I had a great stay. It was close to everything downtown and the stadiums. The room was a clean room, and the staff was great. Breakfast in the morning was free and perfect.

Didn’t realize until after the first night that the door didn’t lock. Gave us another room for night 2, but unhappy that our bags were left in the room unprotected. Wouldn’t stay here again!

We really loved the shuttle service and the convenience of it. The breakfast was really good and it was located by some food places that were close to walk to for dinner.

This hotel is a little shabby, but it is a good value for the price. Everything is clean, even if the rooms need some updating (rusty hinges, water damage in the bathroom, etc). But again, you can't beat the price, and it was clean, just not well kept. I would stay here again.

Good hotel and location

We had an amazing stay at Bridgeview Hotel! The views overlooking the Adomi Bridge and Volta River are absolutely breathtaking and made for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the food exceeded our expectations—everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet escape with beautiful scenery and excellent hospitality, I highly recommend Bridgeview Hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for the price!

Toilet lid was broken. Thermostat did not work. Telephone did not work TV remote did not function properly. The shuttle driver was the worst ever.

I would never stay at that hotel again when I checked in they gave you my room they were cleaning the carpet and told me the floor wouldn't dry until 3 hours I went back to the desk and told him I would not stay in the room with wet carpet they gave me another room he maintenance man just knocked once when I was coming to answer the door they barged in my room to take the air conditioner out I had the lock on the door the next day the cleaning lady Borges in my room a hot tell them to wait till I get dressed

Great room size, breakfast was good, convenient location Broken switch cover on elevator, very minor detail, air conditioner is louder than i prefer but the room was well maintained temperature wise.

The house keeper bothered us too much before the time that we had to leave

Then we had to go back down to front desk for wifi password and then again for blow dryer. The carpet in our room was wet because they cleaned carpets they said, but did not dry them. Extension cords and fans in hallway though. When we left in the evening for dinner, someone was right out front doors smoking pot and it stunk.

Good location and great, friendly staff. Walls were little thin. I could hear others in other rooms nearby. Soap containers in restroom were empty.

During one morning there was no running water to fix a hot water issue. No warning. The air conditioner was extremely loud, intermittently going on & off with almost a bang. It wasn't very conducive to sleeping. The complimentary coffee & breakfast were subpar. We passed on the food. It just wasn't made with care. There wasn't even real half & half for the coffee. For such a high price point, this is unacceptable. Price gouging. It's a shame because the staff were excellent. But they don't control most of these issues. I wouldn't come back unless there is a makeover.

The room AC leaked inside and the carpet was soaked all the way around the window. The indoor pool had holes in the ceiling that were just covered with old plywood. And they didn’t have lights until 15 min before the pool closed. So you swam in the dark. Very unsafe for children. The breakfast was good. That’s about it. I booked because of the indoor pool which was extremely overrated. Would not recommend

The staff was professional and very nice.The breakfast was excellent. Dog had poop in the elevator.The smell was horrible.we sprayed the elevator with cleaning products and someone else used carpet fresh.

Breakfast was awful.. worst than basic.. yuck.. besides that. We had to change rooms twice.. we stayed 5 day 2 rooms for a funeral.. 1200 if I hadn't already paid and didn't want to deal with the headaches we stayed.. the staff is the best part of this place.. they keep it clean... BUT........ THE ELEVATOR IS INNEED OF A UPGRAD.. RIGHT AFTER WE GOT CHECKED IN A DOOR DASHER defecated in the elevator. It was late and front desk had to stop checking in people to clean it up.. we where gone an hour to eat and she had help cleaning it.. it had a under tone smell... it needs to be painted and carpet replaced... pool needs help. Pictures on app are old ones. Pool isn't a nice blue anymore it looks dirty.. I'm not even going to mention the hot tub.. need a shot to get in it.. not worth the price for sure..

However, the property itself really needs some attention. When we first walked in, the lobby had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the luggage dolly had completely flat tires. Our room had some significant cleanliness and maintenance issues—the beds were quite hard, felt dirty even though we knew the sheets were clean and we unfortunately found roaches and visible mold in the bathroom (on the ceiling, air vent, shower handles, and soap holder). The bathroom was also showing a lot of wear with rust stains and peeling sheetrock. Additionally, our toilet clogged three times, requiring maintenance to come out two days in a row. We were never offered a room change, even though it looked like there were plenty of empty rooms available. Lastly, the breakfast was a bit disappointing and very watery. The staff is wonderful, but management really needs to invest in deep cleaning and fixing up the rooms before I could recommend staying here

The hotel was a little run down. The beds were hard as a rock. You could hear all of your neighbors and the elevator stopped working while we were there. The breakfast was good though.

