Overall dirty carpet stinks Not well kept

This is a budget hotel with some obvious maintenance issues - caulk in the shower has mold around it and the secondary door lock was broken. I would never want my wife and children to stay here, but if a man may want to stay there and save a few bucks.

We had an easy check-in to a clean, bright reception area. Then, we went up to our room. The beds were comfy, the pillows were plentiful, and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was modern, well appointed, and again, very clean. All of the desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel is located just off I 35, which makes it easy to go all over Austin. Just a note: we didn't hear traffic noise, our stay was very quiet. We'll stay here again the next time we're in Austin. There wasn't anything negative.

AC is the one olds in the wall, everything was cracked or rusted, pictures do NOT match the hotel. Pool is extremely small and dirty, windows were busted open on the second floor, breakfast was horrible, work out room had 4 machines.

They did not return my deposit because they said it was "smokey" in the room so they accused us of smoking, but we didn't. It didn't stink of cigarettes or anything.

After I awoke to use the bathroom after 2am in the morning, and returning to the bed. I notice a small roach crawling along the side of the bed which I was quite upset to find in my hotel room 207. After killing it, I proceeded to find two other bigger roaches crawling from inside the chester drawers, which further astonished and annoyed me greatly. You can imagine, I was unable to sleep the rest of the night. I reported my disgust with the unacceptable conditions to the person at the front desk at about 6:30am on May 8th. I asked if there would be any reimbursement at this time. But the female employee on duty said, it was out of her hands to make that decision. Sorry I did not get the name of the employee on duty at that time. She did mention however, that the establishment had not seen any roaches in over three months. And this was about the last time an exterminator had visited.

The main thing that caught my eye was that everything felt clean, which is so rare. The staff that we interacted with was all super friendly.

My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!

The halways smelled humid, but the room was clean. Dont like the bath tub (i think hotels should only have showers unless accessible) but everything was clean so the stay was good

Our first room assignment had no working heat. Also, the shower sprayed water into the bathroom. I suggested to the Hotel Manager (who was very nice) that they put a list of the TV channels in the rooms so guests don’t have to spend 5 to 10 minutes trying to find a station. One cannot even find a channel guide without switching aimlessly. He said that he had suggested it to the “franchisor” … but nothing came of it.

This was the second hotel out of 3 that I had to reserve and after checking in I realized they were not pretty friendly. The staff knowing what I went through with the first hotel, was not going to refund my deposit until I told them them my pet and I will be staying until I get my money back. Of course after that she said she would refund but then I was treated like a second hand citizen.

Room was fine. Bed was good. Silverfish in the shower. Yuck. It was a bit worse for wear but I only slept there and showered (if I didn’t go to an offsite gym). Staff was very nice. Breakfast was solid.

cleanliness was excellent, but the rug in the room had some pretty baked in stains near the fridge area. facilities also were nice, I didn't use the pool but the water fountains in there looked rusty, so might be a bit over chlorinated. These are nitpicks, it was a nice property and I had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast eggs were good too!

The place smelled really bad and the mattress was dirty. The restroom towels smelled really bad. The water fountain in the pool has rust on it. There was mold in the restroom wall and the paint is coming off.

Shower stall needs improvement

Everything was comfortable and clean. Only complaint was that the shower should have grab bars and a shower curtain. Water sprayed onto bathroom floor and it could be a fall hazard.

Only complaint is that the shower water pressure is weak. If this ever happens, you can notify the front desk. Also fyi, there’s no shower curtain because of the way the shower is designed. Location-wise, the hotel is NOT within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, etc. so be prepared to take a taxi/uber/rental car.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority—dirt was visible everywhere, including the floors, walls, hallways, and even the elevator. My room felt just as grimy, and to make matters worse, about half of the lights in the room didn’t work, making it both uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I couldn’t bear to stay longer than one night and checked out early. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, updated, good breakfast, friendly staff. Didn't like the open shower, and the shelf the microwave is on doesn't allow you to open it up freely. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay

Nice quick, quiet, stay. Rooms were comfortable for quick 2 day stay. Curtains kept sun out when sleeping.Close to highway and other austin attractions. Breakfast was decent but fewer choices than other sleep in down the street.

It was a pretty decent room for the price. The bathroom walls were marked with grime and who knows what else. The floors needed a good cleaning. The a/c smelled heavily of mold so the whole room stank badly. We had to buy Lysol and spray the whole room multiple times and ended up buying dryer sheets to mask the musky gross locker room smell.

However, very close to the interstate so very helpful. Breakfast was good but quick.. Plenty of TV channels but went out with a rainstorm. Sheets were clean. Phone to call the front desk didn’t work.

Room was super nice! Only issue was the hallway and elevator smelled like smoke. The room was clean and smelled nice, and staff was quick and nice. A bit pricey all things considered.

