Kitchen everything was good & the room was being cleaned daily

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk lady was so rude as well. It was distrusting and disgusting. My door was open as if someone got in on purpose and the whole property smelled like piss.

It’s quiet and convenient Has mold in all the rooms

We had a roof over our head Every day for 3 weeks the vent went off and woke and my daughter up even on work nights

manager is the worst rude for no reason i mean she was horrible. she asked me how to spell my name when she had my ID i spelled it she asked again i thought she was trying to verify my identity or if something was off so i asked after 1st time if something was wrong she just jumped all over me like i am suppose to know she got bad eyes. I misplaced my liscense and walked past here and just said did i leave my license at desk again she was liek dont ask me check with person at desk even though she checked me in and would know. th eice machine didnt work and the couch in room was dirty and people were in chairs outside there rooms a lot a bunch of people must live their

They.kicked me out and banned me for filing Expedia complaints when I had proof for all damages my wifi also was assaulted and they did nothing about it .. lawsuit is in effect for negligent security and premises liability

I had to make arrangements short notice because the motel I had arrangements with did not have rooms for wheelchair accessibility. Chrystal Inn made arrangements with no problem.

Breakfast albeit a continental one sucked. Weak apple juice and a tiny very cheap cinnamon roll. Fresh paint and flooring but cigarette burns in sheets and on faux marble shower enclosure and first opened door it smelled od cigarettes...this is a non smoking hotel. At the low price it's ok.

Hotel promotes no smoking and there will be a fine of 250 if you do. First room shown smelled like cigarettes it was literally coming out the walls the smell. The second room they tried to accommodate and it still smelled like cigarettes. Instantly gave my husband a migraine. Who wants to sleep like that! If you are a person who just wanted a place to sleep for that night do not waste your money unless you like sleeping through cigarettes smell.

The room was clean but there was no working ice machine. Breakfast consisted of a couple of honey buns even the coffee machine was broken. People sat outside our room all night I don't think I'd come back.

Room smelled like weed smoke. Only thing the clerk told me on check in was no smoking and no drugs, then I entered the room and it reeked of weed smoke. The toilet was also broken. Went back to the office to let her know and she denied what I was telling her. This is 30 mins after checking in. Two nights I stayed because I prepaid and no one ever came to fix the toilet, which overflowed sometime in the 2nd night. Staff doesnt care. Room stank. Broken toilet with no repair. Bout sums it up.

The room is great, housekeeping is good but i clean my own room even though, I know tgst will do it without a problem great Hotel to stay a very reasonable prices, & staff great customer service always smiling & polite make sure u have everything you need.

Room was great, big beds, very help and courteous. FYI, the bed in 220 is very squeaky so watch out stay to the left and you can bounce with no problem.

No Bedding on the bed, just a sheet, there was a roach on the side table, people are always lurking around all night walking back and forth, couple drug deals. There was duct tape on the curtains smoke detector ripped off door didn’t lock. Will not be back.

Every time I come down to Houston from my vacation home, I’ll stop at the Regency. It’s OK and the staff are awesome but just be careful with that little Indian lady in the front she is a handful. She talk mess, but she’s only trying to get everybody straightened up she act like she wanna be somebody mama everybody else cool

The rooms are spacious. The breakfast could be a lot better. Every time I stay here not sure the cleaning lady's name but she's the best shes very patient and gives you what you need like bedding and if you wanna do it yourself she helps you

but around the kitchen and desk had small roaches pop up randomly. And the bathroom vent fan didn’t work. Apparently they knew about the exhaust fan because the day we were leaving maintenance knocked on our door to come fix it. (I was going to report about the exhaust when I was checking out) also just had a couple dummies hanging around outside which made me feel my room or car could get broken into when I’m not around it. Don’t leave anything expensive inside room.

The room was bigger than I expected and clean. It was quiet and the ice and vending machines worked! For a low cost hotel, it exceeded my expectations. I had a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave.

The hotel did not have a hot tub as advertised. The rooms were dirty . Our toilet was broke the entire time we were there and they came twice to fix it . The room was nothing like the pictures showed on the website . They seemed to cater more to local people who didn’t have anywhere else to stay . Everyone we came back out key didn’t work and had to be reset and they asked if I paid for anthor night . The breakfast had no juice only water coffee and frozen waffles oh and some stale cereal and aldi pre wrapped muffins . The pool was disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned . I would aka for a refund but it clearly states no refunds now I know why .

The stay was very good, I had a kitchenette, that was roomy. I had a comfortable king size bed, a good living space with a desk for doing computer work or gaming.

Moldy smell, staff sprayed air freshener. I prepaid for the room and requested a wheelchair accessible room (in writing through this app) and they didn't have one available so they gave me a room that I couldn't use the key on (faulty door lock). Staff had to use main key.

The room was clean. The water pressure was poor. The toliet didnt flush or fill back up with water. The managers on duty were polite, not very informative. Everything on their website was not true. Will not ever stay there again.

First room we were in had mold on the wall and the carpet in the room was wet. It had a molded smell. The next room we had to get the front desk person to open our door cause the key mechanism was messed up. Their continental breakfast was honey buns. Then they said the only days you could get anything was on the weekends. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we will never stay there again even if it is free.

It was good. When we arrived there were people wondering around the parking lot randomly. It was a late arrival, so, it was already 11:30 pm. The room was good. There was a random burnt mark on the wall the size of a volleyball, near the door just over the electrical outlet. This was a bit concerning, but we just did not use that plug, so not really a big deal, other than appearance wise.

The staff were attentive. The property was not well kept. The pool was not clear, it was green. The breakfast was only cereal. The people were allowed to dry there clothes on the stair wells.

It was clean and well kept. I didnt like that when i checked in the lady working tried to make me pay again and then when i cslled her on it she put me and my paraplegic girlfriend on the second floor knowing there wasnt a elevator and then proceeded to trll me that if i wanted a handicapped room i would have to pay more.

The room was in good shape for the price amount. There were loud and suspicious people outside the property, but the price of the room entices all sorts of people.

Hotel room was dirty, smelled of strong smoke, holes in the furniture and bedding. Talked to the lady at the front desk, when checking out because of these issues and she stated we could have our money back for two of the three night then lied and did not return the money!! Stay away!!

Check in was great. We stayed two nights and our room was clean when we got back from our day out. Which was nice. The room itself was not that great. Beds were not comfortable. Carpet in room was dirty looking. Bathroom was clean and the appliances (fridge and microwave) were too. Overall not bad for the price.

Hotel was fairly decent, mattress was pretty bad, didn’t get the room I booked, asked for a king got a double kitchenette with no cooking supplies. No curtains for privacy on the windows and there was mold on the sheet curtain.

Called ahead for a 1st floor room. Did nit have one ready. So they didnt give me a room as per my reservations. Ac did nit work properly. No blackout curtains.

The carpet has not seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. Parking lot full of thugs all night making noise and doing what ever. I was charged more at check in than the total was on hotels.com, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!