Clean room

Let me start by saying the staff was excellent and very helpful. That being said the hotel itself is just getting old, has a musty smell to it, and is in need of an upgrade. The stay itself was quite and peaceful but it still high for what you get in my opinion. Lastly the free breakfast is free for a reason..not very good at all.

Excellent in every area. Very convenient. Easy parking. Dining next door. Roads lead to anywhere in the Metroplex.

The hotel needs a serious upgrade

Jenny was great. The hot tub was very nice. The ac in the room was amazing. Beds were a bit hard for me but my wife liked it.

Our flight was cancelled so we didn’t have our bags. Staff was helpful with providing emergency toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb and deodorant. It was appreciated!

Rooms and service could use some improvement. No bath wash in the shower in one of my rooms and the other no plug in the bath tub. One room was missing a door (which was a mirror) on the closet door. Mattresses could be flipped or probably just replaced

The staff was amazing. Always helpful and at the desk, also very efficient. Room was clean little dated but still good. The reason for the 3 was there was only one elevator, pool and hot tub felt like the same temperature and the breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage the whole time.

Exercise room was decent. Breakfast was good.

The hot tub was cold. No hot water to the shower on the 4th floor. Room smelt of smoke and mold. AC leaked all over the floor causing luggage to be wet.

Beautiful outside, lobby was clean, pool was nice

The room was ok and the staff was nice, but the hotel’s water heater went out and they weren’t sure if they could have it repaired befor the end of our stay being it was a holiday weekend. So we had to check out early and get a different hotel. The sink in our also room didn’t drain and the floors and walls were extremely thin making it so you heard every step anyone took on the floor above you. Also the main door to the room let in a lot of light from the hall way.

I had a great experience

Front desk staff were amazing! There were flees unfortunately and I’m guessing other bugs since my husband broke out and was itching all over. The pool was fun and had towels available for when you were done swimming which was convenient. Breakfast was really good too. Tubs were rusted and the floors being carpet did not help. If owners would take time to remodel and fumigate the rooms some then this would be the perfect hotel for us.

Good stay and convenient

Our flight was rebooked for the next day and we had to stay in Dallas. I booked this place semi-hastily, I saw good reviews and a reasonable price. But then while waiting approx 45 mins for the shuttle (the driver was very nice) I was looking closer at reviews. Every single good review is mainly for the staff. Friendly staff is great, but you’re not really staying with the staff you are staying in the room. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk around 10:30pm. Lots of flights were cancelled so I get it’s busy, and once someone arrived we were checked in quickly around 11pm. The place is pretty run down, the elevator was rough, the 4th floor hallway smelled smokey and musty. In the room I was greeted with a strong smell of air freshener. The lampshades were tattered, the thermostat did not work at all. I didn’t complain because we were just too tired, but it was a room where you are hesitant to take your shoes off as the carpet looks sticky. The carpet was less sticky than it looked though. There were stains surrounding the bed, I didn’t inspect the rest of the bed too closely. The towels had holes in them. You get what you pay for pretty much.

The pool is dirty, its not clear at all, same with hot tub. No extra towels or pillows for a 4 day stay. A/C unit is broken down and noisy. Run down place. Don't stay here, you will regret it.

The staff was incredibly nice the hotel its self wasn’t as clean as I’d like. Sheets and towels were clean but the tub was not. The door to the room wasn’t as secure as I’d like but I did feel safe.

I can’t say enough how kind and helpful the staff was! My family and I experienced some unfortunate A/c issues and had to get a hotel. The staff made are stressful time so peaceful and worry free! I couldn’t thank them enough

The Breakfast was ok, not a very good variety. The kids enjoyed pool and hot tub. The room could have been cleaner. The sheets had makeup on them. Overall a good experience!

Breakfast menu was good. The fitness center was not good. Their one and only treadmill was broken. And it was hit in the room with no fan.

