Days Inn by Wyndham Burleson Ft. Worth

Pool was great washer and dryer worked well and it was cheap but the owner of the property came screaming and yelling at my door because I had my dirty bedding outside of my hotel door all I wanted was clean sheets to get into our hotel and there's literally looks like somebody got murdered in there I had to clean blood sweat it all off of the wall the bathroom had terrible black mold growing all underneath the sink owner tried to kick me out of the hotel all cuz I wanted clean sheets then cleaning lady trying to come my room telling me she's going to check our room. Worst hotel ever and their breakfast is trash literally they're orange juice had mold in it their coffee was stale and stagnant and there was no breakfast

The room looked clean but after walking on the floor my socks looked like I walked outside in them for a week it was filthy. The bedding was all white, had some stains on the sheets and the comforter (hope it was clean) the pillows were badly stained under the cases. There was a ridiculous amount of mold on the restroom ceiling an walls, the showers tub made the worst sounds as if you were going to fall thru the floor. The exhaust vent in the restroom didn't work and it was hot as hell when you shower. The AC rattled so bad cause the face plate was loose. Plus side I guess you could say you get what you pay for and house keeping did come every day. Before bringing in my belongings I searched for bed bugs and.. No bed bugs what so ever btw that was in room 205 can't speak on the other rooms.. Last thing the pictures do not look like the actual place when you're in person. Last but not least whoever cleaned the room last left a pile of dirt behind the door and it stayed there the entire visit.

Very disappointed, beds were okay, bathroom was worn out and badly needed an update. This is after their big sign out front says " Newly Renovated ". Not sure what exactly what was Renovated, but it seems didn't seem this property was. Online it also says "Full Breakfast", what are joke. Breakfast was some Hostess Danish, some type of Muffins, Quaker Granola Bars, Bananas and some Cereal. The Coffee was horrible and the Orange/Apple juices were watered down. If none of this matters to you then stay, but I would and will looked gor a different place to stay if I am ever in Burleson again.

Clean rooms everything was good except for I ask for a bottom floor was told there was none than an hour later a friend of mine checked in and they gave him a bottom floor

I Loved the pool! House keeping was so sweet. The manager found my car keys on the parking lot!! We were there 5 nights and Loved every minute of it!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The room was terrible. Blood stains on sheets. Doesn’t look look like they actually clean it. There was a bloody bandaid in the bed. The blanket on top had stains. The actual bed had stains of blood, the sheet stained blood, the sheet over the sheet had blood, every layer. The shower and tub barely worked. The front door looked like someone been beating on it, and it was hard to open. Will never stay again. Really seems like all the middle eastern owners don’t care, nor the cleaning staff. Literally every single thing. I couldn’t wait to get out of there

A/C was not getting the room cold at all

Nothing Staff Room was dirty People were loud upstairs till 4 in the morning. Front desk didn’t give information on check out time, or what time breakfast was at. Didn’t provide us with internet password. He didn’t give no information. Just took my money for the reservation and gave me the key and didn’t even tell me where the room was or where I could park.

Never will stay in another Days Inn. First Room Was Not Very Clean. Had A Bad Smell Had To Clean Up Myself to feel better. Was charged by the day for having my dog not a set fee. Breakfast was very limited. Air Conditioning was not working properly was finally moved on my last night. Please do not stay here if you have to. Great location and lights at night on the property had to end with something positive....

It was located in a good spot had a restaurant beside it. The room door has a crack on the side bugs were coming in and I seen roaches spider and flies in the room 108. The property didn’t have much parking.

Not sure why this is even offered on Expedia as it was so poor quality. Just glad we didn’t get bugs or something. We made sure to grab a few pictures. Avoid this property!

I usually read reviews and if it says bedbugs I leave I didn’t even get a chance to even get bitten by none. There are different kinds of insects right on the floor. The sofa chair looks like it’s been chewed on by a dozen pack wolves and the door in the bathroom, somebody had wiped two boogers on the door. This is in room 118 the roof about the cave in. I didn’t even unpack grab my belongings with my family and left. This was me trying to be cheap never again learned lesson.

There’s no way I was eating anything from there and the location was ok. The front desk person wasn’t the nicest and the flooring was broke up and not level in the least. Pretty much everything from check in, to not having any cameras in the parking lot, plus the whole place needs renovating.

This place was nasty dirty. Bed sheets were disgusting. I would it recommend this place to anyone.

