Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth-Bedford

The property was nice. It was somewhat worn as far as furniture. Stains on fabric, cabinets in kitchen not quite closing. All pretty much cosmetic. There wasn’t any bath towels in the room but it was clean. The breakfast was nice other than the coffee was lukewarm. All in all I got what I paid for!!

As soon as we walked in to the hotel the atmosphere was a cozy instead of a large corporate one. The staff was super friendly, the room super spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was an added plus, with great options and quite tasty. Definitely will be staying here again.

Check in was super smooth, even later at night. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but it was included in the stay. We did not swim in the pool but noticed many others did so it seems pretty decent. The room was nice and clean, the fridge, sink and bathroom were all spotless. Overall a really good stay!

Decided to stay here for the BTS concert in Arlington and it was very nice..rooms and property was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was a nice touch. I really enjoyed staying here!

The hotel had roaches and bed bugs. My kids and I are leaving the hotel with multiple bed bites in our bodies.

I came with my family and the location of this hotel was close to places we were going to! The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and made me feel welcomed! I didn’t get her name but she was from New York!! Will definitely be coming back and staying here!

Room was comfortable and clean. It was fairly quiet considering how close it is to the freeway. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchen was clean. Refrigerator worked well. I felt safe in the area. 2 blocks to Walmart neighborhood grocery.

Impossible to get to. Elevator hard to find. Mold on bathroom ceiling.

Room smelled like curry and when I told the staff he offered. 2 bed bedroom for the 5 of us- I explained that I got a suite with 5 beds for a large family and will need 2 rooms with equivalent number of beds to accommodate my family. He didn’t care and was rude and I explain that I couldn’t tolerate how bad it smelled- he said too bad but it’s not his fault there is a kitchen and other people have cooked in there. We had to sleep in the poor smelling room and dirty furniture that stunk because it’s paid through a third party

Our stay at this location was ok. We had originally selected the place because on its images it displays a basketball court and what we believed to be a hot tub, amenities our little ones would enjoy. We were disappointed to find that there was no basketball court but instead a tiny section of plastic flooring and what looked like a hot tub, was now a fountain. We also expected a variation in breakfast while there but it was the same menu everyday. Additionally, some of our sheets appeared to have some wear and tear (fitted sheets with a hole or two). And if you’re planning on doing laundry while you’re there be prepared to spend about $3 per wash and another $3 per dry, not including detergent. I will say that the staff was nice, lobby was clean and the room was ok in size. Overall, it just wasn’t what we were expecting.

It’s our favorite place to stay! My children love it. The late check out is awesome and we love the fully furnished rooms! Breakfast is great as well. Front office staff is always kind. Will be back to stay again!

Had a great stay! Staff was great and rooms were clean. Loved the pool and proximity to other activities and dining. Just wish there was a larger selection for breakfast.

The kids upstairs stomped all day and night during my stay. Again, at checkout, the young lady asked why didn't I report it. I kindly informed her that no one came to the desk after ringing the bell. This happened to myself and two other patrons, minutes apart.

I normally dont give reviews but this place just didnt give what theyre advertising. The whole place is ok. I accept that you get what you pay for but this place was just giving stingy vibes. I rented a 2 bedroom suite for 7 people, they only gave 6 towels. When we asked for more towels, they said they can give me only 2 more. We asked for extra pillows and blankets for the pull out couch. The guy said he will check and get back to us but never did. They also have coin operated washer and dryer but dont have coins. You can pay through the app, but it will be .25 cents more than if you have quarters. We had to ask for toilet paper every day since they only give 2 small rolls per day. The pool looks nice and blue in pictures but in person, it looks more green. My kids complained they were itchy and never went back for the rest of our stay. Their carpets need to be changed because there is a smell in the hallway, elevator and some in the room. The beds were not comfortable and had some old stains on them as well. I dont expect much for the price but I do feel like towels, toilet paper, quarters, pillows are all bare minimum needs for your guests. We obviously visiting out of state so idk if they thought we wanted to steal them or something.

I DID leave that night, drove 3 hours back home and then returned in the morning as I was beginning a new job. Went back to the hotel and low and behold their is one lady there who magically was able to find my room request and made it happen IMMEDIATELY. However, due to the original lady with piss poor customer service I lost 2 nights out of this stay. The first one and when I returned on Thursday she was there and I made the decision to leave after another exchange with her. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as I do not fund stupidity as the young lady that looked like she rolled out of bed

Was initially given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. When I pointed this out to the clerk on duty. Instead of apologizing, she walked off the job,quitting! I have never been given an uncleaned room to check into ever in my life. I’m done with this property.

