Overall was a good experience. I had an issue with my sink that was sorted on the next day. Plumbing looks an issue as I could hear every time someone flushes the toilet on the room above me

If the policy is to only give 2 bottles of water, he should have said that instead of being very rude. Later that evening, she learned she had forgotten to pack a toothbrush. She went to the front desk to see if they had a complimentary one - as most Marriott properties do - and again he was very rude and said nope, you’ll have to buy one. On the other hand, the breakfast staff and the day clerk were VERY nice, friendly and accommodating.

My stay was not pleasant because I was changed twice for the room and the money was placed on hold the entire weekend. The manager said that he couldn’t do anything about it. And because of it my plans were put on hold as well. The room door was hard to open and the restroom in the lobby was not clean.

During check in time the associate charge my card 2x. Was out off 600.00 for a weekend stay. Then tells me I have to wait until 3-5 business days to get money back. The hotel door to the room was hard to go in and out of. Asked for accommodation paid parking due to the inconvenience they cause he tells me it’s out of his control just an overall terrible weekend there. I’ve never had this issue with a Marriott hotel. I will rather go down the street to the Hilton I had a great experience there last time I visited Austin….. The manager was very polite but did nothing to resolve the issue…

The property itself was a very great property it was a couples trip for us two of the parties had a bit of a problem with being charged twice due to a system problem but the management handle it right away clean room very nice place to stay over all love they way the rooms give studio apartments vibes if you looking for a relax place to stay this is your place.

The hotel was very clean, easy to access and walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, topgolf and of course, The Domain. Our room had lots of space, a big bathroom, and a kitchen too! The bed was sooo comfy and staff was great! Overall great stay! The only downside was paying for parking. We usually don't expect to have to pay for parking unless we are in a hotel downtown/in the city where there are typically parking garages/valet. They have their own parking lot but still had to pay around $8 a night to park.

The bed was horrible, was totally screwed from one side that was sinking but at least the bedroom was clean. Parking needs an additional pay too

My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and had a variety of food. The location was perfect and I really enjoyed my stay here!

The property overall was terrific. My only issues were that there was only 1 light in the parking lot and security seems a little lax - you don’t need to use your keycard to access the elevator and it was easy for people to come in and out. Otherwise the staff was kind and helpful and the amenities were really nice.

At the time I made my reservation, this hotel advertised that there was Free Self-Parking. When I arrived, I was charged for parking. I asked for a refund and they did try to contact the Self-Parking business, but in the end, I did not get a refund. I see now that the Hotels.com ad listing has been updated to show that the parking is not free. It showed free parking when I first reserved this room.

Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good other than the turkey sausage being cold. This hotel is a great location, this is our usual go to spot to stay when in Austin. The only I noticed is that most of the lights in the parking lot were out, so it was a bit dark in the parking lot.

The room is fantastic. Great layout, clean and comfortable. Great location. Upon check in we were charged a second time for the room. (I paid for the room 2 days prior to arrival) so, I spoke to another front desk person. He asured me everything eas ok, and he was in charge of billing. He was pretty rude, but I decided to be cool. It all got ironed out after our stay, but the way we wete trested really soured the experience.

The hotel was great, but the AC on our room did not work at all. We changed rooms the second night and that room was great. The breakfast was a little below average for the typical self-serve limited service road warrior hotel. But location, and staff are great, parking is a bit tight. Construction going on during the stay was disturbing with some early morning start times for the work crews on-site.

Great location, safe location only 10-min walk from shopping and restaurants at the Domain - or a super quick Uber/Lyft ride if you don’t feel like walking. Stayed in a little studio and it was perfect for working - nice desk and ergonomic chair and lots of natural light. All around great room and experience.

We made the hotel our homebase as we’re going through a move and it could not have been more ideal for my husband and our two dogs. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. The room is clean and lovely, but the air conditioning does not calibrate well and it made it difficult to find a comfortable temperature; it was either freezing or stuffy.

Property was nice. Close enough to walk to tge shops. They did not charge for parking and there was security in the parking lot all night. Only down fall was the water pressure. Other than that I would stay again.

Hotel and their staff was great and very welcoming ! Rooms seems like upgraded recently and bathrooms were very upgraded and clean. Also, The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. My total experience was great and I would definitely recommend this location for your stay in Austin.

Our stay was very enjoyable...the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The only concern for me personally was the height of the toilet. As a person with knee issues I felt the toilet sat entirely too low. Some type of hand rail would be a pleasant bonus in the restroom. Other than that, KUDDOS to Marriott

Nice big kitchen area and lots of counter space. A Keurig coffee maker which is nicer than the little cheapo coffee makers, and you can use your own pods that way. The room was laid out very nice overall.

Loved our experience! Especially having a toddler and our two dogs with us. Felt welcomed every time we passed the front and they did an awesome job accommodating us! We were also able to use the guest laundry and had no problems with it! Hard to find! Will be staying here again!
