The property is okay. However, the beds seem to be old as you can feel the coils when laying down. Whe had booked the room for two nights, but couldn't stay the entire time and left.

The receptionist helped get the TV working. However, it went to static, and the channels were lost after midnight.

The building both inside and out were very dirty and run down looking. The elevators did not have the inspection certificates so who knows when the last one was done. The hallway on the fourth floor was hot, humid, and smelled strongly of chemicals. To their credit, the room was actually fairly clean and the AC worked. The Wi-Fi did not work, there were ants in the room. Not many but I killed a few by the desk. While I was in the lobby, another guest came in to say their keys were no longer working. At that point my wife called and said ours weren’t either. Guy at the front desk quickly reprogrammed them but seems they were having some issue with their system. Front desk staff was okay. Not exceptional but not bad either. Parking lots were well lit and they have cameras all over which made for a little peace of mind while I had my equipment parked outside overnight right off the highway. All that to say, the experience wasn’t outstanding by any means but it served its purpose; a place to sleep while I was in town for an event. For the price, I guess I can’t complain too much. I’d stay here again but I’d better manage my expectations for next time.

Location Staff attitude and behavior. For last day requested late check out and paid $40 extra for late check out of 2pm. Arrived @157pm, room empty. Turned out stuff and dog (caged)were dumped downstairs. Staff on duty tried to deflect blame and bad action by saying we didn't pay. When shown screen shot of payment receipt, tried to say we were late by 10mins...the time was 207pm at the time. That 10mins they're claiming was spent by going to the room and frantically looking (basically for the dog) and waiting for them (staff) for answers. Stuff and dog were dumped in the laundry room floor. Unacceptable customer service. Wouldn't even own up and apologize. Also, during mid-stay misplaced room key. Looked under bed and realized how filthy it was down there. Hard to sleep after seeing that disgusting filth. I hope they clean up for the sake of future occupants.

The Staff was friendly and accommodating. Had to book a room Last min. so I looked on booking and found this place had a 7.7 rating, so I booked it, wish I had done more diligence. Usually I rely on the booking ratings to help me find a good value room, this time it blew up in my face. The first problem was the smell, it was awful, they have the scenting machines on 11 and it is overwhelming, so bad that I covered my nose every time I walked through the lobby. Second they boked my room incorrectly from what I ordered on booking, i showed them my reservation and it took 35 mins to get the room I ordered. The entire hotel is run down and uncared for. I booked 2 nights but left after one and went home early rather than spend another night. I don't recommend at all, much better options right there on the same street.

The price was excellent! The staff was great! The only thing I would suggest is a more comfortable bed other than that no issues.

During my stay the WiFi did not work and there is poor cell reception so I had to spend time working remotely elsewhere and couldn’t enjoy my room. Be careful as their WiFi goes out frequently. If it’s important for your work don’t stay here.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. But, everything is worn (walls, flooring). Smoking area bench is under tree of pooping birds. Seems like employees and their families use pool off the clock. Microwave needs to be replaced. Would stay again if price is reduced.

No frills accommodations. The room was clean, the parking was safe, and the staff was friendly. For the price point, I was satisfied, but the pictures online made it look better than it was. Also we shower was the worst part. The shower head leaked and made the pressure less than optimal. Worked for a quick overnight stay while traveling, but would not want to stay multiple nights.

Lots of lighting, AC was cold but loud, refrigerator and microwave seemed cleaned up inside, surfaces were not cleaned, bed was large and okay, room was good size. Tv wouldn't work. Needs updates and fixing and cleaning. Elevator was old, dirty and hot. quiet and good location. a decent price. Check-in was quick but not friendly. 10 minutes from the airport. For location and price, was acceptable for 1 night and 1 night only.

When checking in, the lobby was dirty, and smelled HORRIBLE! The front desk girl was nice but lobby was terrible. After that, the elevator were DISGUSTING. It was hot in there and trash and grime and the buttons were sticky the ac units that’s were next to the elevator on the 3rd floor was covered in mold and the carpet was wet from the water dripping from the ac as well. The rooms were even worse, the bathroom was covered in mold, and the water did not get at-least warm. The rooms stunk so bad that I had to go out of my way to get air freshers, and the pillows were dirty and stained, the sheets were too. There was hair all in the beds and to make matters worse the ac didn’t work. Let me also mention it was off of 35 which isn’t a big deal but the surrounding and the fact that it was suppose to be safe area was not so safe at all. Everytime I came down the elevators, someone was always standing at the doors that lead to the pool just constantly banging on it yelling at me to let them in. If you’re staying somewhere you should have a card to come back in or atleast walk around to the front to come inside. Just horrible, and unsafe! Not worth it, if I could get my money back I would!

