Couldn’t sleep people up all hours of the night everytime the toilet fish in the whole building it made noise in my bathroom. Dirty stained up chair holes in the bedding. Bathroom dirty tub needs replacing just over all bad. It said feee breakfast lol not much there Not worth the money go somewhere else

I cant complain i give this establishment 10 stars. The owners are very nice understanding. Also will handle any situation you have right away. Very business oriented.

As a truck driver, I always stay here. The staff is awesome and no one ever bothers me.

We booked the room for 4 nights however only stayed 2 nights because while we was away someone went in our room and took a bath , there was illegal things happening on the property and we was charged for 4 nights when we only stayed 2 because of all the corruption we checked out and stayed the other 2 nights at the laquinta Iinn which I do have a receipt to prove this , when confronting the manager of this at the super 8 even showing him the receipt he told us he does not have to give us any money back even though we can prove we were at another hotel for 2 of the 4 nights.

Everything is great. Staff and management are awesome. They don't sweat the small stuff like most places . If someone gives you a ride they don't have to wait in their car until you're ready. You won't be receiving a call from the front desk other than to pay or check out. I definitely recommend this hotel for hasslefree stay

When we got there, we were told they didn't have a room for us because of our dog. When we booked, they knew we had a dog. .aybe they don't understand what a RESERVATION means. Super 8 will never be one of my stops again. And Expedia is on thin ice with us!!!

At first glance it appeared clean but taking a closer look, there’s mold and rust on the lamps near the bed heads, hair in the sink and grime on the doors. We requested a king size bed, non-smoking, pet friendly room. We got what is clearly a smoking room because the smell is embedded in the walls, curtains, and beds. We got a two queen bed room that I’m assuming is one of the “pet friendly” rooms, but it should not double as a smoking room. There’s damage to the walls and doors from what I’m sure were previous dogs. It just feels gross and the smell it’s disgusting. I will forever double check the room before accepting it. We got in at 2 am so I have very little fight in me, I guess a grimy bed is better than none.

staff is extra helpful and friendly here. One of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed.. highly recommend.

Everything was horrible, the smell was awful as soon as we walked in the door. The sheets had stains and cigarette burns on them. I had to leave and find a room somewhere else.

This place is disgusting. I have only been on the hotel room for a couple hours and not happy about my stay. The room is dirty, the walls have stains or boogers on the wall, one of the outlet plugs shocked us 2 time, the lights by the bed doesn’t work, there is a tissue in the peep hole of the door and a paper towel over the smoke detector. It smelled like cigarettes in the room when we walked in. Afraid to shower if I have to shower I will need to either wear shoes or shocks. Very unhappy and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotel over the last 9 years.

Ok if a little traffic noise doesn't bother you l Iike me you are good this location is off I-10 but set back off the road a bit. The room is big enough. The bed is set-up a little high and the matress is firm but soft. I did see a few roaches and the shower/bath selector did get stuck in the bath mood but got it to work. There is a Love's truck stop within walking distance and plenty of restaurants close by. All in all I would stay again due to the reasonable pet fee of $15 a night.

Free breakfast, pool, AC works well. Room doors have direct access outside. Pet friendly. Hotel staff are nice. Easy parking.

The staff was friendly! Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Noisy area by the freeway, but the rooms were soundproof.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality at this Super 8. We’ve had bad experiences at other Super 8’s in the past. We were very grateful for the quality stay at an affordable price.

The property manager was rude. They don’t have towels available until the cleaning crew arrives the next day, so you can’t take multiple showers unless you bring your own towels. My room smelled like feet.

Roaches, dirty room, uncomfortable old bed and chair. I felt like I needed to wrap myself up in protective suit just to sit in the room. It was by far the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in…and I have stayed in a lot of rooms in my life

Microwave was broken. Sheets were with stains and specks of unknown yellowish dry substances. The whole place smelled like weeds. Unable to get more clean towels. When asked about breakfast, the answer we received was "she didn't come today".

Everything was perfect, and loved that they have parking for 18 wheelers. My husband is a trucker and we had a trailer with us and we were worried we wouldn't have space to park and come to find out we had plenty of space. Not only that, they have specials for CDL drivers. We highly recommend and the staff was really nice, he was even joking with us. Its also close to the main truck stops like Loves, and TA.

No breakfast as advertised, not even coffee in the lobby. The lobby was locked off, had to use plexiglass window to talk to front desk, did not answer phone so had to walk up to front desk every time to communicate to a staff that was not very knowledgeable, and thus not helpful at all. The room was ok and clean.

Its a roadside Motel. Easy acess off the highway. No frills. Still, it is what you need, a bed, tv and bathroom. Also a refridge and microwave. It was very clean, so that was nice. There was a little damage to the tub spout, but not bad.

Water could have been a little warmer.

