This place is a joke!! Stayed here while relocating to Austin for work worst experience ever. Make sure if you do stay here you don’t accidentally forget something in the room cause they will not give it back to you.

Everything about this hotel is great me and my husband have been basically living here for well over a month and it's the best studio 6 by far. The staff is amazing. There's not one of the staff members that has disappointed me yet. No roaches or gnats. But the best part is the ducked off feel of the location and the quietness here is so peaceful. I actually feel safe here no matter day or night I never go outside and feel like I have to look over my shoulder. I highly recommend this location. The manager Alex and one of her workers Cheyenne always makes me feel like we're old friends. Very accommodating and very attentive to your needs.

i had to book at the last minute, so I like the ease of booking quick. older property and long term stays made the room a bit worn and the bedding was very questionable. it has cigarette wholes and I was not sure if i would get bed bugs or not.

There was roaches in the motel! The small brown ones! Eeew.

Ok place but just needs to address cleaning and bad smell. Fairly strong musty and other smells if I’m holding back. Good 😌 lace to survive for the night.

I got one of the new renovated rooms. Very nice!!! The floors are nice and the kitchen is in amazing shape. The bathroom was great as well. Very impressed, especially for the price!

Awful place

This was a great low price option. The room was pretty good, the bathroom worked, there was a kitchen, and the bed worked great. The place doesn’t smell the best all the time, but it met my needs and the staff was great. The WiFi was also pretty reliable as well.

Room needed some paint. Stove was dirty. Everything else was great.

But very nice staff. Would not send my worse enemy.

Broken coffee maker and stove Was moved to another room. Coffee maker also broken.

Room was dirty, trash was still in there and stuff all over the wall. The bathtub and toilet had black gunk all over it and fridge didn’t work properly. Had to keep going to the front desk because room key would stop working after each use. Would not recommend

The rooms not cleaned good, saw some pest too. Over all it is good hotel for the price. Expecting more would not be fair, you get what you paid for. I needed a bed and a shower and I got those.

I didn’t stay that night we whent to get another hotel ..about 15 mins after we meaning my husband and 3 kids got to the room they (office) call my husband to complain like come on we are getting our luggage out of the SUV and obviously we are making noises but oh well

I have to say that they have the best staff, very kind and understanding but the room was not clean and had roaches, like a lot. We were planning to stay two nights but had to leave because it was too much. The place was quiet, the locations is very good, quick access to the 183 and plenty of restaurants and stores around.

Beautiful property with lots of trees. I requested and stayed in tge same room on my previous trip. Private and quiet. Convenient location.

Very nice and clean room and the extended stay Guest were very nice friendly and respectful The office staff was great very professional and it appears that they have good relationships with the extended stay guest.Overall I would rate everything a 10 out of 10

The faucet in the sink wasn't even attached! Run away!

Honestly great price for the area

Neighbor next door yelled and screamed at thier crying child for hours. I went to the office to tell them and the young attendant was hesitant to do anything. I explained I was concerned for the child’s safety. I called 911 around 11 PM as the yelling and screaming crying started back up. There was no shampoo. Only 2 bars of soap. Obviously this room was previously neglected/torn up. My parents stayed here a few years ago and a friend in town as well. Both those rooms and experiences were positive.

It's not like bug spray and I saw cockroaches

For one person who was out and about in the city, I didn't mind this option for myself during the weekend. I felt safe coming at night. I would say the area is about 25 mins away from downtown Austin activities so I was aware of that prior to booking.

This place is a dump. Only stayed the night as no place else to go. Room reasonably clean. Bed okay but up against the air conditioner. Difficult to get out of bed and nobody needs cold air in their face while sleeping. Staff okay.

Our stay was good! The man at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze! Our room was nice as well. The curtains were very wrinkled and the two covers on the bed had holes in them, but they were clean. Also, there was no iron in the room. I also forgot that we needed our own silverware and dishes. Other than that, I will stay here again. I also liked that they had bbq pits on the premises.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property has clean rooms, beautiful trees and is well maintained. My room was nice, quiet, and private being an end unit. I would definitely stay here again.

