The first room smelled like mold and musty, the second room had something growing in the windowsill , the 3rd room was ok for the most part. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were ok. Parking was ok. Close the shopping and not to far to Downtown Austin.

The only thing that kept me from giving them a five is that our room was not cleaned while we were out. When we complained, the front desk claimed that we left, the “do not disturb” sign on the door, which we did not.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. It was close to everything we needed to drive to. The staff were nice and helpful. Great place to stay.

Friendly staff. The rooms bathroom smelled like mildew. Loud people above us stomping at lates. Kids in supervised running around from pool area leaving water in lobby and don’t get me started on the condition of the elevators.

The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is awesome. The breakfast has alot of choices, I travel with children and there is always a choice they will eat. Staff was friendly, and nice, check in went smoothe.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was great. They even have a board for people on diet restrictions. Labeling what they have in categories. I was impressed. Parking lot was full and you would never know, based on the quietness. Definitely would stay there again!

Property was clean and well kept. The breakfast was pretty good. The elevators are out of there last serviced/checked date. Both elevators have duct tape holding up the button panel; one of the panels has a “wet floor” sign holding the panel up. The location is very difficult to get to after taking the u-turn lane, took multiple attempts to get to location.

When I first walked into the lobby it smelled amazing and was very clean. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hallway was kind of muggy but it's Texas so I am sure everyone is trying to cut electricity cost. the room was a great size. It did smell funny when you first walk in. It was almost like a moldy smell but I assumed it was from the bathroom being first thing when you walk in. The room was clean, it had a bigger fridge than what we have had in the past. I will say the beds were not very comfortable, we had a king and my daughter slept on the hide a bed sofa. That thing was even worse but she is tiny so she didn't complain too much. Tv offered a lot to watch. Breakfast was good, the attendant stayed on top of cleaning and restocking, though he was a bit rude, in the sense that we were in the way of his job. It was a small area and quite a bit of people so I am sure dealing with that could cause some frustration when working. Food was decent typical of any hotel breakfast.

Mini fridge was not working. Mold on the curtains from the AC unit. Found the top end of an insulin needle in one of the drawers.

When I entered the rule, it’s not musty. I had mold on my picture frames mold on my desk, lamp shade I also had mold in the shower in the bathroom.I got there Sunday. Nobody clean my room until Thursday every day. I will go to complain about it and nobody wants to clean my room talk to the manager and they sent somebody Thursday Friday to clean my room. I checked out on Saturday also I had no water pressure for showers. Manager gave me a $30 discount for the water pressure and apologies for having more and gave me a $50 discount on that so even though the mold is still in the room, they never took out anything or claimed anything and $50 was enough for him to say sorry

It was convenient for my business trip There was no hot water. Had to have several cold showers. Had to have several cold showers when we asked about it they said the hot water had been out several days and there was nothing they could do about it. also, the air conditioning unit in my room are broken.and had to move rooms. Staff were polite. It was not their fault they were just having to deal with the circumstances but the management or ownership could’ve called plumbers out even over a holiday weekend and by this time it was July 7 th so no excuse for cold water. If they knew this before we checked in, maybe they should’ve sent us a message giving us the option to cancel and book elsewhere.

Only good thing about this place was the bed other than that... the little fridge didnt work, Shower didnt work? Hot shower? Good luck! Was an okay experience at least we were able to sleep.

We had issues with the WiFi, it was spotty, and there were issues with the water pressure during this visit. The hotel is very nice, updated and clean. Even with the issues we would likely stay again. Great value.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was large and clean with minor wear. Appreciated the hardwood/vinyl floors and kitchenette with a good sized fridge. Breakfast was quite good with scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, waffles, great yogurt, and juices and coffee. Would stay here again.

Very nice stay. I booked at the last minute, and it worked great with my stay in Buda. Check in was very helpful and had great recommendations for a restaurant nearby. Even had few min for the fitness room and time to enjoy breakfast before checkout

The waffle mix was rotten for two mornings in a row, it was the only complaint my friend had. She did bring it to the attention of the staff.

Room was clean and roomy. However, front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly. Seemed to be preoccupied with personal stuff.

