Home2Suites did not tell me an additional charge of $20 would be added to our rate until our bank was billed for it even before we arrived. I asked the receptionist when we arrived what the extra $20 was for and she said incidentals and it would be given back to us after we checked out. So, upon checking out I asked the new receptionist and she didn't know anything about it. Upon her calling the manager, she didn't know anything about it either. So, I asked them to give me something in writing that it would be given back to me and they balked. Finally the receptionist said she would hand write me a note. I said no it must be in an email fr Home2Suites. So she sent me one. Not sure if I'll get it back or not.

Accessible roll in shower with shower bench. Full size icebox, dishwasher, dishes. Staff was awesome and knowledgeable about their job.

Only one treadmill worked in the gym.

gave exceptional customer service. Julia who set up the rooms for our group and the conference room for our meet and great and party night at the hotel. Daniel you was on duty the night our family of 45 showed up checked in and came together to greet each other, eat and play games. Daniel was very helpful that Friday 17 Jul. The rooms were roomy, comfortable and clean. There was a good size fridge, plates, microwave and dishwasher. The overall experience was excellent.

The staff and the breakfast bar in the morning were the highlight of the stay.

Mr Patel welcomed us and the hotel was like home esp our room. Cozy, peaceful, clean and quiet.

Rooms seem to be recently upgraded but my main issues were, the water pressure was almost non-existent. Shower barely puts out any stream. And the other issue was the mildew smell in the room. It was faint but noticeable and bothered me.

Amazing I don’t want to leave The best Hotel in Baytown.

Had to wait for 20 mins at 1130 pm until desk clerk came from back room on cell phone. Other than that it was fine

This is my favorite hotel in baytown. Im in and out for the towboats and always pick here when i need a place for the night

My family and I enjoyed our stay. However our room and some deficiencies. The air conditioner was rusting, the shower had molding spots, the walls had cracks, and the carpet was stained. I didn’t voice my concerns at the hotel because those concerns can be resolved easily.

Odd blend of clean room with great a/c and maintenance upkeep needed. Signs of prior water damage. Wallpaper separation from the walls, odd red spots stain on ceiling. A lot of furniture but since it was supposed to be handicap accessible some of it was in the way. Advertising a pool but not currently available to public til later in the year according to management. Wish they mentioned that on their website. Booked a king with a roll in shower and did not have when I arrived. They say it is because I booked through Expedia instead of their website. Staff was nice but not much they could do. Over all a “alright” place if you don’t have too high of expectations. Bed was clean and a/c worked super well.

I have 4 different incidental charges no one could explain. The young lady that worked nights was awesome however the day shift is not so friendly and they act like you are a bother.

The air-conditioning unit sounded like a harley davidson when running. Now cold air on top of it. They also said no acceptable room was avaliable like the one we booked. We had to get a refund and book at holiday inn across road. Very disappointed after driving 6 hours and ready for rest.

Everything is always upheld to the highest standard. Me and my fiancé love staying here knowing we can worry less about the small things and enjoy our stay

We booked a room with two queens through hotels.com and when we got there they only had a king available.

Clean room, good amenities but the breakfast was not to great. It was very basic, cereal, oats, waffles. There was eggs but very cold, bread was hard and the cheese was hard too.

The rooms are clean spacious and pet friendly. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Only light in bathroom was the fan, loud. Great shower. Quiet area. Breakfast items were running out and staff was not replacing. Cleaning staff very friendly and efficient.

1. Reception clerk called out my Room # while a male guest stood a mere inch from my roommate. That was security breach 2. WiFi was out of service when we came into room. And, 3. Your Continental breakfast was no breakfast! Hardly any food, and Zero fruits.

Very clean room and friendly staff. The juices at breakfast, tasted very watered down. Otherwise, we had a great start for an out of town high school football game where my daughter is on the drill team. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything went ok. AC quit during night but it was our last night so just got hot in room while preparing to leave. Room smelled like smoke although it states it’s a non smoking floor. They tried to cover up smell with cleaners but then just smelt like smoky cleaning chemicals. Asked for room cleaning when we left for a day and wasn’t done. But it was safe and secure. Breakfast wasn’t very good either. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was good but the room did not have a dish washer like stated in the website. The shampoo bottle did not work. And the tv had limited channels not cable tv.

When I got there around 10:pm no one was at the front desk, had to wait 5-10 minutes for some one to help me out, they came out of the back.

the stay was okay. the air conditioning stopped working mid stay & had to wait until the next day to get a/c! also, only had one washer & one dryer. the night front desk lady was always on the phone, barely greeted us. other than that the room was nice & the area as well. close to many food places & stores.

Property says full kitchen when they don’t even have a stove or a way to cook!

I paid $250 for a room of 5 which only accommodated 4. The hotel has a smell and the fitness center needs serious renovation. I won’t stay here again.

This place was exceptional. From the comfort and cleanliness of the room, to the friendly hospitality and atmosphere I was impressed. The free continental breakfast had a variety of delicious options for adults and children.

Room was very spacious perfect for our family. The room was set at the perfect temperature when we arrived and they even had a welcome sign on the tv for me. Thought it was very special.

Everything okay however we booked room for use of pool the pool was closed our whole stay disappointed no pool was available

It was not what was advertised, no pool. However free breakfast and free laundry over compensated.

Over all great, bad thing was the fact that pool was closed.

The young lady at the reservation desk was very nice. She made me feel welcome. Beautiful smile. The room was more than i expected. Very spacios and quite. I only stayed one night as a stop over but i will definitely stay here again.

We a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but the didn't refill when asked. They say we're out with 30 minutes left in the breakfast operations hours. The pool and gym were awesome.

Breakfast has very few options and not refills until we ask them. Pool and gym is closed. Rooms are spacious and clean.

I had to change rooms 3 times because the tv didnt work. Ice machines were broke on 1st and second floor so had to hike up to the 3rd floor for ice. Elevators were down. The poor young women at the front desk was completly over worked and i had to wait. The only thing that kept me here was the ac

Gamble WAS AMAZING he went above and beyond to help when he did have to. Total nightmare situation and he was calm collected and present for every customer while working also to accommodate where he did not have to! Can not say enough !!
