Breakfast was ok. The hotel smells bad like mold. Everything is old and my allergies just kicked in bc the bad odor. It needs maintenance. I won’t return

The room was nice and beds were comfortable. There bathroom seemed a little worn out. The tub and sink weren’t great looking but it did the job. The lady in the front was not so friendly. When we asked for extra towels for the pool since there were non available she questioned my husband “why he needed more” and only gave us 3 when we’re a family of 4. There were also some people hotboxing it in the parking lot.

Location and breakfast I had to cut my trip one day short and staff did not offer or try to help with reimbursement of the one night I did not stay

Great stay for the money. Pool was clean breakfast was good rooms clean. Website says jacuzzi but only in the rooms lil misleading but all in all 4.5.

Hotel is on the older side. Other than that easy access to rooms from all sides of building.

It was a very nice facility. I liked everything except the hotel pool got overcrowded with a very large group of men who took over the whole facility. They also played very loud music at night and I had to get the manager to handle it.

Location was great! Check in process was fast. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was good & the attendant was busy keeping everything clean & food plentiful. Only thing I can say negative is the shower head needs to be cleaned of the calcium buildup to give more water flow.

Room was clean and staff was polite. The breakfast didn’t have very many options but did have enough variety to be able to eat a good breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave is included and they also have on-site ice machines. great lighting in the bathroom, but the room only has lamps. would stay again in Austin!

The hotel is not a very central convenient location- more off the side of the freeway which can be a pain for traveling for food and noise. The photos of the pool here are definitely glamour shots- the pool is tiny, cold, and shaded, so we did not enjoy it after our first try. There’s also a lot of bugs around the entrance once the sun goes down. Breakfast was pretty good.

The air conditioning would not get cold enough in my room. I had it on 61 Auto and it never got cold enough . But other than that it was a good stay

From the time we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff we encountered were helpful, professional and kind. Room was spacious, clean and all was easy to use ( shower, TV, coffee maker). Breakfast was included and I used the gym since it was so hot out. Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked good.

Could have been better!

The hotel offered free breakfast in the mornings. There’s also plenty walking distance, a McDonald’s steps away, a 7/11 and things like Waffle House and Jack in the Box. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Honestly was excited to stay here bc the last time I did it was so nice! However I guess each location differs. The breakfast was extremely sad. The room was very humid the whole time we were there and it was smelt like tobacco no matter what. The pillows were very tiny and the bed super uncomfortable. Honestly would never come back lmao.

Everything was great until the cleaning lady started vacuuming the hallway at 8 am.

Air in the lobbyon level4 where they seem to have most of our reservationsfor the group was stuffy the entire week..Most hotel are. Now offering bath gel. GLAD I TOOK MY OWN. mini hand soap that they never replaced at the bathroom sink. Housekeeping service on limited days and we not friendly. Bathroom toilet fixture broken. Property was supposed to be smoke free. My room smelled of a chain smoker. No air freshener or what they offered was colored water in a spray bottle they made up. No referral from me . One and done.

Nice rooms with great breakfast

We would have never reserved here without an operational pool and hot tub. So false advertising aside… the room was just OK. Bed was harder than I prefer, pillows looked like 4 little mints on the bed. The breakfast was terrible even by fake hotel egg standard. They were slimy… not runny, slimy. Limited options and biscuits were about the size of a silver dollar. Overall would never come back. Positives were hot water and cold AC so being totally transparent these were good. Everything else from the lies up front on was not anything I would return to.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. I need to stay in this area of Austin often and this will be my go-to place.

Breakfast had a good variety of food such as eggs, bread, cereal, waffles and fruit. Sadly, the Juice machine was out. Rooms were clean and ready for our stay. During our stay we returned in the middle of the night to our room only to find out our cards were not working at 12:30/1 am. Front desk tried her best to help with other options but our clothes and son were in the room asleep. We were able to reach my son with a call from the desk. As for the pool, it was nice and spacious but had no sun hitting the pool area so it was cold and windy.

The property was easily access to the highway. It was clean and inviting. Staff were professional and friendly, the room was excellently prepared for us. The A/C was phenomenal. The bathroom was sparkling and the towels soft. I would stay there again and recommend to friends.

My first room came with a TV that wouldn't connect to the satellite service. They easily moved me to another room where I found the tub was very dirty. The tub floor was dirty around the drain, the tub filled up with water when I took a shower because the drain was clogged, and the soap dish had a lot of built up soap residue in it. Other than that it was a pretty nice place. The staff was excellent. They were very helpful during my stay and was very helpful shipping my belongings to me when I left a bag behind.

Although our room was clean.. there was a very strong lingering smell of mildew or mold to include the hall way. We could not look past this .. no matter how much air freshener you use the smell doesn’t go away. The AC is a window unit 6 inches from the bed.. either you freeze or you sleep in hot climate.. which again brings out the horrible mildew musk. The pool was dirty and seems like it was only there to “promote” that there is one on the website. The gym wasn’t really a gym. Just a room with a couple treadmills. Breakfast was OK eggs, sausage, toast, and potatoes .. the cook lady was super nice. This hotel has everything for a comfortable stay but it lacks upgraded amenities and I think it’s from the hotel owners cutting corners. My suggestion is to upgrade the old smelly carpets, have working fridges, upgrade the TVs and AC units. This would’ve been a 5 star review but the smell…. The staff is amazing

Parking was easy; wasn’t as clean as I like. The restroom was out dated toilet seat was rusted and out dated. But the staff was nice and overall decent. You get what u pay for.

The beds were rock hard, and the pillows really are square 12x12 which is a lot harder to sleep with. It’s clean, decent location, and nice staff. Definitely a budget hotel. I probably won’t stay there again, but it’s more personal preference on matress softness.

The rooms are okay, but the carpets are in really bad shape. The fitness room is a disaster, and the machines are broken. Breakfast is super basic, and the eggs are frozen and microwaved. I wouldn't stay there again.

The room itself was disappointing. The shower was dirty, and the shampoo dispenser was empty and kept falling off the wall bracket. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Breakfast was the biggest letdown, especially after reading reviews that said it was good. Everything tasted like it came straight out of a frozen package. The folded eggs with processed cheese were strange, the hash browns were soggy, and there was no apple or orange juice. I was really looking forward to a hot, hearty breakfast, but it was cold and very low quality. Overall, this stay wasn’t worth the money. I only stayed because I was exhausted, but honestly, I would have been better off saving my money and driving back home to San Antonio.

Menu was great, a hot breakfast!!! When the room doors shut they slam so probably need to fix that. Some people aren’t respectful. Heard no one above us, could hear a little TV next door but they had it turned up to loud. Great beds . Would stay here again.

Everything was great minus the bed. I like soft beds and the bed was way too hard for me. I’m just picky on my beds period but still a great hotel.

We had an amazing stay. The only thing we had in issue with was cigarette smoke smell in the room but I went and purchased stuff to help and resolved the issue. Also the air-conditioning could work more efficiently.

Good quality non smoking hotel indoirs w easy access to HWY 290 and well located in SE Austin Texas, close to airport,HEB, other and Travis Expo Center close by.. Goid Value for the cost.

The only thing that wasn't so good was the shower. The water was barely lukewarm. Other than that the room was great and i would definitely stay there again.

Our room was lovely and spacious. Really nice to have a couch in the room, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. There was plenty of variety at breakfast. Staff very kindly extended our check out time to cater for a baggage issue. We would definitely stay here again.