Breakfast was too basic, eggs, potatoes and bacon. No gravy, sausage or patties.

It’s an okay hotel even thou we didn’t get clean service in any of the 3 nights we stayed. Front desk said…cleaning lady had wrote that we had the “no cleaning” sign on but that’s not true. I specifically put the sign away so we didn’t put it on at the door. She (front desk) gave me cleaned towels and trash bags for me to put trash outside the room. 😳 last day we had a roach in our bathroom.

The front desk is very unprofessional. They will not accommodate for an early check in even if you’re willing to pay fees. The bathroom in our hotel had black mold on the wall by the light. We booked a room with a kitchenette and there was a used sponge and dish soap.

Check in and breakfast were amazing! Staff was wonderful only thing it was a bit stuffy in pool area.

Room was clean and standard as expected. No ability on the TV to stream apps from home like Netflix, etc. and no premium channels for what it's worth, but complementary breakfast was exceptional, the entire facility was clean/tidy and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very kind and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. I wish the shower water pressure was better but no big deal. Everything we used in the room worked. Breakfast was nice. It was fresh, nicely labeled, and plenty of choices. They have the Texas waffle irons! :) We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

The bed wouldn't let me sleep; it had a metal-on-metal squeak coming from the box spring. The armchair was just as bad, making noises every time you sat down, and the ironing board was missing its cover.

I was disappointed in the room. The hair dryer case was torn up and it was broken. The ironing board would not stay up to use- had to iron on the bed. There was a stain on the bedspread, shower curtain, and towel. The room was not worth the value I paid!

The accommodation was great, breakfast was fresh and clean at all times, and someone was always available for assistance. The only issues were that the Internet was very slow and the room key was not working properly.

Room and elevators were very hot, drawers had stains and crumbs. Shower curtain STANK. Water pressure;not great. Bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, staff said they would send someone to check it out, they never did. Staff offered to move us to another room (nextdoor) when we went to check it out the conditions of the room were the same. Lastly a light bulb poped and it started to smoke up... Breakfast was alright...

The staff is wonderful, from reception to the breakfast kitchen, so nice, they recognize me, I stay often, the breakfast is very good, lots of variety, quick in and out

Very comfortable bed and the room was extra spacious. One of the cleanest breakfast buffet areas that I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast options were great and the Community Coffee was a nice surprise. 10/10!!!!

We’ve stayed here last year for an event and returned again this year. Hotel was very clean and staff is friendly. There’s plenty of coffee spots steps away from the hotel.

Shaved hair from a previous quest was in soap holder in the shower. I thought i booked a suite but was assigned to a regular room. Anything you can do with this error?

When we got to hotel waiting to check in the lady at the counter had a line waiting for her. She was rushing around trying to get line taken care of but when i got to the counter i told her i had a reservation. She looked up my info got my card for deposit and then gave me my room keys. So i went to my car grabbed all of my things and me and my daughters went up to the room, hands full so we didnt have to make multiple trips. We opened the door to the room we where given and walked in to find people already in the room. Needless to say the people in the room where surprised our key opened the room door. Embarrassed and hands still full of our belongings we went back down to the check in counter and the lady looks at me and says oh i dont know how the room got switched. She told me all that was left was a king bed with pull out couch. I was extremely upset because the double queen room was more expensive and that is what i need for me and my daughters. I had no choice but to take the room as it was already past 10 pm and didnt want to be trying to find another hotel when my daughter had a tournament the next morning. I asked for the refund of the difference of what I paid for the queen room but she told me I had to come back down to request it. When i went back to the counter after taking my things to the room the lady finally apologized and told me that i would receive refund of the difference in 2 days. I would not be surprised if i never receive the refund back.

The room was not clean… dirty floors, stagnant air, and hallways that looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I’m not even sure the hallways had functioning air conditioning. I chose this hotel specifically because it had the highest ratings in the area. After staying here, I find that nearly impossible to believe. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Anywhere.

The bed was super squeaky and uncomfortable. Felt more like a stay at a motel compared to a hotel. I did not eat the breakfast, but plenty of others were taking advantage of it.
