The elevator is a little scary, but everything else was great.

They have fleas or bedbags. My son got a lot of bites they bring dogs 🐕 to sleep on the bed I'm not to happy with that

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. They had the best waffle that I have had in my life. The rest of the breakfast was great as well. I would like to see extended hours on the swimming pool. Other than that everything was Top notch. We would definitely stay again.

Property had “old” smell. Bathroom fixtures, ref, microwave, and even the phone needing update. Staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. It was ok for the price.

I would not stay here again. The room smelled strongly of mildew and mold from the moment we walked in, and the odor was overwhelming throughout our stay. The air conditioner barely worked, the TV didn't work, and there were holes in the wall around the A/C unit. The room felt poorly maintained, and the mildew smell made it very uncomfortable. I expected much better for the price and was very disappointed.

The only thing I liked was the leaving part The breakfast was either burnt or dried out from cooking it to long. The housekeeper walked into my room without announcing herself after I told her I didn't need room service.

Some things in the room could use a little TLC - the shower needs some maintenance, and the A/C unit has a slight smell to it (or perhaps it was the room overall). Fitness gym isn't well maintained either, as the cable machine could definitely use some new cables. Although there were lots of cable TV channels, it would be nice to have an actual channel guide.

We had 3 grand children with us and the hotel provided a safe and relaxed atmosphere.

1st night, We arrived pretty late straight to bed but noticed the strong smell of water damage might had even felt the carpet wet. Next day spoke with the front desk which they kindly accommodated us in a different room but was told the water smell came because I was across the pool. Rooms were super clean but elevator could be cleaner.

The location to the San Marcos River and the Germania Insurance Amphitheater was perfect for our trip. The location was also perfect for good eats and a nice dance hall. No complaints.

Elevator was broken. Staff was short and the vibe was they had batter things to do with their time. Gym had literally one old, loud treadmill and a cheap cable machine, and the room itself was weirdly humid. Hot water was limited in the shower, too.

Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.

The door was broken and we were locked inside the room and couldn’t get out. The tv was broken. It was not a great experience. They were accomodating to move to a new room.

Problems with the card key, no ice on the fourth floor had to go down to the first floor, and it was very difficult to find.

Staff was not the most caring. Hospitality needs to improve. Breakfast, coffee was watered down . Eggs were like plastic. Key card stopped working but staff couldn’t fix it. Three attempts and still couldn’t fix it. Mattresses were lumpy.

I cannot recommend this hotel! There are no mattress covers, housekeeping never came to our room, so we had to chase folks down for towels. I called before I booked to ensure the pool/hot tub was functioning, as the hot tub was the reason I chose this hotel, I was assured they were "good to go" the day before...NOPE! The hot tub was broken! The elevator was also broken. I had to get new keys for our room 6, YES! 6 times, as they stopped working constantly. I was told that this was a common issue. We found a huge roach in our room. We were informed it was a water roach. I found 1 in the swimming pool area that lay dead on the floor the entire stay, it was never cleaned up! No apology, nothing, just ya, our pest man says we just have to deal with them!" Everywhere you looked, there were scuffs, ripped carpet, and just an overall poor-looking hotel. The staff did not smile, hardly speak, or offer any understanding regarding the hot tub, the bugs, our keys... nothing. We have stayed at numerous Comfort Inns, but this stay will make us second-guess our next stay..

I would not recommend this hotel. The room was old and dingy. Had a running toilet and leaking shower even though I selected a more expensive room, I was given a cheaper room. The room connected to another room and the other guest tried to enter our room in the middle of the night, they also seemed to be having an all night party. Walls are thin we could hear not only the loud TV but also all the yelling. Continental breakfast was out of waffle mix , I was told they changed companies therefore no mix was available. I will not stay here again.

Everything was fine other then they allowed from the bottom floor by elevators very loud pounding music that went on from atleast 5p to 10p. Had a bad miagraine so that was really annoying being able to hear it in wall loudly for hours on the 3rd floor.

Wonderful people and very peaceful

Eventually, staff managed to unlock the door, propped it open, and left the room unattended with all her belongings inside while they came to find us. This was a serious security concern. The next morning made things worse - my mither was locked inside her room and unable to get out because the latch was getting stuck on the door. She had to finagle the lock while i pushed from the outside to resolve the issue. The door looked like somebody had tried to open it with a crowbar in the past. The entire situation was stressful, unsafe, and handled with veryblittle urgency or care. Issues with room access, especially when medications are involved, should be treated as emergencies. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far short in basic service, safety, and professionalism.

