Clean and good value. Breakfast is not so good. Skip the eggs and just do bagels and muffins or something like that. Just a basic continental would have been fine.

Staff was very nice, all smiles. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very “lacking” both days we were there. But we’d stay again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, nothing that stands out. Snacks and water is available for purchase at the front desk. Amenities are available upon request, like an iron. The room with 2 beds that we stayed in had no closets, just hooks for hanging.

TV remote was hard to use.

This hotel was awful. Aside from the amazing front desk staff, there is not much redeemable about this stay. Our room was dirty, Sheetrock had holes in it, the texture all around the shower was peeling off and the bathroom had bugs. It’s also right next to a dance hall and folks were reviving their engines until after 2:00 am. There were also some workers at the end of our hall that were yelling curse words at each other early Sunday morning!! The beds are also VERY hard. Just a mattress on a frame. No box springs. The “comforter” was the thickness of a table cloth!! I would have given this hotel 0 or 1 stars had it not been for the very helpful and friendly man at the desk at night and the woman in the mornings.

The breakfast area is also poorly attended. By the time guests arrive, many of the food items are already gone, and they are not replenished with fresh food. This is especially disappointing because I have been staying at this hotel since 2012. Unfortunately, the level of customer service has declined dramatically over the years and, in my opinion, is now below 5% of what it used to be. It is a real shame to see such a significant decline in the quality of service at a hotel I have supported for so many years.

The staff was excellent, and I have stayed at Microtels before, but unfortunately I will not stay at this property again. We walked into the lobby and the smell was awful. We were on the 3rd floor, the hallway was so hot. The room was ok but someone was smoking because the smell kept coming in the room. We were supposed to stay 3 days but left we ended up leaving early.

I called the front desk and asked if we could get more towels and he told me that they were actively washing them. I took a shower and my nine year-old used a small hand towel that they had. Called at 7 AM and they told me they still didn’t have any until housekeeping got there. I was given more hand towels.

We brought it up to the front desk, but there were no other rooms available. The front desk said many rooms there had the chain broken off. We left that night and did not stay and were told there was no manager on site to help us resolve the issue. We were told we could contact the manager about a refund, but after multiple attempts we were never able to reach one and have still never received a refund.

The front staff was very friendly and helpful But unfortunately the hotel has no good breakfast at time , cockroaches, pool was dirty , it was not the best . Good a just a night sleep because beds were soft and comfortable sheets where clean too . Wouldn’t stay there again .

Room was mostly clean but there was need of a deep cleaning. There were only 2 bath towels and we booked a room for 3. When we checked in we were told breakfast would be until 9 but when we got there it was 8:30 and there was no more hot breakfast and they wouldn’t put anymore out. They said that hot breakfast ends at 8:30. The signage says breakfast until 9 so there is no reason to believe there wouldn’t be hot food. Ice machines weren’t working in the main floor. Check in was easy and there were luggage carts available.

This stay was so relaxing and chill, everything was perfect. I’ve been to much more expensive hotels and this one was honestly one of the best. Just because of the environment! And the amazing worker at the front desk. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back to Buda again:)

Overall the place was nice. The staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive. The only problem for me was that I did not know that the rooms did not have a closet to hang clothes nor a dresser. I guess I just assumed that it was standard in all hotels/ inns. The area was convenient and quiet.

Few cracks in the window, cracks in a couple electronic panels. Super helpful and friendly staff, and otherwise very clean.

When we first arrived the employees were very nice and was a good start. Then we walked down to our room and the haul smelled pretty bad and was very hot. Then we went in our room and it smelled like cigarettes. I believe that is from the smoke coming from the halls going underneath the door. People would smoke right outside the doors on both sides. Plus the pool was very very dirty. My son went out there to swim the first day and it was so disgusting.

Staff was amazing! We had issues with first room, and we spoke to staff and he loved us to a different room. Very friendly and helpful.

Very reasonable price wise and quality wise. I felt safe. Parking was ample and staff was nice. The hallways were hit but the rooms were nice and cool.

This is how I perceived about the hotel while staying a night. The hotel had little intention to satisfy its guests, but cared about the cost cuts. Here are some of memorable moments: 1. I Booked for 2 beds, but got only 1 bed with sofa bed. No other room was available. (I paid in advance.) I was pointed to a fine print stating, "You may not get what you want" in my itinerary. 2. I witnessed double booking. I saw two guests came at the front saying "They came to my room saying this is theirs." 3. The room was hot at 81°F and humid upon arrival. I talked another guest that some room was hotter than mine. No AC was on for arriving guests. The temperature had stayed at 76 ~77 °F for hours until we slept. 4. The lights were too bright. Anything (including AC control panel) were so bright that one can shine the entire room at night. 5. Bathroom, mirror, and bed fixed or set that a light in the bathroom sines faces of people sleeping. 6. Shower head was so high and jet was set that water just blast your head or face. 7. Shower glass door has gap and the jet water is aiming the gap. 8. Bring own shampoos. The hotel's small bottles shampoo made the hair frizzy. 9. I found a baby roach in the shower room. 10. Breakfast juices were diluted. 11. While we were getting ready for check out, a service person opened the door (by mistake) for cleaning. Well, it was before 9 am.

The best thing about our stay was the staff. They were friendly and made good recommendations for restaurants. They were also very helpful for other issues. The hotel itself was very dirty. One of our rooms smelled like food. There were several places in the room that needed to be thoroughly cleaned and repaired. There was evidence that some repairs were attempted but done so in a way that was done hastily and improperly. The whole room smelled like mildew. The pool had algae so we advised the younger members of our group not to swim in it. The gym and the breakfast area were also lacking in quality and variety.

Breakfast was OK and parking was great plus property in perfect location.

The av seemed to be out in the actual hotel, the room was fine. Rooms were smaller than the average hotel room. Pool light was hanging out of the pool. And the room smelt like smoke even though it wasn’t a smoking room

Excessive loitering in the parking lot after hours. Cops were banging on the door next to us at 1am. Breakfast was basically non existent due to overcrowding. We left and ate at a restaurant near the hotel. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The showers definitely need to be updated but otherwise the room was clean and spacious. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel lobby and grounds were great and location was perfect.

The ac worked. The bathroom/shower didn’t seem to be cleaned prior to my arrival. Breakfast was available. It wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worse. The price was worth the stay.

The property itself feels old and outdated despite attempts to modernize it. There were stains on the bed cover and the carpeted floor. Sloppy paint job and bubbling wood. That being said, it was as clean as you can get for the age, staff was friendly, and beds are comfortable. Overall okay budget hotel.

I did time that they started banging in my door around 8:30 to remove the AC

Room was nice, overnight staff great. Breakfast was awful. Waffle batter was watery thin, scrambled eggs were watery (i.e. sitting in water), coffee creamer was only one flavor, hazelnut. Morning staff person could not cared less.

Yes the room was clean and the staff was helpful. The tub shower felt a defect under my feet. It may need to replace the tub area underneath. It felt unstable. Room 216.
