The best part was I was able to park in front of the room. There was an eyelash on the wall, carpet had a huge burn in it by the door and mold everywhere. I’m pissed I paid 96 dollars when this is clearly a 50 dollar room IF THAT!!!!!!

It was clean and the location was very conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants. They only offer WiFi television. Nothing local which barely worked. The room was extremely hot upon arrival. We had to let the air conditioner run for a while before it was comfortable enough to sleep.

Before we could unload our bags (like 5 minutes)the worker was calling the room asking us to move the car. “Patience is a virtue” The outside of motel was bland. The room looked nice and recently updated….. until you got to the bathroom. The curtain was ripped at the top and looked like it had been on the ground during an oil change. The bathroom door was dusty and we had to put some of the terrible lotion from the room on the hinges to stop the creaking. The 2 towels were nice. The mini fridge made so much noise I had to turn it off. The bed was so hard my husband slept in the car and I got on the couch. It was so late and we were too tired to go anywhere else.

This was the worst ever. When we got in the room I noticed that the security lock on the door frame was some what loose. Well I opened the door to see if it would still work. Nope!!! The door frame was broken in 3 or 4 pieces. I told the front desk about it but was told there was nothing that he could do about. I did not feel safe in there with my daughter. I told him that but he said he couldn’t move us rooms since they were booked for the weekend. Room was disgusting like it had never been cleaned.

Everything was rusted to crap and walls falling apart from sweating water or something nasty trash wasnt even thrown from the night before walls were filthy i almost left immediately but couldnt lalocate another hotel in reasonable distance from where i needed to be

Room was so-so, spacious, and relatively clean, but looked kinda rundown - shower bar looked broken and ready to fall off, pieces of plaster falling off the wall. Not the best, but I guess it was ok for the $82-$91 piece I paid.

I would never stay here ever again. Linen on beds was dirty and stained, it was hair stuck to the bathroom door and in the shower. Floor was dirty food and crumbs in between bed and nightstand. Holes in the bathroom door red stains on lamp shades and food or blood stains on walls.

The check out is at 11:00 AM the housekeeper try to enter to my room at 10:00 AM. I was naked because I was just get out of the shower!!!

Dirty, smelly, surprised it is still up and running, I made a mistake by booking this place. Will not repeat it.

Air conditioner did not work at all. Not much lighting in the room. Not very nice as customer service. Hopefully we will not have to come back to the hotel..

For a non smoking place it stunk like smoke, burn holes in bedspread and burn marks on floor...

We paid for two nights and got moved from our room with our notification and didn’t get some of our stuff back. All of our stuff was in an out bag in the office.

Our crew rented 3 rooms for 3 nights. None of the remote controls were programmed to the TV’s. One room smelled so bad, we had to move. Breakfast was advertised but they didn’t serve breakfast. We won’t be staying at Scottish Inns again. Very disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Room was in poor condition. Water damage in bathroom, old mattress that was broken down. Other guests yelling outside all night long. Lots of police activity in the area.

Breakfast was not Included, and room service was Not offered.

Needed more cleanliness There were crickets and some other jumping bugs on the floor. Room didn’t have a pleasant smell. I expected more for paying $145 for the night. Will not stay at a Scottish inn anymore

It was good however I had to clean the filters off for the air conditioning unit and the microwave wasn’t clean but I would give them 3 1/2 stars ⭐️

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There were ppl in the parking lot all night yelling and fighting and gun shots at 3 am. Management did nothing and the cops were not even called. We did not want to leave due to all the ppl outside and didn’t want to get caught in cross fire if they decided to shoot again! I got absolutely no sleep all night and all management said the next morning was sorry and they didn’t know who did it so they didn’t call the cops! I asked for some kind of return of my money and they said there was nothing they would do! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL FOR ANY REASON!!!!

Filthy & ran down room. I have pictures and videos. Stains on sheets and blankets. Random stranger walked into my room. I called front desk to notify and he hung up on me. I had been driving 13 hours or I would have left. Horrible area and police there all night. Absolutely a nightmare.

Absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rating does not even remotely reflect condition of property. I stay in hotels between 100-200 nights a year all over the country and this is the worst. Sheets and pillow cases are not clean or changed. Rude staff. Mold in shower and on shower curtain. Advertise free breakfast and don’t have a free breakfast

I have stayed here before and was great I actually bought Comet cleaned the bathtub ring out of it hairdryer didn't work mini fridge well let's say someone must have torn it up or took parts for themselves no coke machine and when I booked it stated breakfast included no breakfast no juice..

The cleanliness was a -1000 negative unbelievable and was disgusting. Please take that Hotel off your list. Towels were dirty and it did not meet the adequate need. We had to stay there because we were already late for our event.

They didn't acomadate me on a down stairs room and fridge was full of food and drinks from previous guest 2 night stay they didn't clean or provide me with extra towels they always open your door to notify you its almost 11 which is very rude.

The hotel room was comfortable. On the website and on our first night we were told there was a continental breakfast in the morning. There was no breakfast. We stayed for three nights. It is a good hotel for one or maybe two nights, but if I were staying longer, I would find another place. The room had all the necessary amenities (except hangers, and the front desk clerk said there were none available). There is no pool or outdoor seating area, so we had to stay in our room while we were there.

One of the trash can had no liner and was full of garbage. There was black mascara or hair dye around the bathroom. Lastly, the smoke detector was covered with plastic wrap.

Just to note in case you have a preference: Bed are firm / extra firm Mini fridge is in unit Microwave is in unit No ice available (that I saw, and no ice bucket) Tv has a roku so lots of watch options Iron / board in unit Building right next to freeway, but heard 0 freeway noise Didn't have a "do not disturb" door hanger? Taco place with margaritas right across from the hotel, so bonus.

When we pulled into the parking lot, the hotel, and area, looked old and run down. The guy behind the counter took my id and credit card. My wife felt uncomfortable and we asked to see the room. He said no the hotel does not allow it. We could look at pictures but that was it. We left for another hotel.

Traffic coming and going, doors opening and shutting. ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT. So very noisy. I couldnt sleep. The CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST was a MUFFIN. That’s it. Spend a little more money and go someplace worth it. SO DISSAPOINTED.

I got two rooms and the worker there was trying to charge me for an extra room. Then my daughter finds a opened gronola bar under the bed. Some towels had stains. Overall it was ok.

The room is nice, clean, and comfortable. Parking is convenient. There is plenty of places to eat around the hotel. There is no Do Not Disturb signs in the room. Housekeeping barely knocks before they enter your room at 8 in the morning. I've never had housekeeping try to clean my room so early especially on a Saturday morning when I didnt have to be anywhere until 11.

As soon as I walked in my room there was smell of urine on the small couch. The fridge door did not work. As I walked into the restroom it was full of hair which was very disturbing because it was all over the tub and it looked like it had not been cleaned in a few days at least. The toilet bowl was filled with dirt. I did not bother to tell front desk. I was very tired and just decided to get cleaning supplies and used my personaly spray to make the urine smell go away. I placed the cover from the bed on the small couch to also cover the smell and to be able to sit down without being grossed out.

It was okay,clean room, bed was comfortable. My kid loved all the channels for the tv. Walls are too thin could hear everything in the next room. Other than it was a nice stay.

We reserved the hotel and paid the protection plan, we arrived at the hotel and the indian lady at the desk denied us because we werent 21. The next day we saw that we still had got charged for the hotel but we didnt even stay in it. The lady denied us right away, literally kicked us out when she found out we werent 21. I dont know why most hotels got this policy where you're required to be 21 and older to book a room, you can vote at 18 and pay taxes and go to war but cant get a hotel room? Yea thats bs

The property was clean, easy to access from the highway, and all in all very nice. The pillows and bedding was clean and comfortable. The internet was reliable. I will stay here again. I actually did stay an extra night.

And furthermore she demanded a $50 deposit aside from the higher rate that she had made up on the spot. After that unprofessionalism we decided to drive 5 more minutes and stayed in a real hotel.

Clean and the staff was kind

I saw a little bug maybe a flea or gnat. I’m not sure. Whatever it was I don’t like it. I didn’t get bit by anything so I’m not complaining too much. Rooms were okay. TV a decent size but no tilt or turn and the placement of it in my room was off to the right of the bed slightly. Kind of annoying but for the price not bad at all. Water takes a little while to heat but it was fine. A/c and heat worked just fine.