The keycards didn’t work when I checked in even after going to the room twice. Maintenance finally let me in the room and said they were replacing the batteries. I showered quickly and left for an all day event. When I returned around 9:00 the key still didn’t work. Thank goodness my daughter and family were in the same hotel. I stayed in their room for several hours until my room was opened. I stayed in the room but there still wasn’t a working lock. My first visit to a hotel by myself as a 63 year old it was horrible. I should’ve known since the door jamb and door were both messed up where someone had tried to break in before.

Room was directly across from the ice machine and it was LOUD. No fresh towels but a lecture why not. The room was worn and old. Crappy tv selection process with remote.

The room was clean and well equipped. Lighting was more than adequate and the climate control worked perfectly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. Great breakfast variety and good quality, with food continually replenished by the staff. I'd suggest adding some bottled water, as I had to ask for it. The card system could use some attention. Of the two cards I was issued, only one worked. And it is not particularly intuitive which way the card should be inserted. This has been my first experience with a hotel in many years and overall, I feel like it was a very good one!

Parking was good plenty of open parking and easy access. Staff were all super friendly and nice.

The place was nice but the room was very dirty and there were hairs on bedspread. We arrived late so we made peace with it but they later charged me extra for a towel that supposedly was way too dirty. The towel got dirty with their floor. That’s where we placed it. At the entrance of the bathroom. Just a shame.

Breakfast was lacking variety and fresh refills of items. Staff was helpful, but they were understaffed. Room was clean, but the exhaust fan didn't work in the restroom. Also didn't appreciate being given half pillows. Weird and unsatisfying. Air conditioner was sufficient but underwhelming on power/ volume.

Understaffed: there is a bar in the lobby that would've been great, except that there was no bartender. The front desk employee was also the"bartender", and also the maintenance staff. Woefully understaffed. Overall, the room was clean, and the front desk clerk was helpful, but could've used some help. She did a great job filling multiple roles, but the hotel is definitely sacrificing service for staffing dollars. If stay again, but would hope the staffing shortage and non- working bathroom exhaust fan was functional.

This hotel was booked last minute and we couldn't have been happier with this hotel. The rooms were large and clean and the beds were amazing. Great stay.

This is my 4 visit to this hotel . Every visit the restrooms get worse and worse. This time the toilet kept clogging and the sink was a slow drain. Sorry but not returning.

I was sooooo disappointed in the quality of bedding provided. Basically were given just a SHEET to sleep with. It was horrible, uncomfortable. Definitely not the plush night’s stay I was expecting. The room was otherwise spacious and the amenities were good. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazingly friendly!!! Don’t cheap out on us!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we appreciated the happy hour offered at the hotel bar. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel’s location in South Austin was convenient and made it easy to get around. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Austin!

I have been following up with the hotel for past 2 weeks. I don’t see any action from the hotel to refund my money. I have to loose my hard earned money because of some careless people at front desk . Never recommend this hotel to anyone. People please stay away from this property. Horrible customer service.

The beds are great, clean and comfortable.

We started for a quick night on the road. We got in exhausted and the girl at check in made everything easy

That said, the room itself exceeded expectations — it was spacious, very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a good variety and great service from the staff. Overall, while the accommodations and morning service were impressive, the poor first impression at check-in did detract from the experience.

The staff & everybody was great, rooms were very clean, & the look was everything it showed online. Our biggest & really only complaint was the rooms were so humid & had a musty/wet feel about it. We changed rooms the first night because our first room had a mildew-y type smell & even the carpet felt damp. The second room was a little better but the room still smelled a little & still felt pretty humid. I'm not sure if it was an issue within the building or if it's something to do with the humidity outside

So the size of the suite was nice. But we had a cockroach and got moved. The second rooms toilet was slow and eventually stopped working. It was late evening and there were no maintenance people onsite. They offered a plunger, but couldn't find one. We checked out before it was fixed. Im waiting for a response from a manager.

Our check in process was awful. Both people working the desk were very unhelpful, slow & gave us keys that didn’t work twice. The hotel is old, beat up & gross. I would never suggest for anyone to stay here.
