Great experience and service. They allowed me to get a 30min early check in. Place was clean and well organized

Rooms were nice and breakfast buffet was great.

I had two days of pending stay, I still have not received any refund for the 2 additional nights to which I did not stayed.

the hotel is going through some renovations but overall, it was clean, staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast i've seen in a while. There is a restaurant onsite that does room service and the food was great!

The only observation that we have is about the cold or cool water from the tap… there wasn’t any… the water was hot or hotter, that’s it! An having the Texas temperature like this past week I was hoping for some cold o cool water for shower.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice sized smart tv we used to binge watch some shows during some down time. The place is easy to get too but it’s also easy to miss the entrance since it’s right next to the interstate.

This is a good place to stay and is very peaceful. Yo can bring your dog for small fee. Very polite. I will come again. Also they give you free breakfast which is very good

The hotel is a hidden gem!! So chic and fun!! They’ve put a lot of thought and hard work in the renovations and it’s was a pleasure staying there!!

Clean room, breakfast was good ( full breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, cereal etc. fridge in the room but no microwave.. tried calling for over an hour straight to let them know of late arrival and no one answered the phone. However, there was no issues at check in. Loved the lobby decor. Would stay here again

Stayed there 5 days for business and was very happy with everything. They offer a great breakfast, the pool is great if you have time to enjoy it and the gym they have let's you get your workout in. I would stay there again

It was so nice and clean and a great location. Staff was awesome, so kind and helpful. An incredible value for the price. Next time I’m in Dallas, I want to stay at Kozy! The breakfast was insane! It had EVERYTHING, so many choices, eggs, bacon, sausage… all the other regular breakfast foods too. Had the best stay!

This hotel feels brand new. Everything is very clean and has a nice feel. The rooms are fantastic for the price; very new and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price, it doesn’t get any better. This hotel will easily cost double or triple in any other major city. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Dallas/Fort worth area.

Very nice hotel, there’s always someone around cleaning or available up front to help. We were on the highest floor and stayed for a week. We did have an issue with one of our keycards not working and at one point the elevator was having issues, we let the guy up front know about both issues and they were fixed the same day. Everyone was very accommodating and the breakfast was great as well, I would stay here again!

My first time to stay there. The property used to be a Holiday Inn and it actually is a whole lot better now than it would expect. I will definitely be staying there again and the pricing is perfect.

The hotel is brand new, the only observation is that I have hot water and then hot water... no cool or cold out of the fosset

Good Hotel. For some reason shower was only pouring hot water and no cold water to chill on a very hot day. Food options were fantastic. A good place to stay.

The sheets had a bad odor and also there was a pungent smell coming from shower.Althought place looks clean but somehow there was bad odor coming from sheets and room.

The hotel is currently being renovated and I would love to see it when it’s done. Beautiful lobby, cute furniture in the rooms, great breakfast buffet, ideal location, and friendly staff. Only downside - there’s only one elevator.

Had a great stay — super clean, well‑kept, and the staff were incredibly professional. The room had everything we needed. The only downside was the toilet taking a few tries to flush, but otherwise everything was excellent.

Staff at the front desk is very friendly. The room is a little outdated but it's great value for the price!

The hotel was very cozy and welcoming. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, respectful, and friendly all the time. The room was very nice and clean, everything organized and comfortable. All the amenities were clean and organized, and the breakfast area and the food was just exceptional, not to mention that the staff was checking all the time to make sure the guest have everything they need. I totally recommend Kozy Hotel.

It was a great stay my only complaint was that it got really hot in lobby and breakfast area. That could be because it was over 100 degrees last weekend.

Amazing clean room, convenient and close to the airport. The beds were very soft and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast is really good along with welcoming staff! I will definitely be coming back to stay in the future!

Our room was very nice. Spacious. Clean. Huge TV! Everything was clean and felt nice. Our bathroom was a bit small but not crazy small. Staff was very sweet! Absolutely zero complaints! Location is great to shopping and food! Not a bad drive to the stadium. All around great experience!

The outdoor pool was dirty,the room only one time was cleaning and smell humid. The breakfast was very nice and delicious.

The hotel just opened so I know there are some things that may have changed since our stay. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast host was fantastic. She helped my 5 yo granddaughter make her waffle. She was extremely attentive. Bringing us things we needed and cleaning up after us. The location was perfect, near our family. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, well lit, lots of hooks to hang items. Loved the barn door on the bathroom. I specifically chose this hotel because of the pool pictures on the website. Unique shape. Some shade trees. We checked in early and the first thing we did was check out the pool. The water was so dirty. I went to inform the front desk person. They said they would let the manager know asap. They also explained they just opened and didn't have a pool company yet to clean the pool. This was in July in TX. We were counting on the pool. I checked it again that evening, the following morning and afternoon and evening. Still dirty. I informed the staff how disappointed I was. Same excuse. I've stayed at many hotels all my life. I see someone on staff out there every morning cleaning the pool and checking the levels. That is why my rating is not a 10. Could not swim the 3 days we were there.

