Loved the whole stay, room super clean and house cleaning was awesome, little disappointed pics showed pool w like fountain thing and wasn’t working and the ice was only on first floor, also eggs an sausage for breakfast was not the greatest, but other then those minor things didn’t change my experience I had a great stay.

Breakfast was good....didn't like the protein the 2nd day.....location was good We had to change rooms....there was a strange odor in the first room . The location of the TV could have been better.

When we got there the receptionist was so friendly. We got our rooms quickly. When we got to our room the AC was not working we called downstairs and we were moved to a new room within 10 mins. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel! Loved the separated bathroom and shower, each had a sink! Very efficient for multiple people getting ready.

My room was very clean, and staff are wonderful! Always had breakfast ready. The only thing I would say was the bed was a little hard and pillow wasn’t comfortable.

There were only 2 ice machines and only 1 worked for the whole hotel. There was only 1 set of washer/dryer. The dryer broke halfway thru our stay. We were there for a baseball tournament and this made it more difficult. The rooms were good.

On our first night, we discovered trash and dirty socks behind the towels in the restroom. The A/C was malfunctioning all night long. There were no other rooms available to switch to. They did manage to move us to another room the next day, and again we also found trash in that room. The front desk promised us a discount for the first night, but when we checked out, they couldn't honor it. Not cool when you make a promise to a customer. I won't be coming back here again.

We had a leak in the bathroom when we checked in and within monitors we were moved to another room. The staff was excellent

The bed was not firm enough & the floodlight outside our window was so bright,we could not adjust the curtains to keep the light out. Didn't sleep very well with the light in the room.

Only the breakfast was good We stayed here as a family of five and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We booked a room with two queen beds and a trundle sofa for five guests. Our first room (220) had serious maintenance issues. The cold water tap only produced extremely hot, almost boiling water, the bathroom sink stopper was broken, and the basin would not drain. We informed the front desk before leaving for Galveston. We were told that a note would be left for the next staff member and that our room would be changed when we returned. However, when we came back around midnight, the front desk staff was rude and took a long time to arrange another room. We expected everything to have been prepared in advance so we could simply move our belongings. The second room (320) was unacceptable because it still had maintenance equipment inside. We were then moved to room 213, where the toilet flush was not working. After moving all of our luggage again, we had to switch to a fourth room (205). Although the flush worked there, it still wasn't functioning properly. To make matters worse, despite booking for five people, the room only had bedding for four. When I called the front desk, I was told to come downstairs to collect the extra bedding myself. Instead of providing a proper comforter or blanket, I was handed a thin sheet. When I politely requested a thicker blanket, I was told, "This is all we have." There were plenty of empty rooms, including the rooms we had just vacated, which had extra quilts, but there was no effort to help us. The lack of customer service, poor attitude, and repeated room changes made what should have been a relaxing stay extremely stressful, especially while traveling with small children. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the way they were handled was disappointing. We spent our night moving between four different rooms instead of resting.

Loved my stay at this Springhill Suites. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. This was personal travel but I do travel a lot for work and stay in really nice hotels. This one ranks way up there on the “I’ll stay here again” list!

Have stayed here multiple times when traveling. It’s clean and staff are very friendly & kind. The free breakfast is so good they have a wide variety of stuff. 10/10

The staffed went above and beyond to make our stay incredible, it’s a really nice to stay at and the pool was awesome and amenities close by.

The adjoining rooms are limited so we didn’t get one. There is no hot tub that is pictured. Other than that, it was great!

Really liked the room which was unique in comparison to many other places. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a box of tissues as our allergies were kicking during our stay. The breakfast was very good. Check in was good and the young lady was very polite and made a point of calling me by name. Not much other interaction.

Would have given a better review of the breakfast was better. The coffee was lukewarm at best, eggs were a big clump, and oatmeal was swimming in a pool of water.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was clean, the hotel was clean, breakfast was great and staff was so friendly. The only negative I have is the indoor pool was freezing. It was set to 84 degrees but the pool room was freezing. If the room would be set up to be warm then the pool wouldn't be so cold. Unfortunately we couldn't swim but maybe 10 minutes because it was too cold.

Everything was very nice, room was clean and modern. Staff was very nice and professional. Only thing that was not excellent is that on google, it shows pictures of a hot tub but to my surprise, it no longer exists. There are new tiles and a table with chairs where it used to be. I enjoy hot tubs after working long hours in the shipyards to relax and help my body reset. Other than that, I will stay here again because its very conveniently located and over all great quality

I did not stay at your hotel because you would not change my dates to the dates I actually wanted to stay, I've been in San Antonio since the 3rd.

I love the rooms and the toilet was separate from the shower was a plus for me.Only thing i didnt like was the swimming pool water was so cold.But i loved the hotel.

The back door entrance remains unlocked for anyone to enter without a key into facility. The trash cans in hallways were always overflowing and dirty. We had 2 large roaches in our room as well. The water was turned off for 2 consecutive hours on Friday from 11 A.M. until 2:00P.M. Without notification. And a 60$ hold on my credit card I refunded back to me. Please do better.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was really nice and breakfast had a great selection. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only problems we ran into was shower had some sort of stain on the floor like a bug had been squished but not cleaned up, and the water was turned off at night (due to maintenance by the city- so not the hotel’s fault, but we wished there would have been notice given, if possible, once the hotel staff knew- we called down and were told.)

When something wasn’t right, it was remedied with in about 15 minutes.

This hotel is our go to when visiting family. Its clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and comfy beds.

We had a great time! The hotel is always nice and everyone has such an excellent spirit. I only had one minor complaint. On Friday the water pitcher had lemons in it but on Saturday there wasn’t lemons in the water! Minor indeed!

Was a really nice hotel with comfortable beds. Little things like bathroom and shower room door didnt latch properly, but they did work. The indoor pool was a little cold, but not unbearable. Overall, I would stay here several times over. Good location, room had all the amenities needed, decent breakfast, and plenty of space!

I booked this hotel because it advertised a bar. Bar wasn't open the night I stayed. Big clean rooms. Not good value for money.

I had a great stay the only problem was the security guard was being weird constantly trailing me and my bf yes he smokes but we’re not harming no one nor bothering anyone and never came back smelling like the smoke or anything. He clearly knew we had a room there but walking up on my vehicle, looking in my vehicle and then parking next to me and doing the most was just too much he needs to do better because it was not that serious

We were at a ladies conference in Highlands. We very much enjoy this hotel. The only thing that we do not like is there’s not enough light in either one of the bathrooms. The beds are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is wonderful.

Horrible experience! Our car was stolen from their parking lot and they supposedly have security patrol but didn't notice. Manager never picked up the phone when the police came to the hotel to make the report adding that the night staff didn't even care much.
