Elevator not working Tedious check in

The bed was ok but the bathroom looked like it had been cheaply made over. (They did apparently have some renovation happening because the elevator door looked messed up and it did not work the second morning.). The access panel for the plumbing fell off the wall on the second morning because people were slamming doors up and down the hall. Overall, not a good experience and we will stay elsewhere when we visit our daughter.

Overall our stay was ok. Staff is very nice and friendly, ac working and room was clean. 4/5 stars, because the whole hotel had old/ humidity/ smoky smell everywhere (probably in the carpets) and looked ran down. Inside the room was ok and clean overall. Also breakfast was almost gone when we came (around 8:30am) the eggs and sausages were gone. Everything else was good: the location and the price very nice! Thank you.

Staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was typical, not exceptional. It was far better than I expected based on the low rates. I would stay there again.

Clean spacious room with tasty breakfast and strong coffee to boot!

The breakfast was very mediocre. I was disappointed that the pool was out of order & dirty. However, the overall stay was wonderful. We felt at home.

The amazingly helpful staff is the reason this rating is so high. They were all very nice and went above and beyond to assist with my needs and any requests I had. We stayed almost a week. Also, the room rate is very inexpensive and affordable. I will note that it is under renovation, but it definitely needs some work in the maintenance department. Specifically, the elevator is terrifying. Twice it loudly lurched and jerked for multiple seconds when coming to a stop - mostly I took the stairs because of that reason. However, the bed sheets were spotless. No pests in the room. The maids were very nice. The continental breakfast was decent and hot. There was juice and coffee available and it was stocked daily. Management at this place tries very hard to make guests stay happy.

Not a big breakfast.

There was no tissue in the restroom, no hair dryer, no coffee pot in room. Nightstand was still dirty and had sticky soda or something on it. Room got a little warm at night even with AC on 66. It just wasn’t what I expected.

We had issues with our room the first night due to noise. The front clerk took care of it immediately and moved us to another room without hesitation.

We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. His goal was to get us a room we liked. Everything was very clean and you can see they are making upgrades. The location is great, near restaurants, Costco and HEB. The beds were very comfortable! The environment is quiet, but a lot of light at night from outside. They could use nicer toilet paper. The included breakfast could be improved. More waffle makers and add yogurt. Otherwise a great stop when traveling.

Staff was very friendly, ever time we came in and out Busy intersection near the entrance of the hotel.

The clerk was very friendly We where rushed out of the pool area and there were other people in the area but didn't get pushed out Also there was schedule maintenance to the elevator but was not informed no note on the elevator or anything waited 15 minutes because we did notice that it was running slow the night before

Breakfast could have had more of a variety.

Property has been under renovation for at least a year. They have eliminated simple things like facial tissue in the room, the do not disturb sign you hang on the door. The electrical plugs in the bathroom did not work. Two of the lights in the room were missing bulbs. I have been in worse hotels but for the $100+ a night it fell short.

All the amenities were "out of order" including pool, laundry, fitness room. The elevator was a mess with paper peeling off the walls and sounded like a roller coaster going down. The front door was taken apart at the top and one door didn't work. Christmas decor still up (it's May). Shower wouldn't drain and had sludge coming up. Room smelled like mildew and allergies flared up big time in there. Would NOT recommend. I have major sanitation and safety concerns and this place should be closed until repairs are done.

We had a horrible experience due to overcharged and they would not correct it. Therefore we left and are waiting on the refund.

Large comfortable bed 1. Pool with nasty green water 2. Plumbing cover fell off wall and unable to replace 3. Elevator wallpaper peeling off walls 4. Cold drink machine not working, had to purchase drinks at desk for double price stated on drink machine 5. Front desk only wanted to supply 2 clean towels for 4 people and argued when requested 4 towels 6. Room was not freshened up during the day. 7. Breakfast was horrible, especially the coffee. 8. Ceiling insulation fell into tub during shower 9. No offer was made to compensate for inconveniences at checkout; i.e. rudeness of office person when requested towels, ceiling falling during shower, etc.

It was very nice. The elevator needs upgrade and the swimming pool was out of order. Every else was very nice. The guy at the front,very helpful.

We atrived late at night but we're not told the pool was out if order, which was a primary reason for booking your hotel. Upon entering the room it was overwhelming stench of urine. The hathroom had stains on the wall in a splatter, rust up yhe wall. We qerw given 2 towels. Housekeeping did NOT clean our room our entire 4 day. The back entrance to hotel disnt lock or close. Front door entrance was broken and propped open for our entire stay. Elevator was disgusting. Pool was GREEN! We tried asking to leave and for a refund of remaining days and told no. You overcharged us and the room and property were a new level of utterly disgusting! We will be sure to let all frienda anf family know how horrible this hotel is.

The property needs a lot of work. The elevator was a mess and old. The room was pretty clean but old. The hairdryer was difficult to manage. It was hung on the wall and a very tight cord. It said that breakfast was included but there wasn’t anything out at 9:15am. The TV didn’t have any streaming service to get decent movies. The coffee was not good. I guess if you need a bed and shower it’s just ok.

The guy at check-in was nice but that's about it. The ice machine also worked so that was about the best thing about the entire hotel. The elevator was in horrible shape, was worried it would fail any time. The bathtub was very dirty like someone rubbed their ass across the bottom. There was NO breakfast at all. There was a coffee machine and that's it, not even a way to get water.

Very good value. Easy to get to. Room was clean and filled with every amenity needed. Staff was quick, capable, effrective. Nothing.....all was good.

The location was good and the room was spacious for someone with a disability. The room was spacious but there was no where to sit for someone in a wheelchair. No sofa or couch. The room we got was supposed to have seating but there was only a desk and chair. The room we had was close to a backdoor by the parking lot where people were partying loud and we couldn't sleep people were coming in and out constantly throughout the night slamming the door. It was miserable. Room 110

Beds were comfortable There was human hair all over the bathroom. Tried to get someone to cone clean, but, there was NO FRONT DESK STAFF! Coffee was awful, no sugar and no cream in sight. I stayed for 4 nights and there was no housekeeping done! No fresh towels either. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone ever. If you was clean towels to shower with or a clean place to stay. If you want to talk to someone at the front desk............... This hotel is NOT for you!

Clean room. Elevator was being updated so looked a bit untidy but still worked. Breakfast was limited. Supposed to go until 9 we arrived at 830 with no eggs left a few sausage patties and waffle mix
