THERE WHERE BROKE DOWN CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. THE ROOMS SMELLS LIKE ASS. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ABOUT HOW BAD THE CARPETS WHERE IN THE HOTEL AND ROOMS
- 2/5
There were hairs stuck to the bathroom walls—long and short hairs. The area behind the bathroom door was dirty, and there was mold inside the refrigerator.
- 3/5
The room was nice. The hotel was nice. The breakfast was not worth it.
- 3/5
Room quality and size, cleanliness, value, pool area Unaddressed room maintenance issues (broken faucet, non functional bulbs, no body wash); no coffee/tea maker as advertised; expensive breakfast; had to ask for complimentary parking, limited CATV channels

When I walked in, I was greeted by the front desk, who was very sweet and pleasant. However, the facility or the hotel was disheveled. Carpets were tore up stained. I got off the elevator and got a waft of marijuana in my face. I could’ve swore that there was a blood stain on the carpet right in front of the elevator the carpets all the way to my room were stained horrible walked into my room it smelt of old food and marijuana couldn’t close the window dim again carpets were tore up and stained. I immediately turned around and checked out and stayed out of Hilton.

One elevator didn’t work. The one that did work was so loud that it kept waking me up. I wasn’t close enough for the noise to be that loud. There’s a $50. hold on a credit card. There’s also a parking fee. I should have read the info on the hotel better. It may not be the hotel’s fault, but there were people in the parking lot smoking some nasty smelling stuff.

The location was a little ok. Everything was near but it was also so ghetto. I didn't get breakfast. There was a fee. All hotel do not charge for breakfast or parking. I didn't like the customer service. The floors were dirty elevator felt like it was going to breakdown. All locations I have stayed did not charge for breakfast or the parking.

It has enough flash/style to photograph well but fell short on a few details. Parking and breakfast not included. Parking $5/night - Breakfast $5-12. Of 2 elevators, 1 was out of service, The working one had scratches and graffiti on the wall and showed some wear. The rattling door did not instll confidence. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and near the sink in the room. The sink faucet was not secure. There was no soap in the shower. The TV had limited local channels with not great reception (no menu option on remote) . Other than that, it was fine for $80 but I've had better stays at Motel 6/ Las Quinta for less.

Dirty, not maintained, not 3 Star, you have to pay for parking and for poor quality breakfast, poor neighborhood and when I put a review on Google they got defensive, argumentative, and dismissive. Would not recommend!
- 2/5
I wasn't at the hotel much but when I was there I had to kill 5 roaches and the carpets had stains. when I booked it said free breakfast but when I arrived I was told that I had to pay to eat the breakfast. As far as the stay it was ok. I would not stay here again due to the cleanliness, rooms itself was ok. I would rather spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else.
- 1/5
No free breakfast and all the food that can be purchased onsite is heavily inflated by approximately 70% markup. No cups and no microwave in units. Tv reception was grainy and horrible. Only about 10 channels.
- 2/5
Room was not very clean. Pool was not maintained. Continental breakfast was changed from included to being asked to pay for it. Staff was helpful and courtious. Will not go back. Was not expecting anything fancy but was dissapointed by the lack of effort in the maintenance.

Carpet had bugs and they only gave me one half a roll of toilet paper. Shower had a lot of old hair in it. I stayed at this place twice and it was only because I checked I reserved them at the same time which was a mistake. Both rooms at each stay was exactly the same. I wouldn’t stay again but you get what you pay for.
- 2/5
This facility is way outdated. There's a certain smell of mildew as soon as you enter the room. The carpet looked like it haven't been cleaned in months or even years. The curtains in the rooms had holes all in them. There's a gap in the front door of the room as well as the joining door which led to my other issue. Bugs. Water bugs or flying roaches were crawling from the shower drain and the front door. Had to do a shake down prior to packing my bag so I wouldn't being anything back to Virginia. Addressed to the front desk and all they said was sorry. Cleanliness of the hotel is less to be desired. Sheets had stains on them, and when requested to change, front desk just stsred that there was no room service to tend to them. This lasted for the three days I stayed. It wasn't until it was time for me to checkout that room service actually showed up. Only one elevator worked since you couldn't get I've on the first floor. Plus plus the lock bolts on the doors seemed spotty like the just used loose screws to secure them. And good luck getting good TV reception with their outdated cable service and acient televisions. Only reason I selected this hotel was because it was right down the road from my mother's hospice facility. I DO NOT recommend staying here unless you have no other options.