Please note the shower was leaking steadily with mold around the tub.

Day clerk (middle aged Latina) illegally barred me from my room - night redhead clerk is accommodating and nice.

Front desk clerk (Latina middle-aged) was unfair, unprofessional. Regional mgr was unconcerned and did not offer a solution or help.

The room was great and staff was great. The property was gorgeous and location was perfect.

Cockroaches and front desk going to accommodate a slight change in plan

The ac barely worked, there was dust all over the bathroom sink like no one had been in there but the tub paint was patchy and old however while showering the spackle or paint they tried to resurface with was all over me when my body touched the shower wall like it was just coming off. And there was German roaches.

AC Was not very powerful and took a while to cool or heat. But did get it cold and hot eventually. Inconvenient if you are planning on visiting and having family/friends stop in. All adults have to sign in if visiting even if just 15 minutes. Staff was accommodating enough to move me downstairs when asked. Water temperature in shower was very tricky. Either hot or cold. Bathroom sink came out like a pressure washer and soaked everything every time I forgot to not use it and ended up using kitchen sink. Stove and microwave and fridge/ freezer worked well and were nice. Plenty of outlets and lighting. Curtains did well to keep light out of room.

Guy checking me in was super nice. Room was clean parking lot was clean. Great location for the price. Couldn’t ask for more

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But motel 6 I’ve stayed at so far. The only thing I difmy like it’s it took close to 10 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower. Seems like a lot of wasted water.

The room was horrible. I had to change my 1 at room because there was no hot water. I changed rooms and the 2 ND room the toilet never flushed properly after having someone come out 4x to fix it. Both rooms were in very bad repair and dirty. The stove was broken, i had to request a microwave brought in, the smell was awful. I had to purchase and burn a candle the entire time i was in the room. I purchased my own sheets and and blankets because i refused to sleep on the being and the bed was very uncomfortable. I stayed there a total of 9 nights and not once was my trash emptied, sheets changed, room cleaned or anything. The staff was very nice and helpful when there was a problem, but nothing was ever fixed and no attempt was ever made to offer a discount which i found to be very disappointing. I am staying in Austin for business until mid January but have obviously upgraded my hotel stay and will not be returning to this property or another one under this umbrella. Very disappointed that i wasted my money and would have left sooner had i been able to get a refund.

It smelled bad, also smelled like weed, blankets and sheets had holes, and there were cockroaches.

If they attempt to place you on the backside of the middle building, immediately request a different room. I was in 205 and smelled everyone’s weed, heard their arguments, partying, and bad ass kids running around throughout all hours of the night.

Property is quiet and parking was right by door. The rooms are good full size fridge, microwave, mini stove. Nice size TV with cable channels so I suggest marine updated renovations like smart TV but for the price no complaints.

The mattress was comfortable, the bathroom was good, just wish they hadn't removed the comfortable chairs from the rooms where one could sit and relax and study. I would stay again if I needed to.

I like this studio cause is near to my workplace but the problem is room is not clean bathtub and shower is not good but for the price is good.

Food options sucked. The bed was dirty and not made. Internet sucked real bad and buses never ran up hill. Bugs and dust is all I seen.

Very nice quiet stay

The staff were great but maint was needed immediately. The door was wide open-no key needed, water everywhere and soaked into bedding & pillows, no offer to move to different room-just had to sit&watch maint fix AC, clean up, super awkward. The room was extremely worn out like it hasn’t had a single break in 20 years so everything was battered, no time for a deep clean in a while, just turned over nonstop with emergency patches everyday. Like no pride in it or the brand at all. Staff not the problem though - they work with what they’re given and instructed-they were efficient and did great. This is about a room that’s been used too much and needs a good cleaning and repairs instead of the quick fixes all over to just turn it over one more night. Please give this room a break!
