I loved it!!! staff was super friendly and they were close to a lot of places !!!

ok though a lost electric was never found that was left behind.

The beds were hard. Otherwise, it was great. Good shower, good a/c for sleeping.

The staff that helped us check in and out were really polite. The room was overall clean. They have plenty of free breakfast in the mornings as well!

very dark and dated

It was an ok stay. We had two rooms with 8 people. Only two towels provided per room and 1 washing rag per room. There were only 2 smaller than standard pillows on each bed. We asked for more pillows and were told some would be available the next day after we were checking out. The flooring on second floor in hallways were coming up in alot of spots.

The room smelled like smoke and there was a burn mark in the bedspread. The room was not clean and had leftover fries on the floor by the bed and in the bathroom. The hairdryer did not work. We only stayed here because it was next to the high school where there was an event. I would not stay here again.

They charged me extra $25 after i left. I was 150+ miles away by the time of that transaction because of that i couldn’t do anything about it.

It was as expected. A little dated. The elevator made strange noises. The hallway floor had some loose towels but overall a decent clean and affordable place to stay. The lack of attention to the wear and tear of the place. Repair things before they become a problem.

This is convenient locastion to DFW airport, all kinds of restrurants and some really nice parks not too far away. My family lives in Colleyville which is right next to Bradford, so itr is vewry convenient for me.

The area was nice. Near lots of restaurants The hotel was dated, the floors upstairs were soft didn't know if i would fall through. Very old looking. Somewhat clean. When you walk in the hotel had the most horrible smell. The room was really small and cramped.

Didn’t give wash rags nor towels or toilet paper and the beds was terrible and didn’t give pillows.

Dirty lap shades and ceiling has stains like water leaks had occurred in the past

Room needs to be updated. The bed was too big for the room, made to compact. The bath tub floor was slippery

Love this place stay here often

Did not look like bed sheets were changed from last guest and several smaller annoying problems. Front desk tried to resolve problems, but too many to bother staying here again. Clean other than the sheets.

Appreciate eager staff that wanted to provide clean linen; breakfast was average and we only took advantage 1 out of 3 mornings we were there. For our needs, this property was fine and good price for the area.

Anna the made me give this review all I can say is run. The stay if you have to nap is OK. She should NOT be in hospitality. Eats and on her phone entire time. Mocks and does NOTHING to resolve any issue you may encounter. They give sex workers the perfect environment but don’t accommodate actual “guests”. Would choose motel 6 over this for cheaper because at least you get a cheaper rate for same experience.

Blanket on bed full of stairs, pillowcase was full of hair from either a previous guess or the cleaner, both the hand soap dispenser and body wash dispenser was completely empty, all towels in bathroom was dirty or stained. AM front desk clerk very rude, PM front desk clerk was nice. I would book at Super 8 again, but not this one.

clean room and friendly staff

The room was ok that is why i gave it 3 stars and not 2 or 1. The elevator was out of order and we have a toddler that we had to carry up 3 flights of stairs. There was stains on the sheets and the bathtub leaked. It was a clean room so there is that. For i have paid less for better amenities. At least the staff was friendly. It is an ok place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep.

service was awful. i was denied a room because i was under 21 years old (im 20) when i was still able to get a reservation for a room on the expedia app. i was told but the employee other hotels were like that when i’ve stayed at other places with no issue

Yes the room very clean, yes it caught my eyes as soon as I walked in. The cleaning ladies were very sweet, and the check in lady she was polite, patient , she was Awesome. I said I be telling my family and friends about this place.

Was not allowed to get my second room. Bathroom did not lock. One toilet paper for 4 people. Bathtub drain not working. Soap, body wash, and shampoo was empty when we got there. AC in room would get very hot or very cold, so not comfortable. Breakfast was very limited. Room light was not working. Too many issues during our two day stay.

Take 30 minutes to check in

Found large cockroach in my room one day. Room was not cleaned every day. Front desk day lady was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Had to move my car 3 times during my week stay to accommodate parking lot painters. Breakfast was adequate, could use more dining tables. I felt my car was reasonably safe in the area. I stayed there for the cost and location more than anything else.