Where do I start... We toured 3 different rooms, and all were disgusting. One room had a full bathtub of dirty water!!!! There is severe mold in the bathrooms, hair all over, and rooms were NOT cleaned. All bedding was stained, holy, and dirty. After discussing with housekeeping and manager, we got attitude and were given "clean" bedding. We had to give them back said bedding multiple times until we got some bedding that was semi clean/not stained, and floors were not cleaned. The rooms were all musty and mildew, smelling, not to mention the smoke detector wasn't even used! It was covered in a plastic bag!!!! No, the room wasn't freshly painted.

Dead roaches in the room, key did not work and getting to the night window in the dark caused me to fall when planter blocked the walking path and markings from walkway to driveway were non-existent. Dangerous, saw some scraps of warning tape that were there before but not on my visit.

Was honestly very surprised with how nice this place was! Even has a beautifully fenced in area surrounded by the hotel with a pool (another fence) so its safe for kids & dogs to play! Highly recommend!!

Second floor room and no elevator. Neither was there notice on the Booking site stating there was no elevator. 3 standard pillows on a king bed. No extras available.

Large Beatles in my room. One bed had filthy bedding. After I showered the floor was so dirty, my feet were brown with dirt. Back door poorly repaired; looked like someone had kicked it in. Bathroom had mold on baseboards. I have photos of all this and will not stay at Days Inn again.

Large clean rooms, but I reserved a single king bed and got a double queen

The room didn’t look like the pictures online . The breakfast was ridiculous but thankful for the food and they didn’t have toothpaste or toothbrushes, that was different for me.

Good location, nice walking trail avaliable, left hangars behind, none in unit, none provided. Large room, found 2 dead roaches under bed platform and large live one in bathroom, stepped in the dark.

The. building was in need of repairs, repainted. Having the name "by Wyndam" I expected a better care of the building & grounds.

Did NOT STAY A SECOND NIGHT. One night was bad enough. Moved in to next destination. Forgot to take pictures of bugs and dirt of place.

The lady working day shift was friendly and helpful. The night shift male worker didn't acknowledge us. The room was clean and the cleaning crew were very friendly.

1st room needed cleaning. Blow dryer dusty. Bugs on the floor. Some one knocked in the middle of the night. 2nd room had mold in restroom or dirty. Decided to go to Oklahoma instead of one more night. Night staff didn't know the breakfast hours too.

The Ice machine was not working. The chairs were NOT comfortable. The bed had a worn out on one side. Noise outside room was too loud inside. Only a snack, don’t consider that breakfast.

Room was not even swept and it didn’t seem like the bedding was changed at all since we found dried cheese inside the layers of linen. Should also start bleaching linen cause of the multiple blood stains

Breakfast was anything really to choice

The room overall looked neglected and did not appear to have been cleaned between guests. To make matters worse, we saw cockroaches in the room, including a dead one in the bathtub. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. We contacted the front desk to request fresh linens due to the dirty bedding. We were told we would have to wait about an hour, which was already inconvenient. Shortly after, the staff member hung up on us, and no one ever came to replace the linens. There was no follow-up or attempt to resolve the issue. This experience was very disappointing and far below basic hotel standards. Cleanliness and customer service were both severely lacking. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

All of it was bad the room didn’t have TV so I called the front she said there was nothing that could be done so I hung up said I’ll give her some time to figure it out called back changed rooms then no ashtray in new room called said there was nothing she could do for me it was just a terrible experience.

Aside from the bugs and the awful shower, staff was nice and room was clean.

There was a dark spot on the duvet cover and on the bottom sheet that looks like the sheets had not been changed and we’re dirty one morning. I went down to breakfast and the milk in the carton with sour the orange juice and the orange juice dispenser was bad and tasted bad was discoloured. There’s no one at the service desk to help and you have to ring a bell. The room smelled mouldy.

Room very spacious and clean. Person who checked me in was very nice and quick.

Waited almost 25 minutes to get checked in because nobody was in the lobby. The room was stinky smell like cigarettes and housekeeping. Tried to come in both doors at 10:00 a.m. when check-in was at 11:00 without knocking just opening the doors.

Air conditioning worked well, was very quiet. Wi-fi was horrible. Couldn't get it to work most of the time, even with staff help. Blamed our computers! Breakfasts were minimal, sometimes less! Location was good, cleaning staff were good. Hot water was abundant. Probably won't stay there again, compared to other places we've stayed in Burleson.

