when flushed, there was black mold around the shower, no hand towels or wash cloths, and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. Breakfast was not good so we skipped it the second day of our stay. Heated up scrambled eggs and sausage. The waffle machine that dispensed the batter was barely working and took several minutes to fill half a small cup.
- 5/5
No apple juice, no orange juice and no pancakes

It was in a good location near I-35. Area seemed very safe. The room was okay. We stayed one night which was okay. There was a couple fighting in the room next door and the front desk said we couldn’t be moved because it was Friday.

This hotel was unique as it wasn't new and the old was quite charming the staff were amazing and the indoor pool was nice. The rooms are quite large. The morning breakfast was awesome. Overall even though its older it is quite comfortable and inviting. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Bedspread ripped to shreds on both sides had to request a new one. Hairdryer fell apart when you took it off the wall. Breakfast area not well maintained. Staff was friendly. Price cheap! Get what you pay for.
- 4/5
Went to check in at 5 p.m. but our room wasn't ready....had to wait an hour to get in our room.
- 0.5/5
Absolutely nothing I didn’t like EVERYTHING, worst hotel ever. I have never met such a dirty hotel, loud people everywhere, upstairs will never let you sleep, highway noice, cleaning lady’s don’t clean anything. Its the WORST hotel ever! Don’t EVER stay here.

I didn't stay long. After checking in and going to the room. The room smelled of mold and wet. There was a giant fan in there I'm assuming to try and dry up the water damage but it wasn't ready at all. We asked the receptionist for another room which she replied they didn't have one available and offer no suitable option. I then told her I was checking out at went across the way to the best western were I had to pay for another room. All explained above
- 4/5
Decent room for decent price. Indoor pool was nice. Limited towel and linens for pullout couch bed. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The room was clean, the pillows are very old and lumpy needs new ones, the practice is OK. The eggs a bit overcooked same thing for breakfast every morning egg and sausage patties. Wait us a long time at the front desk guess they are short staff

First, I'd like to say that I booked online. I'm from out of state. We picked Burleson out of the surrounding cities. Thinking since Burleson is such a nice area that this quality inn would be a nice place to stay for 2 days before heading back home. Boy was I wrong, saving a few bucks was not worth my children witnessing a full-on brawl in the parking lot that led into the building where police had to come. The gentleman stomped up and down the hall. Screaming whoever called the police come out and fight me. Not only did the hallways reek of marijuana, there was mold in the air and the gentleman up front kept spraying febreze up and down the halls to block the smell of black mold. I will never go to a quality inn ever again. Based off this one hotel. Book at your own risk. The pictures online need to be updated cuz the building looks nothing like The pictures depicted online. Also the pool looked like it had not ever been cleaned and the free breakfast looked days old if not weeks old.
- 2/5
When you first walk in lobby, it smelled clean. But facility was run down. Check in was smooth. Got into room, immediately there was a bug on the bed. Mold in bathrooms. Went downstairs for breakfast, women’s bathroom downstairs was nasty. No hand soap.
- 3/5
Never seen a place so stingy with towels. I had to ask almost every day for, bat tub towel, floor mat towel, and wash cloths. HK would take them daily but only replace 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth. Tub is slick and so is the floor. It was advertised as sound proof rooms but if your room faces I35 it's plenty noisy. Other than that, it was a good room for the price.
- 2/5
Staff was polite and helpful Breakfast was decent Cons Booked for four and room was prepped for only two (two towels, not pillows or sheet or blankets for pullout couch, etc) Pullout mattress had bug feces on it so clearly not cleaned in a very long time Carpet had not been cleaned in ages most likely Computer table had broken leg They had too small of cups for coffee, did not have creamer, and the lids were too big Air conditioner only worked a little. Despite being set at the lowest, it would only stay on for a few minutes at a time and then turn off. Then turn on. Then turn off. It managed to keep the ambient temperature around 75-76 degrees in the room because of this. Pull out bed from couch was smaller than a full size bed despite being for two people. It could hold only one plus a couple of pillows. It was also short. The price of this hotel should not exceed $75 per night on premium nights. The hotel next door looks so much better and it is a Best Western so that should tell you something.
- 4/5
Breakfast really poor, no one attending when food tray was empty.
- 3/5
The only problem I had was the bed was to hard made it hard to sleep in
- 5/5
The room was very clean and stocked properly. The first night the A/C was a little weak and when I told Jennifer the next morning, she immediately provided a fan which worked fantastic... resulting in a second cold night. The breakfast was more than adequate, not just cereal, donuts and waffles but real sausage and scrambled eggs also. Over other hotels in the area I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks, Jennifer, for the great two nights and caring for your customers!
- 2/5
The window had a gap, and air/noise would come in. The curtains were ripped and had holes; sunlight could come in. The conditioner bottle was empty, and I had to request a new one. The sheets and pillow cases were a bit worn out. Pillows were very, very small and soft. The grab bars in the shower were not secure.
- 5/5
Great . Everything was what it needed to be.
- 5/5
I had an amazing stay at Quality Inn in Burleson! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the area felt nice and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Staff was awesome place was clean rooms were pretty big and cozy
- 1/5
They had bugs on the couch and bed bugs and when I complained the front desk lady laughed and told us we wouldn't get our money back.
- 4/5
Enjoyed the pool and hot tub
- 3/5
Good place
- 3/5
Very small fridge as well with a freezer thar had enough space to fit maybe 1-2 bottles of water. If you're traveling like me with a cooler, no room to cool larger ice packs overnight, you can fit a couple smaller though. No benches outside directly in carport and entrance. I walked outside to wait for an Uber, no place to sit with luggage so back inside to the lobby I went.
- 2/5
The complimentary continental breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and food quality that fell below expectations. In addition, the air conditioning unit seemed outdated and unreliable. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature and made unusual noises throughout the night. Overall, the hotel appears to be in need of some updates and improvements. While the staff was courteous, the uncomfortable accommodations and lackluster amenities would make me hesitant to stay here again.
- 5/5
Small choice of breakfast but still ok