Though clean, the products used were pretty strong whenever my family and I left our room. The staff was most helpful whenever we asked for directions or recommendations for restaurants.

This is a good hotel for like a one to two night stay. The Staff was very friendly! The rooms (specifically the beds) were made up nice but the Bathroom could’ve used a little love. The floors were clean but the smell was sorta unpleasant. Overall 7/10 stay.

Clean room and friendly staff, I have a medium size german shepherd mix and I saw a larger one the day my husband and I stayed there. Very dog friendly that was the main reason we stayed there.

Staff was great! I like this Red Roof Inn Plus. The doors are inside. They have a pool. A good ice machine and soda machine. The AC works great!

The microwave sounded like it was gonna explode, the shower nozzle was broken, and there was trash everywhere outside the property.

Took my to Austin for a concert and looked for days for a hotel at a decent price, in a safe area. Red roof Inn was excellent. Staff was welcoming and quick, hotel was clean and quiet.

Easy access to the freeway and within walking distance to a gas station.

The amenities were almost negligible. NO soap. Limited coffee and tea. NO FOOD ANYWHERE AROUND or IN THE PROPERTY. It was the most inconvenience I've ever experienced at a hotel in a major, or any, city. NOTHING within walking distance. Just car dealerships. The pool was fine. After the rain it wasn't dirty. Air conditioning worked well. It wasn't ALL a negative, but it wasn't welcoming and convenient for a week's stay. As they say, "You get what you pay for." If you need a place for the night, with no business in the area, this place might be okay. Cheap! But you might as well stay in a homeless camp where they could actually have amenities.

Rented 3 rooms for 1 night at great rate. but next morning needed to extend stay additional night due to 1 person in group became ill before arrival. Manager quickly confirmed, but was unable to offer original rate for 2nd night. Rooms were comfortable but could use minor touchup cleaning. AC in one room was marginal on cooling and toilet in a 2nd room did not flush well. Swimming pool was nice, but needed leaf net and slight vacuum by 2nd night. Would likely stay again in the future.

there was not a counter top in the bathroom to put a shaving kit or supplies. the water did not work in the shower. there was not a desk or table to eat at in the room.

We stayed in one of the 1st floor rooms and it was a nice quiet room. The staff was extra friendly and so helpful. The hairdryer in the room that we stayed in didn't work so I asked the front desk if that had one that I could use. They did not have one available but I asked to use the dryer in the room next to us and she allowed me to use the hairdryer since noone had checked in. I was so thankful and to me that's great customer service. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms were great, the location was great, the rooms were clean, it had micro, fridge, coffee maker.. I was staying on the 3rd floor, the only bad part is the the hall way had a foul smell… but for the price this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in.

Someone on my floor had a dog in their room. It was barking for hours and I couldn’t sleep. There’s also random homeless people sitting outside

I booked the hotel because of the pool and the rate. and I could have chosen a different hotel in Austin 5 min away from downtown for the same price but chose this one because my son wanted to use the pool. I made sure to call and confirm the pool was open before booking. when we got there the pool was DIRTY lots of leaves, the floor had sediment the type that is slippery. DISGUSTING. I want a partial refund. we drove to the hotel to use the pool but the. because of this we had to change plans and go to the Burton springs late at night. it messed up our one night stay in Austin.

The parking was very secure and easy to navigate, especially after a long road trip. We got to room 233 after check in and found hair on the bathroom wall like they didn’t clean that day. The sheets had stains like they were from a woman’s leftover mascara so I went to desk and asked to switch rooms but was denied because I booked through a third party which is whatever so after returning a 2nd time for a room switch because the sheets had dried blood specks, I finally got the new, actually cleaned room. The pool looks inviting but the water is very foggy but still blue so that was alarming enough to not swim.

Carpeting is dated. Property could use a refresh cosmetically. Room was clean however.

Older property, no breakfast, no amenities for me.

Everything as expected for an older building like smelly stairwells and old carpet but staff were super cool and helpful and had zero issues! Price was unbeatable.