I have recently sprained my ankle, and the gentleman's on duty at the desk was able to arrange a ground floor room for me. To say that I’m grateful is an understatement.

A/C works great, bed comfy but room smells like mold. It was recently renovated but it is old and needs touching up. Thankfully it has vinyl floors, no carpeting.

I didn't like the customer service they're rude and disrespectful, it was no breakfast but says they have it any time I would go all of a sudden they just stop serving an hr ago, the rooms were dirty with bugs almost everywhere, the shower faucet was leaking the whole time no clean towels, red liquid stains on the beds box spring door bar was loose and could tell someone broke in they just used screws to try to cover it up I would never recommend this place now I don't think I would go to any days inn locations in the future

Upon arrival I knew I wasn’t staying there. It’s old, however the gentleman behind the counter told me the rooms have been renovated. I felt unsafe and asked for a cancellation, but it was not granted. I left and went to another hotel.

Well first of all, they immediately had to switch our room. And when the guy brought us new keys, he tried to barge in while my daughter was literally naked but we had the privacy thing engage so he couldn’t open the door all the way. He tried to barge in again the next day to ask if we wanted to stay another night!! Where’s the privacy?! Also, my kids and swam in the pool and they tracked water thru the room, wiped it up with towels and the floors were DISGUSTING! My kids feet got gross within 10 mins of being barefoot! AND TO TOP IT OFF, there was a joint on the top of the bathroom door frame even tho it was supposed to be non smoking! I have pictures of this and I’m not happy and not coming back. Only good thing about this place was the pool. Highly upset.

The a/c in 1st room didn’t cool and lady told me to put it on not auto and lower to 60. Still not cool and sounded like it was leaking water. 2nd room it was a bit fresher/cooler but still should be colder and I couldnt lower this ac lower than 67. There is no attendant in the office but guess they live there. It’s outdated and each room the sheets had stains! Still price could still be lower then what it was for what you are getting there trying to save a bit.

Issues with pool time pool hours posted in room state it is open till 9pm went to swim at 7:45pm and the pool was locked went and asked and the guy said hours have changed it closes at 8pm not 9 and its 7:45 so thats close enough but it was not posted anywhere that it closes at 8 just very unprofessional.

I left a great review on last visit..this time my room was not very clean, floor was dirty, covers stained on both beds..had 2 towels.. there were 4 of us and 4 were included in reservation...requested more towels, they said they didn't have any. Also your expected to use your shower towel for the pool which has no hours posted, so whenever they say get out you gotta get out..lady said pools closed and to get out quick just do she could lock it, one night pool closed at 11, next day it wasn't even 9 yet. We travel frequently but this is a place we will not stay at again.

It was average. I thought the staff was fine. The cost was high for what it was. The breakfast was below average.

Spent two nights and was very happy

The breakfast was laughable. There were literally 6 pre-packed danishes. 10 small packaged muffins. A handful of granola bars and 2 types of cereal. I saw a toaster but no bread or bagels

Pool was perfect for our toddler! Just wish was opened longer. Gentleman at front desk was straight to the point and dedicated. Weird neighbors walking from three different rooms, smoking weed and talking at 7:30am.

The clerk at PM Check in said they had breakfast till 9:30 everyday. On Friday it was open till 9:45. But on Saturday it was closed by 9:00 am. When I arrived at 9:10 am on Saturday the clerk said it was till 9 am. But he was kind enough to get me a banana and a Danish for me. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

It was a nice stay, but the last time I stayed at this hotel, the bathroom walls were in a much better condition than this room. Even though it has a sign saying "totally renovated", seems like they hadn't gotten to the room I was in. The breakfast options were ok. Adding an unsweetened protein option would make it better.

Manager was very accommodating to a booking mistake I made.

The room was very clean and much bigger than we expected. It had a front and back door. The pool was clean but not open for some reason. The only complaint I have is that the hotel cancelled my reservation at 9:30 (I had called to let them know it would be late) and then tried to give me the room for 102 when it was reserved for $64/nite. So I came onto hotels and booked it and got it at the original $64/nite.

The ac was leaking water and the unit wasn't blowing cold air. Then the breakfast was just terrible it was just cheapest orange juice you can get at the dollar store and add water to it is what was served with little danishes 😆 just terrible I wouldn't recommend anyone to it.