The person in the kitchen excellent, very friendly and helped us with everything. Everything is extra charged by the very bad breakfast, the TV did not work, in the app it said that breakfast was included and that we had a coffee maker in the room and it was not like that, the elevator sounded very hard as if it were going to be damaged and the floor of the reception and the rooms dirty, the towels that leave are very few only two and also leave only one super small soap, the whole hotel did not have enough things in very bad condition, in the ice maker it had a rotten smell and it was full of rubbish. We stayed at Sonesta San Antonio and it was excellent and that's why we decided to look for him in Dallas but the experience was really terrible.

I appreciated the elevator and pully for my bags, but the ice machine was broken, and I had to hop a few floors for ice. The pool had some wrappers and dead foliage in it, the pool area itself looked very run down and had a bit of trash around. The room I had was very dingy. The floor and other fabrics around the room had large stains and the room felt very muggy. The ironing board and mirror were broken as well. But the bed was comfortable and the staff seemed upbeat and helpful.

Malísima limpieza y el desayuno horrible
- 3/5
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were nice. However, the carpet is pretty old, and every time I was on it I kept getting bitten by something all around my ankles. There was also an odd smell in the room, and the blackout curtains didn’t block much light, which isn’t ideal for someone sleeping during the day. The toilet seat was loose and kept coming off, but since I was only there to shower and sleep, it wasn’t worth having maintenance come in. The hotel is older and seems to have been renovated as well as it could be. I wouldn’t say it was awful because it wasn’t it just wasn’t a place I’d choose to book again.
- 4/5
No one was ever at the front desk! We had to wait 10 minutes every time we needed help. Only 1 of the elevators worked and it was very slow. The property is outdated. Breakfast is weird hours. I went down at 8:45am and it was already over. It was a cheap stay in a fine area. I would stay here again. Just know going in that it is outdated and you might need to wait a while every time you need help.
- 3/5
Room smelled musky and had stains all over carpet floor as well as the restroom. Beds were uncomfortable and couch had tears. There was no breakfast (probably due to limited staff) available only boiled eggs if lucky enough to get any. Parking was ok, sheets and towels were clean but overall this place needs a revamp. Staff was excellent and are clearly making the best with what is available.

This hotel needs some serious attention. It is very outdated! Carpeting/flooring looked filthy, the elevator felt like a death trap, the pool was not open, breakfast was blah, coffee was blah, etc. Our room did not have enough towels or toilet paper, no iron, the TV did not work, the A/C went out, the sheets were dingy. It was just awful. The lobby, and hallways, just very gloomy. They also need more staff and more housekeeping. This hotel is like the forgotten stepchild. I hate to write bad reviews, but this experience was just bad. Staff tried to help best they can, given the resources that they had. I'm not even complaining about the staff, just the hotel overall. Never again.

Rude front desk. She let someone check in early, but told us we couldn't til 4, wiggling her 4 fingers at us. Well we decided that this hotel was not for us, and left, to never go back

Ok hotel nothing special
- 3/5
If you’re a fan of clean rooms, I do not recommend this hotel. The first room smelled like urine (apparently the previos guest had pets) and the cleaning crew tried masking the odor with some scented spray which made it so much worse. Terrance at the front desk kindly put us another room immediately, but it had a lingering cigarette smell despite it being a non-smoking room. The facilities are quite outdated and the carpets and sofas have multiple tears and mystery stains. It took over an hour for the AC unit to cool the room enough for it to be confortable with the cigarette smell. I think the staff are doing the best they can with what they’re working with, but we definitely did not stay long enough for the breakfast after that experience.
- 4/5
Everything was great, very clean. I did request a lightbulb change for the desk lamp and wasn’t replaced during my stay but everything else was good. Staff was very polite and welcoming

Hotel needs a few renovations like the lighting in the hallways is dark, missing lights. Elevator needs to be updated second elevator was out of service (did not work)

When I walked in there was a homeless man sleeping in the lobby, There was hair on my sisters bed, weird stains on the floor, as we were checking out we saw a huge cockroach. It was okay to sleep a night but only a night

Our room only had one towel and no toilet paper at all in the bathroom… The mini fridge still had food from a previous guest.

