Separate bedroom Size of room and difference between pictures and reality. There isn't an actual fireplace as pictured, room is much smaller than it appears in photos, wasn't as clean as I expected, floor tiles were cracked on the bathroom floor, shower leaked water everywhere, during check-in the receptionist (named Bunny) told me I was a prime target of a local serial killer and that people would use drugs to control me and kill me and told us to drink tap water because it tastes great.

Everything was great pool, clean rooms, breakfast just need to change a little for 2 days were the same thing.pool was clean, laundry room was clean. My room had lots of space for my 4 kids to have and us.

A good hotel for a short stay. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. They offer breakfast until 10 a.m. with a good variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent. Nice relatively quiet area. The pull out bed was not clean though when we went to make the bed up for the kids. It was too disgusting to use so the kids all ended up either sleeping on just the couch cushions or piling into one bed.

Room was clean and staff friendly but property needs overhaul and TV sucked- hardly any channels and a few were 24/7 infomercials. This pretty much ruined my stay

We paid for the suit from Hotels.com, found that their sofa bed has blood stains(big one,very gross), front desk refused the change our room to same suit, she offered us to live in smaller room. I told the front desk lady I used to work in hotel front desk, if she only have smaller rooms left then she has to give us two rooms as we booked a suite which has two rooms, but she refused to do it, she keeps on making excuse that we booked it through third party so they cannot do it, which doesn’t make sense at all, wether we booked from third party or not, this is their hotel that THEY should be in charge of serving guests.

The staff was awesome and greeted us everytime we left and when we came back. Carmen was great and consistently checked to make sure if we needed anything. Its like Carmen never left she was always there. The landscaping could use a little attention. The room was very nice and plenty of room for our week stay. Dave and busters is right next to the hotel and it is conveniently located to get to highways. Downtown is around 20 minutes away using the toll pass.

The property over booked and my reservations of multiple Rooms was moved to another property on the day of checkin that was very far from where we needed to be during our official visit. And when I escalated the general manager did not even show the courtesy or calling me. Very very frustrated and angry.

I really liked this hotel it was very clean and quiet. We have no complaints of the 2.5 days we stayed here. The staff was friendly and the room very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

A family long weekend trip. Location is great, close to shops and restaurants. Staff are super friendly and willing to help. We have a draft in the windows and someone dropped by to fix the issue quickly. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and gym is sufficient. Pool is really small but outdoor fire pit is a nice touch. Water pressure for shower is ok and parking is plentiful

Paid for my room ten mins after check out they knew I had animals and they took my money and then five mins later came to my room kicked me out and gave no refund two days before thanksgiving and then told me to get off property or would call cops when I had no fight with them I asked what I had done and the maid was mad about my clean and very tame service animals that were nvr an issue before and I still haven’t been refunded or told an apology also it’s still a pending charge on my bank I had my animals and the front desk lady made me leave my room door open being rude as she could be with me in tears saying please can it be cracked I’ve done nothing wrong u took my money and now are going to make my animals run from the room as she said she didn’t care not her problem as she watched me try to rush to clean and pack my stuff my animal went towards the door as she let it escape and didn’t try stopping it at all and laughed with a really rude and smug attitude like I was an unpaid dirty rude guest when that wasn’t the case at all I’ve nvr been treated so poorly anywhere in my life even as I pleaded and begged for her to let the door please shut a little more so I can pack without worrying about my animals escaping the room for the third time and then to have to be told to get off property with everything in ten mins or she would call cops as if I robbed the hotel or done them wrong when in reality I was robbed and nvr refunded and told I can nvr rent again there ever

I was ten minutes after check out to pay for my room and they took my money and then ten mins later decided that I couldn’t stay due to my service animals and kicked me out without refunding my money . The front desk lady also was so rude she came to my room to make me leave and forced me to keep the door open knowing my animals would run out the wide open door and I begged her to at least shut the door and leave it at least cracked she told me that she did not care that they could run out the room and I needed to hurry up at that moment my animals ran past her out into the hallway and she was even more rude and told me that i needed to get my animals and get out or else she would call cops on me and that’s literally without refunding me allowing me to pay knowing I had my animals and then robbing me and leaving me in the streets two days before thanksgiving all because she wanted to feel superior for no reason I was crying and she got even more rude at that point! I’ve nvr felt so embarrassed in my life and to follow me all the way to pretty much the side of the road but not off property all the way she then tells me I have ten mins or she will for real be calling the cops for trespass and I asked her to be a little bit more sympathetic to my situation of now sleeping on the streets because of not having money to pay for the new room I was forced to have to get.,,, I’ve spent so much and insane amounts of money with this hotel for years and to be told I’m not welcome back…

Property was great , room’s heating did not work - so I was freezing all night . But , I also did not tell them until the morning ( too tired ) - so I don’t know want to ding them on service as they did not have a chance to fix.

Clean and quiet. Convenient location, close proximity to the Domain. Excellent suite with 2 TVs and a comfortable couch, and good breakfast. Also received a little Halloween welcome bag with waters and cookies.

The woman who checked us in was great! Very friendly and efficient. The stay was quiet. Room was clean. The only thing I would say was breakfast was a little disappointing. Not a lot of options but it sufficed. Otherwise very happy with the entire stay.

The front desk not to let me check in after driving 4 hours to get there. No refund either. Had to find another place to stay at 2 in the morning.

My family and I had a great experience here. The only issue was the pool was out of service, it would have been nice to know ahead of time but the property was safe and quiet.

The Pet Fee of $120 is Horrible for guests already spending hundreds to stay at the property and the pet being kept in a kennel

The front desk team was not accommodating and attempted to decline my partner and I’s debit/credit cards despite us having the funds available — then proceeded to double charge us for the room. The water was not hot in the room as well (shower, kitchen and bathroom sinks), the continental breakfast was non-existent as well. The wifi was super slow as well.

There were roaches on the room, killed atleast 5. Asked for room service and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned only room was cleaned after alternate day room service. Same breakfast options for three days.

Great location! Quick drive to the Domain shopping and dinning. Rooms are great and spacious; traveling with my 87 year old mother can be challenging but the staff made the checking in and out easy. Great staff! Lady by the name of Carmen was very nice. Will definitely choose this property again

Only problem was that the flush wasn’t working properly with the water not flowing away even after flushing 4-5 times, till it eventually randomly worked once in a while. Another problem was the toilet paper roll holder fell off. Other than those issues, the stay was fantastic, and rivals many AirBnBs in Austin. Would definitely stay again!

Receptionist was very friendly. We made our reservations at the last minute while in Dallas. We were able to get a reservations and were even upgraded upon arrival. Something to keep in mind is that most stores closed at 10:00 pm.