We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday and not once did housekeeping come to get trash, bring trash bags or towels and toilet paper I had to go get a roll for my self. I found a razor head on the floor in my kids room and our fireplace did not work at all. The couch arm had a massive rip and it just looked like it had been mauled by a dog. There was no soundproofing at all I was on the 3rd floor and could hear everything that was said by people in the pool and hallway.

Water was spilled in front of the elevator entrance way, and the towels were horrible, they were not soft, and some were soiled. The noise level was bad from the highway and the pool water looked cloudy and not sanitized . The breakfast was not appealing, no water in the pictures, the orange juice wasn't cold and the staff wasn't friendly

To start the property is grave need of major repair. On the surface that is visually everything looks nice, but if you looking beyond the surface you will see clearly all the things that aren’t in plain sight. The amount of money charged to book needs to be less until complete repair, renovations and upgrades are made. The first room I checked into had a moldy scent as if water damage was present, the second room the door wouldn’t shut on its on and had to be slammed in order to close properly, the bathroom shower you can’t take a decent shower due to all of the water accumulation and back up, the toilet pressure is almost non existing and worse of all was the bed linen wasn’t changed, was soiled with appeared to be lipstick stains, dirt and so residue. I requested to have my room switched a third time due to the inconvenience and ended up not due to being so tired and suffering with a migraine. I didn’t feel good to have to go all the way down stairs to then pack up all of our belongings to then move to another room that I could not guarantee that wouldn’t be the same if not in worse condition. In addition to this I was told that the room was scheduled for carpet cleaning and asked if that could be done. This by far was the worst experience that I have ever experienced from Hilton and I’m totally blown away especially being I expressed that I wasn’t feeling good , had a migraine and was tired and just wanted to sleep. Totally unacceptable after being charged such a high fee

Rooms were nice

We were in town for a board game convention and needed a hotel close to the airport. This location was very close (10-14 min drive) and fit all our needs for our stay. The breakfast each morning was very good and the hotel itself was well maintained.

The location was great. Breakfast was okay, I only had it once. The staff seemed friendly when you could find someone. I love the fact that when we needed an early check-in, they were able to accommodate When we got to our room, there was a strong smell of bug spray. We had three rooms, but only one smelled this way. The smell bothered me, but we got used to it. On the last day, there we were, headed out for an event, and my husband noticed a cockroach in the kitchen. Because we were in a rush and were running late, we killed it, threw away the food that was out, and left. Later that night, my daughter found a smaller one, we were checking out the next day, so that's when I let them know. No one was available at the desk, so I used the text function and replied to a message that had been sent to me earlier asking about our stay. The reply that I got was "I'm sorry to hear that. If you'd let us know, we would've tried to help make it better for you." I let him know that we were running late and didn't get back until late, and that we also saw a dead one on top of the fridge before we left, and the reply was "Sorry to hear that". I am going to assume this was a known issue for this room, as it reeked of bug spray, and the other two rooms didn't. I wish I had said something sooner, like when we first walked in, and I smelled the bug spray, but we had a long drive, they were able to let us check in early, and we were there for a quick turnaround trip, and everything was a rush the whole weekend. But the reply showed a lack of concern. To me, the room seemed pretty clean, because I do my own cleaning, and when I wiped things down, I didn't see much dirt on the cleaning towels. So I figured my spray was preventive, but now I know that there was an actual problem.

Overall, the hotel itself and the amenities were nice, but cleanliness left something to be desired.

Breakfast was a let down, found two bugs in the room, you can hear a pen drop in the hallways from your room and the whole hotel smells like cat pee. Had better experiences at motels. Save your money

Our hallway stunk like trash. The ac in our room started leaking. Only one towel I the room when we got there. The vent in our room made so much noise when the ac came on that it would wake you up. The shpwer so very slippery and the hotel did not have mats to go in the shower and we had an elderly person with is so I had to go buy my own.

Kitchen was fully stocked. Room was spotless. Breakfast was good.