There were no basic necessities provided- kleenex, hot water or even coffee We came from Boston and were so disappointed. Sonesta is a good chain of Hotels but this was Horrible......except for the working staff like Ruby!
- 2/5
Free breakfast was sad. Went downstairs 45 minutes before it closes at 830 AM, and there was not much food to there There was no staff to replenish food. No milk. Felt bad to eat whatever is left, and there is none for other guests. Just had PBJ toast , 1 hard boiled egg and a hot tea. Also, this hotel feels understaffed. I only saw 1 person working in the whole hotel. ASo, I checked out the hotel hungry. Paid almost $100 for the 1 night stay. I had better experiences and food for cheaper rates. Definitely not coming back here again. Good luck future guests. Maybe you feel differently...

I think this hotel is understaffed.

When we first got there our check in lady was really rude to us and made checking in longer than it needed to be. We got to the room and it was very clean. Me and my husband loved the layout and space but we were missing the ice bucket and a coffee machine. When my husband went to use the iron it was just leaking water all over his shirt so he had to pour out the water and just use the iron dry. At night when I realized we didn't have a ice bucket I ask the night lady for help and she was wonderful even brought me a bucket filled with ice straight to my room which was very sweet of her. Location of hotel was amazing right within a 2 to 10 min walk or drive from everywhere me and my husband wanted to go.
- 4/5
Everything was fine till I realized there was no shampoo or body wash in the shower where they kept reservoirs explicitly for those things.

It was an alright stay. Nothing bad, nothing great, needed a place to sleep while in town, served its purpose.

This Hotel definitely disappointed me. They charge a $50 security deposit, which I didn't mind, and an extra $30 if you want to check in early. The Hotel Lobby wasn't clean in the slightest when I arrived around 3-4 PM. The tables were nasty; there was various flying insects (i.e. flies, mosquitoes) and they need to shampoo their carpets to get rid of that repugnant smell. My hotel room was fairly clean; the bed sheets had been washed. My biggest pet peeve was THE SHOWER: absolutely ZERO water pressure, I was extremely disappointed. The Toilets and shower could've used a bit of cleaning. And a better selection of soap.
- 1/5
Ghetto. No room service even when you request it. Front desk is useless and rude. Stingy, won't even give you more than two towels for the day. Avoid this place.
- 1/5
This place was completely disgusting! I had them change my original room because it reeked of animal urine. The second room had stains all over the carpet and mold in the shower. I would never stay here again!

All good thanks 🙏

The only working elevator was very sketchy and seemed like it would break any moment and smelled like weed. The room we booked had no electricity and smelled like cigarette smoke. Was moved to another room which had blood stains on the curtains, unclean surfaces throughout, no soap for the shower, stain on the sheet, urine spot on the bathroom floor.

I thought the room was nice, but the fridge did not have a freezer and there was not a microwave in the room. This would be nice to tell future guests at the hotel.

Súper bien ubicado, con acceso rápido y fácil a la autopista, y un sport bar a solo una cuadra caminando. Las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas.

Tried to checkin at 3:30pm, that was a mistake as the lady at the front desk told me it was an upcharge to check in 30 minutes early, even though there was no one else there. The shower had mold and the air conditioner could even drop the room 5 degrees in the 2 days we were there, also very sketchy parking lot.

The whole room was filthy and had various stains everywhere

It’s a place to sleep, shower and have your DoorDash delivered. It’s quiet and inexpensive. It’s just a room for a night. Beds not too comfortable Bring your own pillow and blanket.

It smelled musty and carpet was stain in hallway and room. Elevator was a little scary. There was dogs barking. Didn't get a good night sleep.

It would have been fine but there was an odor in our room. It was possibly mildew.

The hotel is not as presented. It’s so run down $100/night I wild. For the appearance, smell, etc more like $30/night is appropriate. Breakfast was not as described. Parking is wild - broken glass everywhere. Room had stains on carpet, bed sheets, curtains and even blood drops on couch. Only two towels per room. No Kleenex or coffee pot. People just sitting outside in the yard drinking. Pool area is littered with beer cans and caps. I’m highly disappointed and will NEVER stay here again. My poor kid is traumatized.

