I have never had a budget friendly hotel service members nicer or more helpful. I will be staying here again.

I liked it only thing was the hot tub wasn’t hot and I had to wait for them to turn it on. Needed a fan in the restroom. Room wasn’t cleaned correctly. Soap was left in shower and there was no caffeinated coffee in my room only decaf.

Breakfast suvked

Convenience of location. Price is not bad. Coffee pots in rooms has not worked or parts missing with my last 2 stays. Coffee machine not working down stairs at breakfast. Security door latch broken. Truck drivers using up the parking lot with their truck and trailers. Refrigerator turned off and knob missing to turn on.

They had no coffee for breakfast. Isn’t that something you can run out and get at the last minute if necessary?

Everything was perfect I will defiantly put this on my list to stay again.

Location was good. And the landscaping was nice The bed was tall and a little bit hard to get in and out of

Room was clean, Night staff was.very helpful during check in. Being as close to I 20 I was expecting traffic noise but only heard one tractor trailer putting the hammer down at about 2am. Cracker Barrel is right next door which made dinner easy.

I would like more water pressure in the shower and a handheld showerhead.

Very nice clean rooms and nice staff. Pool could use a little cleaning on tile and hit tub was warm not hot.

Breakfast was good We found bedbugs in the room and the room was very dirty. Obviously had not been cleaned. The staff gave me a new room and promised to not charge us for the room, but they did anyway.

It was close to alot of food choices. And a easy drive to Dickies Arena. And love the breakfast lady.

The manager and staff all go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and to ensure you have what you need. This hotel is not "in the middle of the action" but it's it's close and convenient to shopping and restaurants and the downtown area. It's a quiet location with easy connections to the west side of Fort Worth.

Clean rooms & friendly staff!

Friendly staff The room was clean but dingy, I had to place several sheets on the pull out couch ,in the restroom the soap dispenser on the wall, fell off, the air vent in the restroom was falling off, the refrigerator didn't work, the freezer had mold. I blew dried and straighten my hair and I set off the fire alarm. Had to wait about 15 minutes for manager to come to the room to turn off. We rented at this location because reviews were good a 7.5 but when we got there and it didn't match the reviews, we looked it up on google and it was a 3.5. We would have not stayed there if the reviews were accurate.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice free breakfast. Room was not clean. Found a water bottle behind the curtain and the bathroom door was dirty.

The room was very smelly, there was hair and dirt like it hadn't been cleaned properly, as well as half of a cockroach in the hot tub water. They also charged my card (what I thought was an incidentals charge) for a night's stay (cheaper on site than on Expedia by the way) after I already paid through Expedia. Trying to contact them over this has been a nightmare. They wont call me, nor would they talk to Expedia. It is very frustrating.

Rooms where disgusting and smelled like fish and breakfast was gross

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and hotel left a lot to be desired. The hot tub was not working properly, and the pool appeared to need cleaning. Inside our room, the carpet was heavily stained and looked dirty. The couch was also stained, and there were crumbs left on the floor when we arrived. The bathtub had a grimy feeling when you stepped into it, and even the curtains were stained. While the price was great, I’m not sure the savings were worth how unclean and uncomfortable the stay felt overall. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could be much more enjoyable.

The pool was disgusting, the sheets and towels were dirty (stains/stray hairs), the floors felt so gross, like you would get a fungus walking barefoot, and the breakfast was a sorry excuse for breakfast (styrofoam eggs and microwave sausage).

The staff is very kind and always willing to please the customers.

We checked into our room and there was no one at the front desk to help us. We had to call three times to the hotel. When we got to our room it was filthy. There was hair in the bathroom and the comforter was stained and there was trash and dust on the floors. I do not recommend staying here. It is nothing like pictured!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Linens were nice and spot free. Staff was welcoming and usually said goodbye to us when heading out. The only issue was the wireless internet, it would not work for the smart TV.

Microwave carousel had uncleaned spill from previous guest. Bathroom floor had debris under vanity and in corners. Eileen in breakfast room was very attentive and efficient. Great breakfast. Coffee was great. Staff was responsive to our requests.

Hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to the places we were visiting. Breakfast was good. Room and areas of hotel were always clean. The only thing I had issue with were the height of the beds. Very tall and with me being 5'3" I had a hard time getting on the bed.I had to use the foot stool from the sofa to get up on the bed.

We had a great stay other than the beds, they were really high of the floor, they need to make them more senior friendly!!!! But otherwise a great stay°°

Great stay the staff nice and room is clean

Despite looking clean, the bathroom smelled very strongly of pee. The hair dryer did not work. Roaches/water bugs were found in the bathroom.

The first room smelled like urine so bad that I wouldn't even let my tiny dog walk on the carpet. I threw away the shoes that I used to walk around in that room. It was very rundown, had destruction, stains all over the carpet, filthy everywhere, heat did not work, what looked like blood stains on the wall. Toothpaste splatter all over the bathroom sink and mirror. The linens were cheap and tacky and had hair on them. Was moved to a second room where I was continually locked out because the key cards never worked, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, the drains were all clogged, the TV didn't work, and again the heating and air conditioning didn't work properly. There wasn't enough toilet paper so I tried to stop a cleaning lady walking by my room and she completely ignored me until I yelled asking for toilet paper which she said she didn't have. Could not adjust the speed up or down on the old treadmill and only had one speed to choose. The manager said he was going to give me a discount but he never did. The entire place was run down and very dirty, very poorly managed, need to fire the entire cleaning staff. Comfort Inn should be ashamed for allowing this. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I was afraid to give a bad review because clearly the owners and the staff are shady and they have my personal information like my driver's license and credit card.

