Excellent service very friendly and helpful

I need a refund asap. Very bad customer service and room service. I left immediately. The office clerk did not seem to care at all what’s so ever. I’m very disappointed and not satisfied!

Es la primera vez que dejo un comentario negativo. Voy a empezar por la cama. Estaba muy dura el pasillo del hotel. Olía bastante mal a humedad. El desayuno estaba fatal. El huevo estaba crudo. Tenía bastante agua. Las papas estaban muy duras. Le pregunté a la señorita que si estaban listas, ella dijo que sí, y que si estaban duras, tenía que meterlas yo al microondas para que se ablandaran cuando llegamos. El muchacho que nos recibió no nos saludó todo estuvo mal la verdad no no le doy ningún buen comentario y solamente leí dos estrellas, pero no volveré a quedarme en este hotel. No lo recomiendo y hay bastantes homeless afuera del hotel y alrededor

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was a bonus!

Everything looked very nice and presentable. Only thing was the TV was a bit dated and all the HDMI port were disabled. I could use the TV for a travel computer or a streaming device I would have with me.

First of all, this place is an utter scam. The managers are thieves and basically lied and wouldn’t change my reservation one day later because my flight was cancelled. They jumped at the opportunity to take my money for 1.5 nights and make me pay $240 for 33 hours in the hotel (as opposed to 3 full days). They are scumbags. Also, the hotel is dirty and the breakfast looks like it was from a horror movie in the 90’s. Think: Texas chainsaw massacre meets the grinch’s school lunch. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel offers good value for the price. I would stay there again.

It was a good deal for the price I paid. Meets my requirements which are within close driving distance to the places I wanted to visit.

Not one thing was positive about this stay This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I travel often enough to have stayed in plenty of hotels over the years. The mattresses were so thin and uncomfortable that getting a decent night’s sleep was nearly impossible. The hotel keeps the building extremely hot, and the air conditioning in the room barely worked, making an already miserable stay even worse. The pool was unacceptable. The water was murky, and parts of the pool surface were damaged with sections missing, leaving rough and sharp areas exposed. It looked poorly maintained and did not feel safe or inviting. The location was also very misleading. The hotel is tucked behind a gas station in an industrial area, and there were multiple homeless individuals outside the property. There was constant activity and noise outside throughout the night, making it difficult to relax or feel comfortable. The biggest disappointment, however, was the customer service. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and more focused on finding ways to charge extra fees than providing hospitality. I was told I would be charged additional fees for my daughter, who was simply waiting for a 2 a.m. flight. This made no sense considering I had rented a room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch, and not all of my children were even staying overnight or eating breakfast. For the price charged, the condition of the property, the uncomfortable rooms, the poorly maintained amenities, the questionable location, and the lack of professionalism from management are completely unacceptable. There are far better options available. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

All staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is a convenience store next door which was well stocked. And, there is a gas station attached to the convenience store. There is easy access to nearby freeways.

We were in a good spot of town. The room was so spacious, comfy and got nice and cold!

If you are looking for a less expensive hotel, and you don’t care what is in the area around you, this is a great place. The staff was always smiling and rooms were clean. However, it wasn’t really near anything as far as walking distance. Also, the free breakfast every morning was nowhere near fancy if that’s what attracts you. It was extremely minimal. The gym also left a lot to be desired. It just depends on what you were looking for when you come to Austin. If you’re looking for a non-expensive hotel and you’re just going to take Ubers and get away from the area, then it’s great. If you’re looking for something, a little fancier, this won’t be for you. I’d stay again if the former was my reasoning for Austin.

For a budget hotel, this was great and the lady at the front

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Sips & Sounds Music Festival. We saw the good reviews but were surprised to see the hotel in bad quality. Specifically, the room. The walls were so thin. We heard the couple next to us having sex that lasted 30 minutes. We went to see if the front desk could ask them to keep it down, mainly because it sounded like the woman was dying from her screams. He told us if it continues for 20 minutes, he will do something. When I came back to the room, the man finished a few minutes later. As well, our room was oddly situated right outside the front lobby. It just seemed so close to everyone. For a cheap hotel, go here. But if you want somewhere better, look elsewhere.

Room was great! Friendly staff! Only complaint was it wasn’t much of a breakfast, no meat, just eggs in a crock pot and waffles you make.

Perfect spot for marathon weekend! The rooms were clean, the beds were great, and the staff was super helpful, they even let us check out late. Such a stress-free experience.

If they give you a room on the second floor, demand to be moved. The owner lives on the south end of the 2nd floor. Rude man. Gave me and my partner dirty looks in the parking lot when we were coming back from our dinner date. Our room was next to his, and he made his employee call our room while we were trying to sleep. I've stayed here twice now, and he's always been unpleasant. Last time, I booked directly with Choice and he refused to give me the bonus points I was entitled to as an elite member. He lied that he would make the change in the system. He's lucky I couldn't leave a medallia review for his behavior.

My son was in town for a disc golf tournament. This hotel was in a great location and the staff was great.

Breakfast was a little below expectations. Sort of a continental breakfast plus scrambled eggs. The coffee was enough sub-par that I walked next door to the convenience store to pay for coffee. We had a problem with the TV while there, but the management promptly helped us sort it out.

We walked to a restaurant about a block away. The street on the side of the motel had a lot of trash stuck in the bushes.

I’m on the road 26 weeks a year. This place was a great value! I believe the owners both checked me in and checked me out. The man was super friendly at check-in and the woman was extremely friendly when I checked out. They had a hot breakfast with variety. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well. Overall, it was a great stay at a great price.

The parking lot was dark, no lighting. Couch in the room was dirty with heavy stains. The shower had mildew along the bottom edge. Also room was noisy from I35 traffic, in need of a buffer wall. Finally I requested for a receipt to be emailed and did not receive it.

Came with friends and family and the room we got was Great. It was clean, spacious, and the bwd were great. Staff was super friendly. Love it.

It looks nice and clean but it was hot in the lobby and the hallways, pool was very cold but other than that nice place to stay.

Receptionist was kind , getting checked in and out … the room was clean , and we got out room cleaned that same night while we were out and about the town with us having to ask so that was nice .. only 10-15 min from 6th street and 20 min from circuit of America’s for a concert we attended … perfect spot

Breakfast was provided somewhat but the coffee wasn't even really coffee. More like light brown water, everyday.

Some areas of the property were in need of TLC but altogether a good budget accommodation. Near to public transport system to city centre. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel was clean and not too noisy.

Everything was ok but coffee had no flavor wish there were more breakfast options. Room was good just noisy with the air unit right out the door in the hallway had to place a towel on the floor to block the air from coming in. There was a burnt smell in the room unable to find or locate where it was coming from.

Room was good, however the layout made space limited.

It wasn't the cleanest place but it was still fine for a couple nights. It was comfortable enough but neither bad or good enough to really remark much on.

The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to our destinations although some reviews stated the area was shady. I had no issues whatsoever will recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

It was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was accommodating, professional and friendly. The continental breakfast included scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, cereal, juices, tea, etc. The coffee remained available all day and was excellent. I’ll definitely stay there again the next time I visit Austin. :)

The breakfast was a joke though, even by continental breakfast standards. In fairness I arrived late, but it looked like there wasn't much ever put out. I didn't stay there for the breakfast though.

Our stay at the Quality Inn was nice and comfortable but the room smelled kind of musty . Overall experience it was really nice.