We had a great one night stay during graduation weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well run despite the busy crowds. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great location, great service, great experience overall.
- 4/5
Well staff is good, and rooms are large. Understand this isn't a 5star hotel, but better than most I've stayed at before. Decent breakfast buffet in morning, room had a fridge and no microwave. The walk in shower was a big plus and water was hot. So Hot water, working toilet, comfortable bed, fridge so you got it made for value and budget. I would stay again

The property upkeep is not the same as other Sonesta I’ve stayed at. The breakfast is not at par with same brand. Not sure if there is a change in management.

Stayed 4 days (3 nights). The rooms were not serviced. Elevator and stairs were not clean (there was even a preservative on the stairs…for two days..). Breakfast was very poor… even cereal bowls weee not there… lots of opportunities to improve…

When we checked in the elevator reeked of weed and was not operating smoothly. Upon walking into our room there were stains all over the couch and the floor and walking into the bathroom there was a cockroach right on top of the toilet paper. The room smelled musty and dirty. Carmen helped us move into another room to which there were massive dark and dirty rings in the rug from where the door had been opened and closed. The room was still foul smelling and musty. The bathtub do not drain so there was standing water when you showered and the shower curtain itself was ripped and torn. This property needs a massive overhaul. Carmen was the real saving grace here.

I guess it was ok for just one night.. Room was really large so that was refreshing but other than that, there isn't much great to say. The elevator- only one working and that was the scariest elevator I've ever been in! Took stairs the rest of the stay. Breakfast was sliced bread and butter, cereal, juice and kids "go-gurt". No joke, that was it. Oh and a hard boiled egg. Very old property and it shows. Staff was nice other than the housekeepers laughing it up in the hallways and having loud conversations at 9pm at night. I had to open my door and ask them to please be quiet- I was so tired from a very long day and wanted to sleep.. Then, they were back at it at 8am, even constantly knocking on my door for checkout. I was paid up until 11am and just wanted to sleep in! (no privacy hangers for doors). Won't be back.
- 3/5
Room was clean overall but the bedsheets were old enough to need replacement since the white sheets were actually off-white. Also, though the staff was nice, the guy that helped with check-in was more interested in answering his text messages and making me wait than actually go through the check in process. He did apologize, but priorities are clearly misaligned.
- 2/5
Let’s see, rude staff, bad breakfast selections, went to check into the room and it wasn’t cleaned, trash everywhere, they made us wait 45 minutes to get another room and guess what, also dirty. Crumbs all over carpet, just disgusting. For $150 I didn’t expect The W, but this seemed like it should’ve been an hourly hotel if you catch my drift. Stay anywhere else
- 1/5
The beds were comfortable but the oversll cleanliness and amenities were terrible. Bare minimum for breakfast. The refrigerator was filty in the 1st room, we had to move to another room. The front desk person Nette was very helpful. I didn't appreciate being asked about my dog after the paperwork was given to them at check in.
- 1/5
Will never stay here again. The outside property isn’t landscaped. The inside: 2 elevators. One is closed, the other is dirty and runs roughly. My room had 3 issues. I brought them all up to two different staff members at the desk. One said they’d get it fixed and one issue was fixed, however it was the unimportant issue. The other two issues did not get fixed. I went back to the front desk, since my room phone wouldn’t even dial to the front desk, and talked to another staff member. She only apologized. Said there was nothing to do. The issues? The tv was so fuzzy you couldn’t watch it. The most important issue was that there was nothing on the bed except 2 sheets. No blanket. No duvet. Just sheets. When I asked AGAIN for another blanket I was given a third sheet and told there was nothing to do about it. While housekeeping was cleaning other rooms I saw those beds had duvets on them. Why is this an issue? Several stains on the carpet as well, including piled up gunk that looked waxy.

Terrible place. super dirty inside and out. Blood & water stains on the 20yr carpet. Plumbing not working properly. Ask front desk to move us, but stated they were at full compacity. We had a concert to go and running late so had to stay. Seem there were homeless people staying there. People smoking Pot in & outside. breakfast sux. It was all pickup before the 10am mark. Bad area never again. hope to get a refund.

Hotel í not clean. Room has very bad smell. I have to ask to switch to another room. AC is noisy. Especially it is not safety. No security guards. Homeless people come to the lobby. Everyone, pay a little bit extra more to make your stay worthy. Never come back this hotel again. Experience learn.