Clean room, easy check in, breakfast was decent.

The hotel staff was friendly, however when I checked into my room the cleaning wasn't not efficient. The bed pillow smelted like the covers have not been changed and the the pull out sofa mattress was stained. My kids really enjoyed the indoor as their entertainment and the breakfast was fairly decent. I stayed on the second floor and could hear every bump and noise that was made.

The only problem I had was with the key card and having to keep getting it reprogrammed.

Room was dirty. Tub was slippery because it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Carpet was not vacuumed well and it was stained. Pool/hot tub area was dirty.

Great place to stay!!!

Room keys have to be reissued every single day. I asked why cards were deactivated daily and I didn’t get a clear answer. Additionally, the hot tub isn’t readily available. Guests have to tell the front desk to turn it on to be able to use it. It gets warm after about 45 minutes. I think this is to save on the expense on keeping it heated. But we stayed over the MLL holiday weekend and several guests came in the pool area to check on the hot tub when we were in it. It seems like it was a popular amenity had it been available the whole weekend. We luckily got a lot of time in it because we didn’t mind asking them to turn it on over and over.

The room was clean, breakfast, and personnel was very nice.

Room bed skirting where Nasty …. stains on the bedding and pillow slips… The fitness center door would not open..so was not able to use it.. but, breakfast was good..indoor pool and hot tub was good

We stay in hotels all the time. This property was one of the best we have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The breakfast was really good and fresh every morning. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great stay for the week!!

Super clean, friendly staff. And they have a not bad breakfast spread. My only complaint was I just stayed 1 night lol

The room lock was broken and the front desk said maintenance would fix it which never happened. The walls are paper thin and had to call the front desk at 10pm and again at 1am which didn’t help at all. They didn’t do anything about a bunch of teenage kids basically having a full WWE match on the entire 4th floor including the hallways and stairwells. DO NOT STAY HERE! Spend an extra $20-$50 and get a decent hotel and a good nights rest somewhere else.

Yes dirty dried up insects around the room and had a bad odor we were not very happy with that motel!! We have stayed at the one in Benbrook and are very happy with that one!!!

Hot rib was nice

Coffee, cereal, yogurt were good. Dining room staff was was good.

Carpet is worn and stained. Bathroom door didn’t close. The bed made a noise as if it was about to collapse. The bathroom fixtures all need replacing as they are stained and dated. All doors have chipped paint. There appears to have been no action taken to care for the facilities at all. People who appeared to be homeless wandered through. English seems to be a second language. I’ve traveled in many places around the world and this is not above places in some of the most poor and remote places I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries. In those places, I expected the conditions and was glad to stay there. But I never expected such in this location. I will NEVER stay here again and will be careful to thoroughly check ratings on any potential Comfort Inn locations in the future. This place should be torn down.

Elevator broken 90% of the time there. Toilet clogged staff told me to plunge myself…. Eggs and sausage daily. Staff was friendly reasonably priced.

Although I knew check-in wasn't until 3 pm, I wasn't feeling well and asked if we could check in early. The lady wanted to charge me $30. Which I declined, since my family and I were regulars whenever we were in the area, but I understand they are there to make money, not to foster lifelong relationships.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the Fort Worth area. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It was very quiet. Definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant experience. This has been our 3rd stay at this property and will remain our choice to stay at when in the area. The employees were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to play games in the dining room area, where we spent some much needed time as a family.

Everything was great the only peoblems we had was our card keys were not working properly at all on the side door to come on the building or the room but we might of just had a bad room key. And in my room the dresser drawers would not stay shut

This is not a great place to stay. Bathroom sink was clogged. No housekeeping services on weekends offered. The amenities are definitely sparse and dilapidated. There was a woman screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night. It is not in the greatest location. The circle K across the street attracts questionable characters. Don’t get excited about breakfast being included.

This is our 'go to' place when visiting family in the area - we've probably stayed here five times now. What keeps bringing us back? Quiet area. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff!

Very clean, mnice place

Decent sized rooms, clean and comfy.

There was no heat for the room and I spent my weekend cold. The window curtains were half falling down. Barely hot water. Fridge wasnt keeping anything cold. Last but not least, the toilet was broken. Everytime I flushed i had to reach in to reposition the stopper. If it wasnt for the fact that my daughter was staying next door with her team i would of requested a room change but truely didnt want to have to go through the hassle and more then likely getting a room with the same issues.

The covers and pillows were nasty. The fools were dirty too.

I was a little reluctant to stay because Ive had bad experiences with other hotels in this area but was happy that everyone who left reviews we right. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. When you have people that care about your stay and they go out of their way to make your stay pleasant it makes you want to keep going back....