Rooms was ok nothing special not even the Suites. Rooms have musty odor so keeping A/C on is a must. Sofa bed had sheets on them already and looked used. Breakfast was basic cold and limited variety. Staff was nice the cook looked overwhelmed and housekeeper would said I don’t speak English so that became a burden because it left me leaving my room to go to front desk constantly to get items that was missing from my room Only great thing bout this visit was location it’s around everything so that’s a plus. I don’t recommend staying on 2nd floor either it’s so hot and stuffy when you get off the elevators

Everything went great, easy check in and easy check out, plenty parking, food restaurants in the area. I also got to see some cowboys from my window. Ask the front desk for a view facing Salt Grass.

We had a great time. Even though the beds were uncomfortable, we made it work. The staff were GREAT! The rooms were very clean and the amenities were great. The location was perfect. The shuttle to the airport was such a great thing to have.

Everything was great, except for the hot tub water looked brown. Comfortable beds, everything was very clean, breakfast was good and Salt Grass Steakhouse in the parking lot was a plus.

Bad and last experience ever

taken of the roach on wall and was told exterminators came on a weekly basis.(whether or not this was true, didn’t help me). This isn’t hyperbole. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life. Needless to say, I won’t be back EVER!

Elevator was not in service first night, so only inconvenience. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good!

Had two rooms. Found an empty water bottle stuffed between the mattress and headboard, pens on the floor, and mold in the sink in one. In the second room, more sink mold and the shower head fell off mid-shower. Carpet is old and worn, walls are purple (not kidding), and the elevator had trash in it….needed some seriously cleaning too!

There was a dead cockroach on the bedroom floor. Bathtub was dirty and very stained along with being slippery. Bathroom door and frames were quite stained.

Could see outside through the air conditioning unit as the seal on the wall wasnt attached. Drain in sink was stuck down and the lever was missing to open it.

Been coming here for years. Very convenient for storing your car at Extra Space Storage and flying out of DFW. They have a shuttle

Quick stay for a wedding. Annoyed I was asked to pay extra fee to check in one hour early and not offered to just drop my bags. Guy at front desk was super nice and friendly. Very average stay.

ROOM WAS GOOD, POOL AND HOT TUB WERE CLEAN, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. WOULD STAY AGAIN!

The stay was disappointing overall. There seemed to be a clear lack of care for the rooms and the hotel in general — the tub was cracked and the room did not feel well maintained. The experience didn’t match the price, and I hope improvements are made.

The next day the only elevator in the hotel, that was already off track and should not have been running, was broken for hours. The showers were cold both mornings, and the pool was closed for half our stay. There was maintenance going on in multiple rooms, but the doors were left cracked open making it possible for children to easily go into an unsafe work place. And a maid left a key card in the hallway making all rooms easily accessible if picked up from the wrong person.

Bathroom was not clean and there was no hot water.

The room was clean the staff was professional and friendly. The hot water was not hot. It never got above like warm, which was frustrating. The breakfast was decent.

Checking staff was really nice. Hotel is run down. The elevator is old and smells. Room 221 the shower tub was dirty. The carpet smelled there were hairs that were not mine on the right side table. There is no house keeping on Sunday's. The towels smelled dirty not sure if they are changed after last guest leaves.

The room size and Jasmine are what stood out.

I had to move rooms 3 separate times. Each room looked and felt as if the doors had previously been kicked in. All 3 latches were broken or loose. The key scanner did not work for my keys after being reset after 4 trys but the managers worked right away. I was traveling with my young daughter and toung niece. I was too scared to stay and checked out after the 3rd room change. I probably stayed about 1 and a half hours and was still charged full price. The staff was kind but the there were so many issues the 1st room was dirty and had stained door frames and walls. Broken outlet covers. All three rooms had holes and stains on sheets and blankets and curtains. The 3rd room had pet hair all over one of the beds inside the sheets. The tv and remote also did not work. I booked another room at a different Laquinta and all was well and felt very safe and clean on the inside.

The staff was so kind, accommodating, and overall made a poor traveling experience feel a little better. The room and linens were clean. We were able to obtain basic toiletries after luggage was lost at airport. Breakfast was good. Facility was overall clean. Pool was warm.

The front desk clerk had his truck parked in front of the door, which made unloading out vehicle in the snow difficult. They did not leave a liner for the dirty ice bucket. There was only one small trash can. The couch was dirty. Very poor lighting, and multiple switches did not work.

Stayed 8 days. Had to ask for clean towels several times. Room was not cleaned , maybe twice.trashed hit tub gave both of rash on our legs. I won't be stayi g at any Laquinta zGabby the breakfast lady was aeesome.notemptiedemptied