The property is well maintained and clean. If there is a shortcoming is that you don't get room service unless you ask for it. Other than that, the breakfast was nice and staff friendly.

The hotel was very quiet which surprised me with how many people stayed there. The pool and gym area are nice and the breakfast was good. You can never go wrong with waffles, but it also had eggs, sausage, toast options and yogurt.

The hotel itself seemed clean enough and all fixtures and stuff in the room seemed to work. The pillows were awful and sheets fair. The worst however was the “breakfast “. Honestly it was deplorable. Only a very few extremely poor quality food choices available when they actually had them. Most of the time there was literally nothing to eat. No fruit (bananas or apples or oranges). No oatmeal or any healthy ish cereal only Fruit Loops. But no milk. I could go on and on but it was plain disgusting!!!!

Also it was noisy, I donno what was happening but every night there would be lot of banging noise, someone would be running around shouting, I had to wake multiple times night in fear as what’s going on..

This is an older hotel, but the linens were clean and fresh and the microwave and fridge were clean and working. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful! Breakfast was basic, but good, scrambled eggs, sausage, a variety of breads for toast or bagels, bananas, yogurt, cereal, and the coffee was fresh and hot. The indoor pool was clean and the water was cool. The lady at the desk brought us pool towels before we even asked, she seen us heading for the pool. Our room was on the back side and on top floor so it was pretty quiet. The biggest down side was the air wasn't on in our room when we arrived so it was very hot the first few hours, luckily we needed to get dinner so we cranked it down and the room was much cooler when we got back, and perfect by bedtime. The hallways were hot, but it was over 100 outside. All in all this was a good stay, nothing fancy, but we felt welcomed and safe and enjoyed ourselves.

The guy who checked us in was so friendly. We had a chat about our countries. He was very welcoming as well.

Booked this hotel after a horrible experience with another hotel up the road. The girl who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet. The only thing I was disappointed with was that there wasn't a full length mirror in the room, just the regular one in the bathroom.

Front desk staff was great. Hotel is rundown, dirty rooms, hallways, stairwells and elevator. Bathroom door was water damaged and toilet stopped flushing properly on my last day.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. But the bedroom needed some care and to be updated. The carpet was dirty and We even found a big cockroach in the bathroom, It was alive.

This was a great place to stay for what we needed. The highway noise was loud even though it was off the road a bit. It felt safe and everyone was friendly and helpful.

The overall experience was so-so. It's basically a bare-bones budget hotel. The breakfast was ok and the place looks clean from afar, but our room smelled musty/mildewy, the chair had stains and the carpet made my white socks brown after taking a few steps. This hotel is passable if you just need a cheap bed to crash for a night, but I recommend spending a little more for a much nicer experience elsewhere.

By far the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in and I sleep in them every other week. From the sweet gal at check in (Sam, you rock) to the cleanliness, the soft, but supportive, bed, and the delish breakfast with literally everything you could ask for, eggs, sausage, waffles, nanners, this place was OUTSTANDING! I slept like a baby; their advertising is right on point!

Everything was fine but the breakfast time was disappointing. Most places I stayed at close their breakfast at 10am but here they close at 9:30am. I should have checked the time they closed breakfast so I understand it was my mistake for not checking but we were tired from the day before and we did not wake in time so I would like to suggest moving the breakfast time up to 10am. Also, just check you account for any extra charges before you leave the hotel. I had one for 100 dollars but I think it was just as a deposit because I checked my account three days later and that charge was no longer there. Other than that it was a good place to stay for the night.

Beds are super comfortable! Front desk is great as well. The breakfast could use some work. It is not restocked after about 8:50 each morning so even though the end time is 9:30 you need to plan accordingly.

There was clothes from a previous stay in the drawers. The sofa sleeper had crumbs on the bed. The phone number listed on Hotels.com for the hotel was never answered and at check in they claimed it was incorrect. This hotel did not live up to its rating.

Convenient to restaurants. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Hallway air conditioner was down but was only a small convenience and feont desk agent did everything he could to help. Room cooled down afyer a couple of hours and all was fine. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast hot and tasty. We did have neighbors partying into the night until about 3 am. Worth the money.

This hotel is okay. It’s not the worst, but it definitely has areas to improve in. As soon as I walked in the room, it had a stench that made my face cringe. The shower had hair on the walls and the floor was brownish; so I wore socks in my shower. The bedroom carpet was stained red in areas (if you charge incidentals, fix the mess!) Breakfast in the morning was basic, eggs, toast, sausage, waffle maker and two types of cereals. Overall, the $27 they were charging less from better hotels I’ve stayed at in the area, was not worth it.

The room was fine, the bathroom was OK, except for the shower. It had several mold spots in the corners and the shower head needs to be cleared from deposits.