The tv didn’t work. Had to go to the Fri t desk multiple times then they finally switched our room. Keys didn’t work. Bathtub was dirty. Checked out after the first day. Went to a Marriott property.

Clean non-smoking room. Hotel looks New/recently remodeled. Long breakfast time to 10:30am. Very affordable stay. We’re very happy with how nice it was.

They were doing some updates so it was a bit messy in places, but the experience was good and the staff were very helpful!

I needed to stay in that area. I was disappointed that the gigantic TV only worked with a Roku stick. Only 1 elevator. Of course I stayed at the very last room in the hotel, furthest from the elevator. Breakfast was an odd, flat, overcooked egg. Yogurt and toppings were fine, though.

The property was very nice, it’s a new remodeled hotel. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend staying here. My grandkids had a wonderful time in the pool and enjoyed the breakfast very much. I will stay here again.

I had a really great experience at Kozy! The hotel was clean, looked new, and the breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The only small issue was that the water stayed warm even when I turned it to cool, but it wasn’t too hot, so it was fine. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back if I’m in Dallas again!

Beautiful, clean hotel with breakfast buffet, 24hr gym, laundry, a peaceful outdoor pool, and friendly, helpful staff; what more can you ask for. Right off the highway so it's very convenient for coming and going and has plenty of parking.

Very clean rooms . Staff were also helpful, and housekeeping went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again, if I’m in the area.

Only thing that would be nice to have is YouTube on TV. We cannot download it either. My kid like to watch kid shows in YouTube.

The swimming pool was not clean.

Really nicely kept hotel and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was actually very spacious. My only complaint would be that there is a barn door on the bathroom and I was staying with my mom so it didn’t really offer much privacy.

Clean rooms and hotel, very friendly staff. We were very excited to swim in the pool (101+ degrees outside) and we got there and the water was so cloudy/dirty and there was a dying bird floating in the water. When discussed at the front desk, it seemed like a common issue with the pool. It was very disappointing for our 5 year old to not swim when we talked the pool up all week. The room was clean and the updates are nice. Breakfast was great too!

The only reason this hotel has a 9.4 on customer ratings is because they encourage you to give them 5 stars when you check in by spinning a prize wheel in exchange for a good review. But it is far from a 9.4. At first we were really impressed with the hotel because of the price being so low and it was a decent hotel. But we had a hard time sleeping because there was a bright flashing light on the carbon monoxide alarm which kept us up all night. Literally, we couldn’t fall asleep until about 6:30 in the morning. So we went down to the front desk and asked for a late checkout so we could get some sleep. We told them the bulb in that unit was so bright that you could see it when you close your eyes through your eyelids. They gave us a whole extra hour. I even got in a warm bath at 4 AM to try to make myself sleepy and sleep through the bright light that was flashing in my family‘s eyes, but still didn’t work. While I was sitting in the bathtub, I could see the underside of the toilet seat, which was really disgusting. The room as a hole was pretty clean, but the carpet was really sticky like soap had been left all over it and not cleaned back up. Then we go downstairs to try to eat breakfast during a time we should be getting some sleep, and the eggs were made of preformed round powder. Tried to go swim in the pool since this hotel didn’t provide us any time to sleep because of their faulty equipment, and the pool was filthy. The water was not clear, it was foggy with debris.

This property was super nice, even though they were still doing construction. The staff was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Will be staying here next time I’m in town!

Super friendly people working there! We’ve always been greeted with a huge welcoming smile. Our room was phenomenal! Thank you for having us! Will definitely be back! The only downside was the slow elevator, but it’s such a minor issue that it doesn’t even worth mentioning. :)

availability with no notice ... my original hotel was closed due to bankruptcy when I got to Texas. my stay was fine, I have no complaints.

Couldn't get any towels till the next day. But other than that it was a good 2 day stay.

Nothing Staff were unhelpful, no soap, shampoo or shower gel! staff said there was none available. Breakfast was poor, moved to the Hyatt Regency the next night breakfast was $2 more but what a world of difference. Would recommend the Hyatt over Holiday Inn anytime

My room was full of bugs. In the bed amd other places. The bar/grill was out of almost everything food wise amd drinks.