The room was very spacious and clean, no bad odors, also the staff was very pleasant

Bedbugs! Run away before you have to spend $100 on cleaning your stuff or that much to replace it. We were in room 107 and 218.
- 4/5
Only reason for a 4 was that the shower drain was slow and had 5 inches of water by the end of a shower.
- 4/5
Beds were good. We just needed a place to stay the night. Happy experience, didnt try the breakfast.
- 1/5
Hot tub and pool were disgusting.. left early to a different hotel due to bed bugs. Called front desk multiple times no answer will never stay again
- 4/5
Comfy beds and pillows
- 5/5
Main desk was excellent! Very helpful and kind
- 3/5
It’s an older property but it serves its purpose. If a fitness room is important, the elliptical or treadmill wasn't working but they do have free weights.
- 2/5
If I would’ve known how bad the rooms were, I would’ve never stayed at this hotel!! the pictures looked nice, but in reality, it really needs a makeover. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but I would not recommend this hotel.

- 3/5
Pool area lights were out , pool water was cold. Bathroom has no exhaust fan. Took old towels from room and never replace with new ones. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was ok but time frame not ideal for a vacation, 7am-10am would be daily.
- 3/5
Cleaning could be way better but for a cheap hotel it'll do.
- 3/5
Breakfast good. Room old with stains on carpet. Bathroom really bad
- 5/5
The pool was great and heated the breakfast was okay staff was nice
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay
- 4/5
Maybe they dont service rooms whhile still occupied. Thats ok...next year I'll be prepared. :)
- 5/5
Breakfast was ok hot tub was good and warm
- 3/5
This was not as expected, on the desk that was in the room all 4 of the legs were very wobbly was afraid it would break if it was used. The bottom corner’s of all the furniture looked as those they sat in water as they were peeling and were broken. Phones that were in the rooms did not work, line was dead. If you needed clean towels you needed to return the ones you had to the desk yourself and they would exchange them.
- 5/5
Room was clean, plenty of towels, extra couch pullout bed. The pool area was clean with warm towels. Breakfast was fresh and replenished frequently, and dining area was clean.
- 2/5
The room was clean but definitely had wear. A man was yelling outside in the hallway for at least an hour and kept me from falling asleep. The breakfast was not even available when I had to leave the next morning at 6:30 am (it was a Saturday morning). I felt uneasy and a little unsafe during my stay. I would not recommend or come back.
- 4/5
Comfortable and nice place to stay
- 1/5
If you like a dirty stained room and smells that are unknown then you found your perfect place!
- 3/5
Never used spa and parking was nicely lit up.
- 4/5
the breakfast there was good, there was a lot of options. the parking area was very clean and many parking spots. the hotel was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. they need more luggage racks, there was never any available for us
- 1/5
This place is disgusting! Unsanitary and gross! Mold on the lampshades, stains all over carpet and couch. Chips out of the furniture. Falling apart furniture. Mold in the bathrooms and bugs!
- 5/5
my grandkids loved the pool as well as the breakfast
