Pool was nice. Staff was amazing But connection even with upgraded didn’t work. Coffee machine not working. Area wasn’t the best. Room was hot even with ac on and in between cleans not available. Laundry mat with coins only.

This place was great. Good area not alot of traffic. Good parking. The breakfast was real good. Rooms were cleaned.

It's very rare you come across a great hotel stay but I'm here to vouch for the people that scour reviews such as myself that this was a great hotel that hits those simple markers most of us want. We needed a place to stay after some work in downtown Austin and I can't believe we came across such a gem. Now the parking lot and location I get, the location is kind of off on its own but don't let that deter you. The hotel was clean, the staff were professional and quick to check us in, and the room was perfect. Clean beds, clean bathroom, clean carpet, and peace and quiet! There was a great selection at breakfast and that space as well was clean and well kept. Definitely keeping this hotel on the top of my list as a recommendation to anyone who just wants a solid, comfortable place to stay.

I loved everything about this hotel, especially how friendly, and nice and helpful everyone was! I can’t say enough about how good our experience was, if we return to Austin, this is definitely where we will stay!

Every staff member was polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a kitchen that was stocked with dishes and anything necessary to make a meal. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A breakfast buffet is available daily, with a wide variety of options. We found the location convenient. You can get downtown in 20 minutes.

The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area.

The breakfast is not the best but lots of places near by to grab a bite

The suite was clean & looked nice. The breakfast was nice. On the evening of 2/20/26 both televisions was not working properly I called the front desk, and she stated wd send maintenance in a.m. I let her know we were leaving early a.m. the following day. She said oh I’m sorry. I asked if there was anyone Oncall or mgmt Oncall? She called me back to room and offered 25000 points still we had booked from second party and that’s all they cd do. I let her know, all I wanted was to watch tv. But ok. The closet door was difficult to open, the breaker box was open. Not enough lighting in restroom or makeup area.

The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen. Good breakfast, and nice pool and outdoor area.

great staff check in was easy

Good overall hotel.

Breakfast was great. Had multiple add ons for the oatmeal, texas shaped waffles, muffin, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Clean environment with plenty of space to sit in thd lobby for breakfast. The rooms were a good size suit with a full kitchen.

Great hotel - front desk so friendly. Breakfast is great! Staff so very nice and accommodating.

Coffee was too strong. Eggs did not look too appetizing.

The hotel was nice and everything was clean. We loved the layout of the room we had. Breakfast was great and pool/gym were pleasant. The only issue was the condition of the shower and an odd smell in our room.

I was very happy with this hotel overall with one exception...the pool. I booked here specifically for the pool only to find that the maintenance was neglected and there was algae in the pool. I was informed at check in that the pool had been recently shocked, but this was clearly a pool that has not been properly maintained. We were very disappointed! All other aspects of the hotel were excellent, from check in to check out, friendly staff, all areas and room were clean, comfortable bed, ect. I would stay here again but before booking would ask if the pool looked as clear as shown in the hotel photos.

Everything was excellent, though it would have been nice if the breakfast had a bit more variety.

We loved the hotel and that it was family friendly. My only complaint is that we had black mold in our room. I added a picture

Bathroom floor looks like faded. Multiple circuit breakers for kitchens is tripped when entered.

The hotel was great.The weather was lousy which put a kink in our stay.We weren't able to use the pool but it looked lovely. The only thing lacking was the availability of water.In the giant water pitcher in the lobby it was often empty. Also the gym water dispenser didn't work.

The hotel and service are fine but quite noisy neighbors in the hallway and through the walls. You can hear them all the way to the early morning. Understandably not the hotel's fault perse, but affected the overall experience immensely.

Have the overall hotel experience was great! Wonderful breakfast and kind staff. The only thing that I did not like is that in the evening, there was a stench of pot in the hallway. This is a non-smoking facility, but I believe that someone in the building was smoking Pot. Not only is the safety risk, but the stench was awful!

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was also the friendliest staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. They made extra efforts to great all of their guests every time someone walked through the door. They were very helpful and accommodating and they all seemed to enjoy their jobs. I have now stayed here twice and this is the hotel I will continue to return to when I’m in Austin, TX!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was very good, with a good selection. We will definitely stay again when we are in Austin.

Loved the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and beautiful view from breakfast / lobby area. I was pleasantly surprised there was a kitchenette, desk area, extra seating, and dressing area. The location works well for us. We travel to Austin several times a year and this will be our new go-to hotel.

I was so impressed with the friendly, attentive, and professional staff. They acknowledge and greet you every time you walk in or out of the building. The hotel and our room was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The room was modern, bright, and very spacious with a full kitchen. I really felt like I would be comfortable staying there for a much longer trip if I ever needed to. I plan on this being the hotel I stay at every time I come to visit my family in Austin. Thank you!

The breakfast selections were not as good as in years past. My family and I have stayed here the last 3 years and the quality of the breakfast has gone downhill since last year.

The staff was very friendly whether it was saying “good morning” or welcoming us back. The morning breakfasts were very nice. The washer/dryer was very helpful when on a nine day trip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, room was quiet, but the standout experience here was the front desk staff. Grace was extremely accommodating to myself and my guests, her friendly attitude and professional demeanor sets the standard for what hotel staff should be.

Nice rooms, there was a smoke spell when we checked in at night but it was gone in the morning . Billing issues were resolved by friendly staff

Nice extended stay hotel in a good location. The room was mostly fine, except for a few issues like a slightly wobbly toilet, noisy people upstairs, and a very bad smell at 4 a.m. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, though, and the pool and gym area were great!

The pool was a highlight! We stayed here for 2 nights prior to our wedding. The staff was helpful, breakfast was good, and rooms were spacious. They let us practice rather-daughter dance and first dance in the conference room. Great stay. Not walkable but very safe and close to the hill country and Barton springs

Absolutely lovely interior - very spacious. Great pool area and breakfast is hearty. Close to Whole Foods and Costco so if you ever fancy making your own food - you can just pop by them 8 mins away