My room was very clean and nice. I expected to pay way more than what I actually paid. I can’t remember the receptionist name that check me in on 5/9/26 at 3pm but she was amazing. The breakfast was great. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

The breakfast menu was fresh each morning with a good variety of options to choose from. Everything tasted well-prepared. The kitchen area was also convenient and had the essentials needed for cooking simple meals during the stay. Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The property was nice the property was clean the problem we had with this Hilton just like the last three Hilton properties we have stayed at is we can’t get our room cleaned. We have talked to the hosts and hostess’s of all the Hilton properties and have been unable to get our rooms cleaned. We put our placard which says we want the room cleaned but they are ignored. Why do we pay for a Hilton and get motel six service. Our rooms don’t get cleaned so every single evening we end up going to the desk to get towels and wash clothes.

We had been given a bottle of wine and put it in the refrigerator to get cold but the bar on the door was broken but placed in the correct spot so it wasn't visible until the bottle had fallen and broken all over the floor. Also the shampoo and conditioner are put in the rooms as amenities it just makes sense that they would be check between guests so they are not empty, like it was in our room.

Staff was pleasant but the hotel felt run down. Room was well sized but like the rest of the hotel felt dated and in need of maintenance (loose floor tiles, etc.). More of a Days Inn vibe than Hilton.

Clean and very spacious. Also the staff was very friendly! I didn’t like how there were no ice machines around. I had to go all the way down to the lobby and they had to get it from their kitchen.

Clean, large room. Windows opened so it helped with the heat that you could not turn off. The check in agent signed me up for email and a Hilton account without my permission or asking me. It was taking a long time to check in, much longer than usual. I asked if there was a problem? He said no I am updating your information. He asked for my email and I thought it was to verify my reservation. It wasn’t it wax to sign me up for spam from them. Totally unacceptable. It ruined an otherwise great stay. I am still quite livid about it.

Honestly we really did enjoy ourselves. The hotel was beautiful. Beds were not very comfortable but over all it was a nice stay. Looks like a mini apartment.

The corner of a shattered fridge glass. Dirty towels, stained curtains, the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages with stains everywhere. The suite has a lot space but it not clean at all. Breakfast is the worst I have seen in a hotel.

Room was great size and layout. We discovered fleas in the room as we were leaving, the bed was not the most comfortable, and the sound of people stomping in the hallway, and the TV volume was stuck at a very low setting.

Front desk staff was rude. The towels are worn out and rough. No one came to clean our room the 3 nights we were there. There were roaches in the room. The whole bottom floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Not a comfortable stay at all.

Feels really homy, i love the fact that i had a separate living room from the bed room and both living and bed rooms had a good size TV. The fact that i had a good size referigerator ith microwave and kitcinette was great. The only downside is that two of the days, we didnt have breakfast bcuz the pantry staff didn't make it to work due to the inclement weather. I however think this should have been anticipated and planned especially because all of texas was expecting the snow. Other than that, i love the room..

Shower curtain fell in bathroom and couldn’t get it to go back up. Breakfast used to consist of more options including protein - has dwindled to very few options.

There are no complaints regarding the room or hotel other than the bed was very uncomfortable. There was also no comforter; simply a sheet and a paper thin blanket.

I booked a 2-bedroom suite for my granddaughter’s 9th birthday party, but when I checked in, I was told they had overbooked the 2-bedroom suites. Instead, they gave me an extra room across the hall from each other. Naturally, there were noise complaints because of the six girls in our party. They did compensate us for the extra room, but I know it was noisy for the other guests around us.

I asked to use the BBQ pits in advance since there was a sign that we had to book the barbecue pits. The lady in the front desk said we didn't have to book it. When we got to using it lady told us we couldn't use it unless we booked it. My brother-in-law offered to give her a plate and she said yes. Also we asked to clean the pool, and lady in front just said maintenance is on vacation. So no cleaning the pool and why would we want to use the pool if it's cold. If our kids decide to get in the pool it's our business not hers the pool should be clean. Either way my nephew clean the pool. Breakfast area was good.

1st day there was a cockroach in the breakfast area. 2nd day breakfast area was left unattended, there was no coffees, plates, eggs, drinks were low, hardly no pastries left. This was still early in the morning 730am. We didn't attend breakfast thethsethiemorning because of the bad experience

Is a very good hotel, good service

The room was not completely clean upon or arrival. The room appeared to be ready, but there was something wet and slimy on the sheets. It felt like something was biting me and I woke up itchy the next day. We did not make it to breakfast.

The Saturday breakfast was delicious, the food was tasty and the juice tasted fresh. There were various options to choose from as well. Fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuits and multiple protein options. The only downside to breakfast was that if the food ran out 30 mins before breakfast ended no more food or juice was brought out. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious. My husband and I would stay again
