The room smelled very strong of mexican food.

I have a 5-star rating because, overall, it’s a great place to relax and I got excellent sleep. I do want to point out the following: 1. The carpet needed to be shampooed. The room smelled fresh after service but when we would leave and come back, the room had the smell of dirty socks. 2. The lamps in the room were not very bright. We had to take the shade of of the one on the desk to provide adequate light onto the table so we could see what we were working on. 3. This was a handicap accessible room (as requested). There were plenty of safety bars for both the toilet and the tub. However, there was no shower chair nor a built in seat. How a person in wheel chair would be expected to shower is beyond me. The toilet was not a tall one like expected. I would stay here again!

The ice maker was broke in my room but I was able to get ice for the night on the first floor. It wasn’t as quiet this time around. At 5 am, it sounded like a herd of elephants were released upstairs on the 3rd floor. Besides that, I do like this hotel. It is one of my favorite places to stay.

Hello there, everything and everyone was just amazing.....everything is so darn clean.....like you can ( literally ) ice skate on their floors.....so shiny and clean.....the housekeeping deserves a raise....bo joke....the rooms are so shiny and clean, linens so up to par.....these reviews do not lie ladies and gentlemen.....thank you so much for the hospitality....

Spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff person on evening check-in was very friendly and efficient. As stated online, no breakfast is offered; just coffee and tea.

Enjoyed our stay here. Loved the free laundry and dishwasher. It was conveniently located to grocery stores, food, airport and most of all our daughter the reason for our stay. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were very nice and professional. The room was clean. The elevator wasn’t working but they had called ahead of time to let us know but I couldn’t find another hotel that was the same price or less in the area we wanted to we decided to stay there. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us. Good if you like soft mattress, we prefer something a bit more firm. The hotel was a perfect location for our visit.

Our room was very clean & spacious. I appreciated having a kitchenette attached, as it gave us the flexibility to cook if we wanted to. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect, on the main road of town with a 5 minute drive to surrounding stores & restaurants. Our only issue was the elevator being out of service, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay! We look forward to rebooking in the near future.

Everything went great for our one night stay. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating with a baby crib that I requested. The room was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). The kicthen was perfection (clean and stocked with everything). Bed was comfy with firm and soft pillows. The staff was the star: from the vivacious and informative ‘Vi” on the night shift, to the welcoming and helpful “Cindy” at check out, the cheerful the house keepers, to the sweet young man who mopped the floors each day- they have a culture of excellence and customer service which we experienced with every single associate. We felt welcome and any concern we had was met with genuine sincerity and addressed to our satisfaction. We will be coming back to this facility on our next visit!!!

The entire hotel smelled terrible! The elevator, the hallway the lobby all smelled like sewer & cigarette smoke. Rooms were dirty, beds uncomfortable just overall bad.

Room was very clean. They air them out after each guest - open window and door. Staff was very friendly. Loved the coffee! Fresh ground beans each time. And it’s free. Kitchenette was adequately equipped. Homey feel. Big closet and nice storage areas.

This is where I love to stay when I’m in town for business & where I suggest my family to stay as well when they’re here. It’s affordable but very clean and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the kitchenette that comes with each room is perfect if you’re staying for multiple days & enjoy being able prep & cook your own meals while traveling. I truly enjoy the staff as well (Vee) is wonderful and so very helpful. The sweetest staff ever! If you want an affordable, clean and comfy place to stay with an amazing staff, you should definitely consider staying here during your travels!

Clean room traveling with a pet was eazy

The room was neat but could use deep cleaning. Problem was hotel trying to sneak additional charge to the room even though it was only $2 it makes you wonder how many customers they do it too and how many just ignore and pay it.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was attentive and kind. The little room we had was just perfect for us.

I did not do my research and was not aware that pets were allowed. Smell of the hotel was horrible. From the outside they remodeled it but from the inside is a little beat up. Hotel did not offer breakfast.

The hotel is pleasant enough in all respects. Mainly, for us, it's convenient for our family visits. The only big negative is beyond the control of the staff and current ownership. The original construction was obviously done on the cheap. The walls are paper thin and one or two noisy guests can really detract from the hotel experience.

Small issue, they do not clean you room...I believe it is only 7 days or more. I stayed 5 days and feel the room should be cleaned during that time.

This was one of the most immaculate hotels we have stayed at in a long time. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. The place just looked and smelled so clean. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and it was quiet; we didn't hear any noise coming from anywhere. Which doesn't happen normally when you stay at hotels. We will be back for sure!

Convenient for a family visit. Small maintenance problems are annoying, e.g. missing or broken light bulbs, microwave oven problems.

We had the King Suite with the full kitchen, King Bedroom and pull out couch full bed.So much room for the price we paid as we had three people.Very clean and on the second floor was close to the gym and pool on the first floor.We were 2 miles from my daughter who lives in Buda having a baby shower that weekend.55 inch screen TV in the King bedroom and 40 inch screen in the huge living room area.Loved the convenience to restaurants and grocery stores as it’s centrally located to almost everything.Will be coming here again soon and definitely a 5 star experience.

The heavy perfume smell in the hotel was overpowering. It did cause me some discomfort in breathing and even a slight headache at times.

The property was clean with well-equipped kitchens. The staff was warm and welcoming. The property is a little worn, but still a nice place to stay. I would consider staying again except it is too far from central Austin.

Its in a area off the highway which makes it convenient. There is plenty of hotel, restaurants, gas stations within a couple of miles. The hotel is clean. The hotel staff is nice. They do need more people for housekeeping which will keep you from checking in early. The first guy i spoke to told me the earliest check in is 2:30 which is only 30 minutes earlier from the usual check in time.

Well located by highway though still quiet. Rooms have small cooking kitchenette. Not super clean. Friendly staff.

This hotel served me very well for a quick one night visit. There is no breakfast served or amenities, but each unit has its own kitchenette. Units were clean and spacious and everything was in order. There are coffee and taco places in walking distance, though this is not a very walkable area

I arrived late in the evening and the staff was prompt, kind, courteous and attentive to my needs! I entered my room and it was extremely clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. There was a strange smell when I walked in, but it could have just been the cleaning products they used. I went downstairs to get water, but there was not any sort of filtered water system, you had to buy bottles of water. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but this wasn't a big problem in my opinion. They did have tea and coffee complementary. I slept soundly through the night and the morning staff member was very gracious and courteous as well. They do not serve breakfast, which I already knew when booking, but they do have snacks and frozen mini meals for purchase. I would stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Buda.

No sofa sleeper. Room smelled. Toilet barely flushed. Worst part… the fridge made a banging noise all night when it cycled on. I barely slept. Of course, I was charged for breakfast on top of it. Stayed at this hotel several times. It has gone down hill. I want my money back.

Very nice hotel! Convenient parking everyone is very nice and helpful! Picked this hotel again for another trip to the area. And most of all the absolute best is since extended stay hotel the laundry machines are FREE!

Paper thin walls and curtains that don't close all the way made for a really horrible night's sleep.

The only downfall was the weird smell in the elevator we couldn’t figure out, but the stairs are always an option.

Check in staff was very nice and explained all the amenities available. Asked night staff for makeup remover wipes since I forgot mine and she brought some to my room and included a cleansing face soap… nice touch. Overall a great stay!!

Rooms and exterior/interior spaces were clean

No water for almost 24 hours. (No shower or toilet) No housekeeping unless staying more than 7 days. Room was pretty clean in places, not so in others.