- 3/5
Everything was dated and some of the furniture in the room was falling apart. Also a bit dirty. In the breakfast area all of the seats are worked and stained.
- 5/5
Great staff and clean rooms
- 3/5
Door to the room didn’t appear to fit the frame. TV didn’t work properly - repeatedly asking for WiFi information
- 2/5
Room was never fully cleaned. Also, would only be attended to every two to three days.
- 1/5
Carpet was stain badly, bed sheets had stains also. Bathroom clogged up and the dryer barely worked. Spent $8 just to dry my clothes.
- 5/5
Friendly staff,reasonably rates
- 2/5
Could be cleaner. Had to ask for towels. Room key didn't work on last day. Breakfast was not good.
- 1/5
The room was neglected at first, desk people kinda rude to me personally. I wont stay there again!
- 5/5
We decided to try this hotel again after not having a great experience a few years ago. It was much improved. Overall, it was a good price to value ratio. Thanks to the nice staff people who checked us in, tended the breakfast room, cleaned our room, etc. We hope to stay there again.
- 4/5
Staff was polite. The room was clean and comfortable. A little old, but still comfortable
- 5/5
Nice rooms
- 3/5
had a hard time finding me in computer. said it was misspelled ?
- 3/5
The room was very comfortable and most of the staff was very courteous. I wish the hot water was more hot and they were more generous with the towels.
- 4/5
The lady that checked us in/out was really nice. Pool was good, wasn’t expecting it to be heated so that nice! Wish the hot tub was hotter though. Other than the other guest next to us with their kid running around all night/screaming all night it was a good stay!
- 1/5
The motel was seriously ran down and very old. Every single piece of furniture was stained and dirty. The elevator was scary. Very untrustworthy. Room smelled of smoke. Carpet was dingy and dirty. Never removed shoes. Toliet ran non stop. The room was dark. Poorly lit. Broken furniture. Non working lamps. Bug in shower tub. There was a bug on the bed. Pics and videos.
- 2/5
Room was neglected, trash not taken daily, seen a mouse in the room. Cleaning staff replaced towels with one towel and 0 wash cloths.
- 3/5
rooms need to be updated. electric outlets loose, plug ins not secure. staff is great! just wish they would keep the rooms up enjoy staying here, as this was not my 1st time there. was 2 years ago stayed here was fine, but could tell hadnt done anything, as rooms starting to go down.

My only issue is having a room that has a door even though locked, its just ackward having a passage way to a complete strangers room sleeping next to you through that door!
- 1/5
The sheets were not changed i saw hair when i pulled the sheets and crocroach in my room. The room was not cleaned dusty table. Staff was really nice. Management please from the front door of the hotel it needs painting infact a little brush up for the place to not look really broke and run down would be nice. - 2/5
The room and most of the hotel smelled like weed. The bathroom was very small and not very clean. The a/c didn’t cool the room very well; It pretty much stayed warm. The front desk staff was nice. We won’t be staying at this property again.
- 1/5
Room was smelly, dirty, front door had a huge gap and you could clearly see out to the hall way and found roaches in the bathroom and sink area’s