Really nice and quiet stay. Not a lot of options for breakfast, but it was still good. I had a broken iron and they switched it out right away which I was pleased about overall it was a great stay!

You hear people above you and an entirw achool band was playing outside in eyes view as esrly as 7:30 am and as late as 11 pm!

It was very decent all and all. Our king size bed had a dip in the middle other than that it nice. Very clean.

It was a decent hotel, but I did find two bugs in my room at 4am. That’s when we ended up leaving. The beds were decent but we stayed only one night. The website said the pool closes at 10pm, but front desk lady said it was 9pm which bummed my kid out. Front desk had a big strong smell of tea tree oil. Also when we left this morning you open your door and the front desk had music blaring while getting breakfast ready. (we stay on the first floor)

The room was pretty clean, but there may be some cleaning chemical or room freshener that was used that i could smell in my room and the hall. Woke up with a stuffy head. The bed was hard too. I tossed and turned a lot

Our visit was okay. The service was great but the condition was mediocre. The air unit in the room upset our allergies and the room had a lot of humidity. The coffee was instant and not that great...breakfast was o.k.

Room smelled like mold, visible mold spots in room. Not cleaned well, worn holes in bedsheets and towels.

It was very clean with great service including maid service. Breakfast was good for either eating in the lobby or your room and could even be on the go. They were even able to check me in late night after reserving less than an hour before arrival.

Close to hospital

Our refrigerator was not working; one of two chairs was broken. Front staff could be a bit friendlier. The smell in the room when we first walked in was bad. Had to spray perfume....it could have been the refrigerator?? We did notify front desk and gentleman said he made a note of it..

I book the hotel to rest for 5 hours after a work trip and avoid to drive far away to home. The hotel is convenient located bext to my company so the price point was excellent, the hotel was clean, quiet and everything was in good condition.

Nice place, close to my job

I booked the hotel pay for it online once I arrived at the room the front desk workers said that I could not be checked inside the room due to a hold on the computer. I was not able to get a hotel room at the same time. They did take my money and has not given it back.

The internet was terrible. The facility was good. I would not repeat this visit if I needed internet.

We were pleased with almost everything about this day with two exceptions. One was the mattress was a little bit hard and two the coffee was terrible.

Nicely decorated and a very comfortable bed and room.

I had a reservation booked a month ago for 2 nights, got to the front desk with all our luggage & was told I had no reservations & they were full due to a commitment with American Airlines. The lobby smelled funny & front desk person was extremely rude for no reason. Expedia took care of me & got us a hotel close by. I will NEVER book a Super 8 again. If you do, call the hotel before you go to confirm your reservation

Excellent. Comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Note that the free shuttle bus to DFW airport only runs if they have 10 or more passengers.

She suggested me to checked me in only for 1 night instead of 3 nights of my booking due being sold out the next day. Why would you confirm somebody booking for 3 nights knowing that you were sold out?? And she said to checked me in for 1 night and the next day she’ll call police on me to check me out😂😂😂 very unprofessional staff and customer service.

This property is right by the highway so make sure if you are light sleeper to bring a noise machine. I use one nightly and so I brought it with me. Thank God.

Staff were very nice. Easy to find. Parking was good.

The ice machine didn't work. The tv picture was to dark and I couldn't adjust it. The clock was broken so I couldn't charge my phone. The ceiling had water stains. I asked for some toilets and I never got em.

They say they have free airport shuttle, they do not. They left us at the airport for 1 1/2 hours without answering their shuttle or direct hotel line. We had to pay 46.00 for an Uber. Upon arrival we tried to arrange shuttle back the owner said only if you check out 2 hours early at 9:00. We said you advertise free shuttle. He said only when we want. Also free WiFi a lie. No WiFi in rooms doesn’t go there. They know it. Lies and rudeness unmatched by owner and his family. Unethical establishment. Beware they false advertise with no consequences to them.

Rude staff, unintelligible language problem, old dirty property, room telephone inoperable, batteries were backwards in TV remote, internet was not working in room most of the time. Would not recommend anyone stay at this dump.