First night was terrible. Noisy neighbors. Got little sleep. They moved us to a better room away from everyone for the remainder of our stay and it was so much better. We really appreciated that. Good stay for the price, for sure

The front desk was horrible serve and rude. I will never stay there ever again. We end up checking out a day early

The TV was not working at all.

I didn’t like that the woman at the front desk made a photo copy of my credit card. When I asked her about it she said it would be destroyed when I checked out. When I checked out the man wouldn’t destroy it he said they would do it later. I’ve never had a motel make a copy of my card and it makes me very uncomfortable that they have a copy of the front and back of my card.

The house keeping lady knocked one-time and came in and I was naked I'm like dam I think I deserve some of my money back then I got back to my room bed wasn't made up and I didn't have no soap in there and no clean wash towels

Horrible. No hot water. They will steal money from you claiming it is a “cleaning” fee. Cockroaches in our room. And the man up front is very rude. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

They cancelled our reservation before we ever got to the property! Checked in at 3:30 and said they charged our card and got declined before we ever even stepped foot on the property, so they cancelled our room!!

The main staff were great. But the maid was horrible..she told us twice that we had 30 minutes to leave ..when we had already paid for our room...then every day after would just walk in our room without knocking. She would only do this immediately after one of our cars left..the office.. Great people would only say at our complaint

The man at desk was rude. They don’t clean room if staying more than one night. The room smelled sour from air conditioner leaking in floor wetting half the room.

Weekend get away

Checkin was slow and basic details like breakfast timings,wifi password were not provided.There are no towels and toiletries in the room.The room was too hot and would not cool down even after turning it to 60F. Basically the room was not ready to be checked in. I would not expect this from Super8 and it is a serious impact to the brand. It makes me think about not booking any Super8 ever at any of the US locations.

Carpet was filthy, our feet black after just an hour in the room. Beds were not made, blankets on chair and in a wad on bed. Ricky took care of having someone come help me dress the beds. He washed the left, dirty blankets and gave them back later. He brought 2 new pillows to replace stained pillows that were left uncovered. Ricky was very nice and did over and above what I asked. The anti slip strip had peeled up a lot in the shower and the whole bathroom gets wet when using the shower. Need anti slip all over tile not just in shower. It was quiet, no trouble while there. Also need to move the desk further from the door as a wheel chair in takes more room.

Never stay there again. It was worth 20 bucks to stay in this motel if that. I told the desk guy y’all will be getting a bad review and he didn’t say a word. It’s worth paying a little more for anything better I think.

It was quiet and very neat,the staff was helpful and a good location.

Was supposed to pay at check in but hotel charged my credit card before I arrived. Bedding had stains. No TV remote, then remote didn't work, then TV didn't work. Microwave smelled bad. Hair in sink. Breakfast started late. Front desk staff was never at front desk and when they were they were on their cell phones.

Great place for a day or two. Breakfast was okay, consisted of pastries and such vs hot continental. Bonus! They had a waffle maker and McDonalds is nearby if needed. Hot water in the shower was great and the water pressure was good too. I would stay here again if I needed to.

I wasn't expecting much out of this hotel but I just needed a place to sleep for a single night and I am grateful it was only one night. There was a towel hanging from the back of the bathroom door, so I don't think they cleaned the bathroom properly. The bed sheets had holes. This hotel also claims to have HBO, not a big deal for me because only sleeping one night, but HBO service has been cancelled is the message you get when you try to watch it.

This is a simple hotel, no frills, but very clean, a comfortable bed, and all the amenities one really needs. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

There is an airport right behind the hotel that is extremely loud. We went for the continental breakfast and there was only cereal and toast to eat. They were out of coffee and the lady didn't seem to know how to make more. The coffee maker in the room didn't work properly and burned me with steam twice.

Great service Great affordable and sensible pricing! Nice family run establishment. Do not spread this around too much as I plan to use this as my favorite hotel when visiting Houston. The next door truck stop has great fruit!

Bathtubs painted and peeling, very slippery. 3 flat pillows asked for a few more they said no. Booked smoking room after getting there found out all were on second floor. I just had spine surgery so we took 1st floor room husband smoked outside. The mgr came by and wanted to spray poison for "roaches" we requested not with us in room mgr got mad slammed our room door. Between 2 motels we spent a lot of money for terrible service and no comfort.

I travel a lot for my job and I have stayed in 5 star and then 1 star motels. This is a great stay for business or vacation. Conveniently located to ! 20 and the 360 hwy. Plenty of fast food in the area and it is quiet all day and all night.

It was horrible and I asked for a refund directly from the hotel and was advised to contact hotels.com because that's who the reservation was made through. Made contact with hotels.com and the representative was augmentive and failed to follow through with my needs. I've been a member for years but lately I've been getting poor customer service

Went there to get away from phone calls all through the night. It was so quiet that I got a really great nights sleep.

Room had sockets that didn't work, and area looked like a rubbish tip. Also, booked a smoking room through this site but was told they were a no smoking motel.
