The front desk staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Location was easy to drive to the AT&T stadium.

Everything was perfect. My only request would be to have a safe available in the rooms.

Traveled with family. Staff was courteous and efficient. The room was excellent. It had coffee, microwave, full refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, dish soap, cups, plates, bowls, utensils, and more. We had the two beds, a sofa bed, and pull out table. Clean, quiet, safe. Very pleased with our stay. Will stay again.

Always a great stay if you’re in the DFW mid- cities area. Friendly staff, nice gym, good breakfast. The rooms are modern and always clean.

Desde que llegamos nos sentimos bienvenidos. Excelente servicio todo el tiempo de la estadia. Siempre estuvieron pendientes si nos hacia falta alguna cosa. El Hotel esta ubicado en un buen lugar, seguro, todo quedaba cerca, tiene excelentes restaurantes cerca que puedes ir caminando. Lo recomiendo 100%

Pretty decent breakfast options and the room was nice with a bigger fridge, kitchenette with sink and dishwasher. Room was good size, but the pull out bed is not a double size as stated. Our 2 small boys 7 & 9 barely fit on it together. Room was listed as sleeps 4, but it is tight with 4 with the pull out couch.

We stayed a week at this property and would definitely stay again. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities to be able to make our own meals. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping did a fantastic job. My only recommendation is to request top floor. We were on the 2nd floor and had someone who seemed to pace a lot and we could hear them walking most of the night. The breakfast was easy and simple with waffles, eggs, bagels, yogurts and fruit. Very nice property.

The hotel was clean, nice staff. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ok, but good. Bed was not the most comfortable, but the extra pillows made it better.

I’ve stayed here b4 the staff is friendly and helpful the room is huge the amenities are perfect for my needs it’s close to family. I wouldn’t change a thing. No complaints at all. I’ll stay here agian and agian aaaaaand agian ✌❤️

The room was really clean and spacious. Parking was accessible and the hotel was easy to find. All staff was friendly. The only thing that didn’t make it 5 stars was the breakfast wasn’t great.

Breakfast was good each morning with egg patties, rotating meat option (sausage patty, chicken patty or ham slice), sliced cheese & assortment of breads/biscuit and several sauces, hard boiled eggs, yogurt bar, hot oatmeal, 3 cereal choices, a waffle station, Apple & orange juices, milk, coffee & hot tea. Food & coffee were kept refilled nicely. On-site guest laundry and gym on 1st floor with lots of seating in the lobby. Plenty of onsite parking as well. We didn’t use the pool area at all, but saw several other guests going to/from the area. Quiet and safe area just off the highway, close to shopping and lots of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again & look forward to our next visit.

Every location I’ve visited has had friendly, accommodating staff. On this trip, I arrived early & they still had my room ready with no extra charge, which was a lifesaver after a long road trip. The gym has everything I need for a solid workout & the washing/drying machines are an added plus for sport tournament weekends. This has become my go to hotel whenever I travel!

The property was welcome to pets. Breakfast was okay but could have had more choices.

They advertise high-speed Internet which is a lie when you connect your phone and run speed test your only getting 5-10mgs if you actually want high-speed Internet, you gotta pay for they also have a firewall on it where you can’t connect your PS5 or Xbox to it . The breakfast was absolutely garbage not a big selection to pick from very unsanitary. Now let’s get into the rooms. The first room they put me in the AC did not work. Room was dirty. Had a funky smell to it one down requested to be put into a different room which they did. The second room wasn’t any better the carpets in room felt nasty due to pets. He tried to cover up the smell of animal with fresheners. The Chair in room arm rest was destroyed mattresses were terrible if you wanna wake up every night with back pain I recommend you stay here

The room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. The staff was efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was fine-standard hotel breakfast fare, nothing too outstanding.

Clean and quiet neighborhood. Frint desk empty most of the time. I asked for a luggage cart but no one helped. I got a fee apple tho.....

We had a great stay! Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The area was close to all DFW attractions. We will absolutely stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean on arrival, I did work late and then took my shower and got into bed. One of the pillows smelled like someone slept on it and the pillow case was not changed out. Even though I did not make use of the kitchen area, I did lay the the room key card on the counter, I left this morning 10/24/25 at approx. 10:45am, and I felt something like salt or sugar left on the counter. Not noticeable to the eye but touch. The bed slept well, the room was otherwise ok. I made due by removing the pillow.

We were not impressed by this Home 2 Suites. Stains on the floor, we had to move rooms because our first room smelled horrible, the sink in our room wouldn’t drain. Beds were clean and comfortable though.

The breakfast was the worst of any hotel I have been in their hot breakfast was worse than any continental breakfast horrible disappointing! The coffee wasn’t very hot and they didn’t even have a microwave in the breakfast area to warm up your food. I had to get the staff to take my plate in the back just to warm up my food.

We stayed here for the stray kids concert that was in town. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, staff as well. The property was cleaned and family friendly.

Noticed some of the grout around the tiling of the bathroom was missing.

we had one small issue with the a/c leaking on the carpet. we moved to another room. problem was resolved.

The beds are horrible everything else was pretty good

Beds were a little too firm for our liking but that’s our only complaint. The front desk staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had.

Requested a room on ground floor. None available. 2nd floor requested room close to elevator. It was at the end of the hall. My husband is a disabled veteran and does not walk well. We will not be staying there anymore.

Room and halls smelled musty and the dog in the room next door barked all night

Everyone was very kind. We were there for our kid’s baseball World Series in Arlington. We went to the pool everyday and brought our speaker. We kept the noise to a minimal and the front desk never complained. Breakfast was great. The facility was clean and nice. The only issue we had, was in our room the air conditioner leaked around the floor. We were in room 222. When we arrived for check in, it had an odd smell to the room. We figured out the next day, it’s likely related to the air conditioner leaking. We purchased febreeze spray and it helped tremendously.

We booked and paid in advance for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch to comfortably fit our family. When we arrived to check in, we were told that our room had been given away no explanation, no apology, nothing. Instead, we were stuck with a cheaper room that only had 1 king bed and a pull-out couch. My husband had to sleep on the floor just so our kids could sleep in a bed. On top of that, we were charged the full price for the room we originally booked no refund or price adjustment for the downgrade. This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. We planned ahead, paid ahead, and still got treated like our reservation didn’t matter.

I enjoyed the room, the hotel itself. The parking lot was nice. Saw the pool looked lovely and the staff was fine. I couldn't get on the wifi because I wasn't checked in correctly. I found this out when my room was access by a potential guest . Then, after I was trying to check out and found that i was already check out which means i was again vulnerable to someone having access to my room when i was or wasn't there. No, i did not feel safe from that perspective. Also the breakfast was the same the whole time i was there no scrambled eggs i did care for that. Just my experience.

Staffs were great and location was good for me. Just make sure that the speed limit in that area is 30 and surrounded with municipal building.
